The lady is rude and expects you to come at 6 to 6:30 pm for appointments or else she does not book you if you cancel your appointment ahead of time . She also rushes your nails as she works alone and if anyone shows up during your appointment that you booked with her she will rush your nails and do them quickly leaving nails lumpy not giving you what you are paying for bad service. read more

Since Tran and her sister, Emily, have left the shoppe, I haven't been as happy with the experiences I've had here. The employees working here are sitting, glued to their mobile phones; not very friendly or engaging in conversation with their patrons. Fool me once...fool me twice... My right upper eyelid got cut/scratched after two different waxes; I should've stopped after the first time this happened; there won't be a third time! All good things come to an end, I guess. It's not a big place but I think they have the most varieties of nail colors and types I have ever seen. This little place is great! My nails look fabulous and the pedicure was awesome. I would've given this place 5 stars if Tran worked here everyday. Since she cut back on hours and new workers are here, it's been a bad experience. My first experience with the new workers, I didn't like the shape of my nails and she didn't execute the picture of the design I wanted. Now my second experience, I set an appointment and when I came in I was asked to come back tomorrow or 2 hours later because they are behind. Tran has always been on top of her schedule. She smiles and laughs often with the customers. Sometimes she even picks out the design for you or tweak it a little bit and she's always done a great job!!! Finally a nail salon that gets it! First of all, you won't find a friendlier place in the area. I was greeted with smiles and given a bottle water right as I sat down for for my pedicure. And my appointment was right in time - no waiting! I couldn't believe it. I don't really want to write a 5 star review because I want to keep this place to myself. Don't be fooled by the outdated exterior, the interior is very clean and you can tell the owner prides herself on her business. Tran, Tran, Tran. This woman is wonderful! She loves what she does and it shows. She takes her time and isn't just rushing through to get to the next client to make another sale. She asks if you're satisfied many times throughout the process. I have weird eyebrows that don't match each other. Most places want to solve that by making them so thin I look like I drew them on with a pencil. My new acrylic set was put on with care. She didn't hurt me at all. I didn't leave the place with bleeding cuticles. Seriously, I couldn't be happier! I want everyone to go see Tran but I also want to keep this secret to myself. Before my trip to Hawaii, she did such a great job and I got soooo many compliments while I was there. Very nice experience here. The lady (Emily I believe?) was ready to start at my appointment time and was very friendly. She took a long time working on my ingrown nail so it'd be less painful, which I so appreciate her effort for that. She also did hot rocks on my legs and feet, which felt good in this cold weather. They have a steady flow of customers but don't overbook so it was a calm atmosphere, with videos from The Voice playing on the TV. I'm sure anyone would enjoy getting their nails done here. I was in the area for some errands and needed to get my eyebrows waxed a few days ago, so I decided to call and ask if they offered this service. To be honest, when I saw the former reviews for the place, I was quite hesitant. However, I was already out and about and really needed to get my eyebrows done quickly because I knew I wouldn't be going out for the remainder of the lockdown. Tran the manager was really nice about making a day of appointment and managed to squeeze me in quickly for the waxing. There was minimal wait when I walked in as well and the salon looked clean--good to know that they're practicing safe protocols during these times. She listened to me when I told her that my skin was sensitive. There wasn't any irritation during or after the waxing. If I'm ever running errands around the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to make an appointment or walk in once the pandemic is over. Apparently, the management there is new and they wanted some more Yelp reviews to reflect their current level of services. But overall, nothing bad happened and I was pretty satisfied with the experience. read more

"Satisfied and reliable " this is the statement they put out there. I have visited them multiple times and had similar concerns each time. It started out great as Tran is so friendly. She says over and over "I don't over book I'm old I like to go slow" That's a great Moro and I love that I love building relationships and taking great care of my nail artist and tipping well. But when I pre- schedule an ap and have to wait 30 minutes to be seen that's in acceptable! That's for sure over booking and not making your clients feel satisfied and it's definitely not reliable! I come on a specific lunch break and make it clear when I book. So why do they squeeze clients in between when they know they don't have time?! Greedy is what I call it. Tran has ale been friendly but my time is valuable and that's frustrating that they don't value there clients. Even when I point out I am frustrated and now late from this way delayed appointment there no apologies just excuses too bad you just lost a great client from too many delays and excuses. read more

Great prices and staff. I was excited to see some faces I recognized from a local nail salon that caught fire. The prices were good and the work was good, very nice welcoming staff, you don't feel out of place being a newbie here. It's in a bit of a sketchy parking lot, but nothing that really made me worry much, just go inside and give them a try. I enjoyed my visit. The manicurist asked if I needed extra strength in my nails due to work commitments. That was a first and it was nice to have them ask. Use yelp to find this nail salon it said they were open till 7:00 PM I walked in exactly 5 o'clock asked if I can have a fill and a pedicure receptionist nice gal She started the water said please wait! waited approximately 15 minutes someone came over to start my toes. Was done with my pedicure in bout ten mins! started the massage and then the receptionist asked me if I wanted a full set. I asked for a fill and a pedicure. The lady said the lady that just left was the only person that can actually do my fill !! wow so I'm here at 5:15 and no one can do my nails! They didn't even bother to call her from the parking lot!!!! I asked if they could take off the nail polish off my hands all she did was take off the polish!! They couldn't even take off the cotton!! I can tell you this from the start that this nail & spa place is probably the best buck for your money if you are looking for relaxation in the Auburn area. They always do a good job here. Customer service was excellent. The minute I walked in we were greeted by name as we had an appointment. The manager of the place really does care about their customers. I have never once left disappointed and dissatisfied. The gals were very professional and not constantly talking. My nails were done well and I love the colors!
