This is one of the absolute best places for vegan or vegetarian food in Waikiki! It's a food truck that's tucked in an area that has a ton of food trucks so you might have a tough time finding it but I promise it's there. I rolled up and ordered and was not disappointed. At first, I was a little incredulous of the super high prices, especially for vegan or vegetarian food, but frankly that's anywhere in Waikiki. And the amount of food you get is not shabby at all. The Buddha bowl will feed me for two meals! They cook each item to order so it takes a few minutes, but it is absolutely 100% worth it. This food truck was right by the hotel we stayed at in Maui. We decided to try it before we left. Online ordering makes ordering at places so much more convenient, especially since we wanted to dine in our room. We ordered: - Pulled Pork Fries: This was good. Not super busy and the fries were crispy. -Crispy Chicken Sandwich - The chicken was really good and the burger as a whole was tasty however, it's drenched in sauce which we weren't fans of. Makes it a bit messy. -Greek Aloha Plate - This plate is huge. It has falafels, house tzatziki, pita, hummus, and rainbow coleslaw (which was weird but I welcomed the idea). Here's the thing. The falafels were not good, at all. Could be my fault for hoping to get decent falafel on Maui or it could have just been bc it was closer to the end of the day. They were hard, burnt, and SUPER dry. To say that I was disappointed would be an understatement. The valuable lesson I learned was that maybe I should just stick to Mediterranean and/or Middle Eastern places for falafel... and that I should have gone with my gut and ordered the tacos. read more

Great vegan eatery in Waikiki. It's a food truck in a parking lot. I happen to work near by and decided I'd try this place since my coworker who's vegan recommended it. We ordered to go fish tacos, fish fillet sandwich, and bbq pork fries. Don't be fooled by all the names because the entire menu is vegan!! All plant based food but it tastes great and just like their names. As soon as you finish ordering your food is freshly prepared right away. Every item we ordered came out piping hot. I got the fish sandwich for myself. The fish sandwich was large and the fish inside was crispy and sauce was not overwhelming. I also got crème brûlée for dessert. My only complaint would be the crème brûlée the top was burnt, so it was hard to eat a bit, but the flavors were there, it tasted great and was not overly sweet. Worst service ever. The open sign was on but there was a small closed sign in the window. The guy came out a few times talking to his buddies but never acknowledged other people in line. After about 15 minutes of waiting and he came out my husband asked if he was open and he said "yeah in a minute bro". Was rude. So we waited and waited. But in this case it was unacceptable behavior and cost the business the rest of my business while in maui. Do NOT order online from this place, they will scam you. They charge up to $2 more per item online compared to the prices you pay on site. There is also an additional fee for ordering online plus a 4% "Hawaii inflation" fee which was never disclosed when you pay. When I asked the guy why there was such a difference and his answer did not make any sense. "It's because we charge more for items that will be sold out". I feel like I was hustled.
