    Volvo 240 DL Wagon
    Peter W.

Wanted to give every employee who helped me a huge thanks! I bought a Volvo 240 wagon and the staff set me up perfectly for the ride home in this beautiful classic. The ride was very enjoyable! Thanks, again, to George and all staff Can't wait to get started on the work I plan for her.

A few minutes of help here at this counter saved me plenty of time..

I'm giving OnceDriven a 3-star review, even though I didn't use their service. Here's why:…read more I was contacted by Payton from OnceDriven yesterday; he left a voicemail. When called back and talked to someone, I asked where they had seen my ad, they told me they weren't told where the ad came from. I let them talk me in to spending $289 for their services. I was told up front that if I sold the car myself within 45 days, I would be refunded, minus a $29 "processing fee," so $260. There was, however, no guarantee that they would actually sell my car. Later that evening, when I was thinking about it, I realized they had lied to me: The person said they didn't know where OnceDriven had found my ad, but I know where they got it: Craigslist. I have my car advertised both on Craigslist and the Auto Trader, but for different prices. The price OnceDriven told me they saw was the Craigslist price. So maybe the person I talked to didn't know, but the company itself did. That's just not right. I then did some Googling, and found all of these other Yelp reviews that basically said the same thing: OnceDriven had contacted them despite being on the Do Not Call list (which I'm also on), and despite choosing the Craigslist option to not be contacted by outside parties. The reviews called it a scam and cited shady business practices. I was pretty upset at that point, and was worried that I had just lost $289. This morning, I called to talk to my account rep, Sherry, but I couldn't reach her. I then talked to someone else named Jen, and found out Sherry was out today. I told Jen that I wanted to cancel the service. When she asked why, I was very calm and explained the situation to her. I was perfectly honest, but also perfectly nice. I told her about how I didn't like the fact that they had lied to me about not knowing where the ad came from, and also that they had called me despite the Craigslist option and being on the Do Not Call list, and that I didn't want to do business with a company who followed questionable practices. Jen said the manager would be in at noon EDT (9 AM my time; I had called at 8:35 AM), and she would have him confirm that I would be refunded my $289. At about 10:45 AM, I got a call from Jen confirming that my refund was being processed (I also got an e-mail stating the same). The fact that they did not argue with me, or make excuses, or try to get me to change my mind is why I am giving them 3 stars. Although I would not recommend this service to anyone, I can at least happily report that they have good customer service. I was refunded with basically no questions asked.

Yup. I too join the sucker pool. Only wish I knew and researched this scam before I paid as well…read more My trucks been on the website for 50 (+) days and not a single call even lowering the price 5k. I can't believe I fell for it.. Oh well, car sold on Craigslist in 6 days. Once driven phone pitch people will eventually get struck by lightning or die in a head on collision while on there way to a family function. Bad online Karma & bad juju. And life goes on. Anyway. We can do a class action lawsuit on this company? I would def put down my signature.

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Purchased a vehicle…read morefrom this dealership and with in a year had to replace the motor. The company refused to take any responsibility and I had to come out of pocket for the full expense. After the motor was replaced, with in a week the vehicle check engine lights came on. I took the vehicle and they suggested replacing the MAF SENSOR, did not fix issue more money spent! The light came back on when I went to pick the vehicle up. They then determined it was the throttle body, did not fix issue more money spent. A week later the vehicle wouldn't start again. I had to tow the vehicle a second time back to the dealership out of pocket. They stated it was the starter now. Replaced the starter and the vehicle was driven home. The next week the vehicle wouldn't start again start again. They refused to cover the tow to their shop and expected me to cover a third tow. I refused and they advise me to go somewhere else!!! I got all kind of flags on the car suggesting the mileage was over 120,000 miles and it had been wrecked!! The salesman breathlessly called me back and told me they already had it going to a "wholesaler" BUT I could buy it out from them for only $5,999.00!!! I wouldn't send anybody to this dealer........they are the kinda folks that give ALL CAR Dealers a bad reputation!! You have been warned!!
