I wanted to buy a tempered glass for my phone, but they were out of stock of the one I wanted. He told me if I found one that he'd put it on my phone. I went to Best Buy, which is right behind this location, and they had the tempered glass I was looking for. Best Buy wanted to charge me to install the glass! I went back to Verizon and they did it for free! Even though I didn't buy it from them! I thought that was super awesome! I also have to mention that before I bought the new iPhone 6s, I had broken my phone. I was using an extremely old droid that used to be my brother's and it was extremely slow and wouldn't pick up 3G or LTE. When I took it into this location to see if they could help, they gave me the option to "borrow" an iPhone because I'm in the medical field and having a phone is extremely important for me. I had NO idea Verizon offered this. I was able to borrow the phone, with no charge really. It was in my bill, but then credited back once I returned the phone damage free. However, i was immediately greeted with a smiling staff when I walked in. The team member who assisted me was super helpful and helped me stay within my budget on a new phone and plan. He was great at explaining everything and getting me switched over right there in the store. He also helped me set up my daughter's watch and the coordinating app for it on my phone. Prior to coming to this location I had first visited the Beech Grove location and lets just say the staff member there acted like he had better things to do then answer my questions about switching carriers. It was almost as if he didn't care if i switched to Verizon or not. He basically sat on his own phone as he spoke to me. Super unprofessional. Anyway I would highly recommend this location for any of your Verizon needs! I literally spent 2 hours in the store deciding between models and sizes and phone covers, etc. I can't express enough how patient and understanding he was with my indecisiveness! It was really refreshing to not feel pressured into making a quick decision and he made sure I got the best deal available. The store itself is very open, spacious and clean. They have hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes available throughout the store, and the staff was all wearing masks. It was a very positive experience for something I usually dread and put off doing!

They knew I was leaving on vacation the next day so they worked tirelessly to find someone to approve my account. After several tries they were able to find someone. After spending most of one day trying to find a local ATT office that could get this limb off the sagging phone line in my driveway, I called LifeGrid to see if they run on ATT lines and maybe had a local number. Not only did they have contact with a local office, they set up the removal of the limb! It's not often a company goes out of their way to help a customer . . . this little company is amazing.

They don't seem to know how to bury a line. Killed my grass, and the line is still exposed in multiple places. Even after they had to come replace and re-bury. I was also told by them that they cannot guarantee the team they send out will properly bury the line because they contract it out. Said I can totally stand out there with them and tell them what to do or bury it myself. Price is great in the beginning, but will definitely go right up. Making it not worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd try one of the other services.
