The room designated for her salon is large and extremely clean. She has definitely thought of every detail for her clients. I remember prior to covid, she had a basket of fidgets, massages, gum, candy, etc to make your experience more comfortable. There is a bathroom that has different things to meet your needs (wipes, pads, whatever!) So far I have gotten her Brazilians, eye brow wax, and lash tint and lift. I have been in during covid and I appreciate all the cleanliness and safety precautions set in place. She does everything she can to keep both her clients and herself safe. Decided I didn't want to wait any longer, then someone was magically available. She got almost done with a "fire walker" pedicure (which is my normal) and I told her I didn't want to do the hot rocks or towels. Just lotion and go home today. "Oh, it's ok, be quick". Fine whatever. I was exhausted anyways. I signed my CC receipt and left without doing the math. After I got thinking about how expensive it was, it was too late to go back, so I stopped in there just now. Mysteriously as soon as I asked to see a current price sheet, my tech nor none of the other ones wanted to speak with me. Only the younger lady that speaks perfect English. They all had plenty to say from the back of the shop yelling towards us at the front though. I couldn't understand any of it but the lady I was speaking with got more uncomfortable by the second.
