This is a really nice neighborhood pizzeria. There is a huge parking lot, so parking is never a problem. When you walk in you order your food at the counter, the girls give you a number to place on your table. When your food is ready the lovely girls will bring it to you. The restaurant has a huge indoor and a really nice outdoor seating areas. There are tv's hanging up in the indoor part. The place has always been clean and I've always found the workers who are mainly young ladies to be extremely sweet and helpful. We have ordered many things off the menu. Most recently we went for lunch. We have had the pizza, the hero's, the salads, the chicken wings and the zeppolli's. Everything we've had has been delicious! Love the thin crust, the sauce, and the other food they make. Prices are a bit steep but worth it.

This is the kind of place every town needs! Good pizza, location and service. We ordered a half pepperoni/ham and the other half had salad peppers (wife loves them). Our crust had a good balance of crispy and moisture, the cheese to toppings amount was good and the sauce was well balanced. I believe that it was a little salty because our choice of toppings, will try sausage next time to see if this reduces the salty taste. The price point is fair for the quality of the product. Solid pizza! Seriously delicious pizza! My buddy recommended this place to me for good pizza. He was right. However the first thing I noticed when I walked in was trash all over the floor and a bunch of ticked off staff members. All the girls in the front looked like they dislike their jobs and were overall unfriendly with the clientele. Halfway through my delicious pizza I did notice a girl named Morgan conversing with the customers and smiling. She even swung by our table to make sure we were happy. Extremely HIGH cost for their food. Twice as much as any other place and the food is not as good. Forget about eating it the next day because it tastes like cardboard. Wings are very good but again the price is very high. The customer service points program does not work and has not worked for over a year. I spoke to 3 different people and no one ever was able to fix it for us. We just recently found Freddy's Pizza in Sun City Center and the pizza is 10 times better and half the price. The next day you can also warm it up and it tastes the same as when you bought it. We will NEVER go back to East Coast Pizza. read more

Nice place. Simple & Good pizza. Your typical items on the menu. Was not too impressed with the eggplant parmigiana. The eggplant falls apart and decimates as you try to cut. The pasta was hearty and could possibly be shared. Ok chicken wings. The staff is comprised of young kids that get the job done. You order they serve. One young lady that goes above and beyond is Aja. When we walked in she was cleaning the glass shelves followed by folding pizza boxes. As soon as she finished that took it upon herself to walk the floor and anticipation of customers needs. Bringing boxes for left overs. Very sweet and attentive. read more

The food here is actually amazing, and sometimes the service is, but I can't really say that it's always great because every so often, you will have your order taken by someone who just can't listen... They frequently forget to even give you part of your order such as side items, or you won't get your salad until your food comes out (one time I did not get it at all!), or they'll bring you the wrong dressing and then blame it on the waitstaff when they entered it in wrong... A lot of little things like that which pile up. There was one incident that really upset me. We were served garlic rolls that were burned (and they do tend to burn them here pretty often, but when they are cooked right, they are really good) and when we asked for them to be replaced, we were told that they didn't have anymore! We were offered no replacement, refund, or anything. Then about 15-20 minutes later, we see another customer who came in AFTER that happened, being served garlic rolls, despite having been told that they were out of them. :\ There is really no reason you should be outright lying to customers, but ok. Another thing I've seen them do is randomly close early for NO reason... Like not even on a holiday or anything, just on some completely random day, they will close two hours early sometimes. Why bother to even have business hours if you aren't going to stick to them? They also stop taking orders WAY before close, so I suggest getting here super early if you go. And they used to have a really delicious white alfredo sauce that you could get on your food and your pizza too. Now they apparently "don't have it" anymore, but it's still on the menu. Which is weird. Like either start making it again or take it off your menu so people don't get confused? That makes no sense. xD I will say that the food is honestly fabulous! I have never gotten a really bad meal from this place. Their stuffed ravioli is homemade and their sauce is actually homemade, which is a rarity around here. If you can actually get a good order taker (which there are some here who ARE amazing, it's simply luck of the draw) and the right people to make your food (and not burn your bread to a crisp lol), it will come out great. Their pizza is awesome too. We used to be regulars here, but now we only go every once in a while when we're really craving their food. If they got better at their service, we would probably go a lot more often. read more

Went quite a while ago just didn't strike my fancy. Never returned sauce was to sweet for our Heart of America taste's.

Based on reviews we stopped in for dinner on a Sunday night. They we're busy, but the wait time in the line was reasonable and moved along quite quickly. We chose a 10 inch Hawaiian, lasagna, caesar salad, and cheesy bread. We took a while at the counter deciding what we wanted , the young lady taking our order was very patient and didn't rush us. Our food was prompt, the servers were friendly and upbeat. The lasagna serving was huge, would feed two easily. The 10 inch pizza would feed two with a small appetite or one with a large appetite. Our order with drinks totaled about $30, we had enough leftovers to have a second meal out of that. A great restaurant, good food and large portions. read more

Worst take out ever. Let's start with the food that was ordered. I ordered baked Ziti and chicken fingers. The baked ziti was ok. The container in which it was came has a flabby lid so by the time I came home, the food was almost coming out of it. Now the chicken fingers.... while I had ordered buffalo on the side, my chicken fingers came DRENCHED in buffalo sauce. It was overwhelming and disgusting. There was so much buffalo sauce that it had leaked into the bag so my containers were covered in buffalo sauce. My meal was completely ruined. The service was subpar. For a takeout order, it seemed rushed and overall poor quality. I'm so disappointed. I was better going through a chain restaurant than ordering something so simple as chicken tenders and baked ziti. From the poor packaging to the eh quality of the food, please stay away from this place. Maybe the reviews from eating at the restaurant make a difference but for a take out order, they missed me completely. read more

I hate to say it, but I have to say that this place has gone way down in the last year or so. The food is still good, but the general atmosphere is why I can only give this one star. It's the subtle things - like no more napkins on the tables (we were told it was because people were using too many) to now, unless you want to sit outside, you cannot choose your table. Yes, this sounds petty, and yes, I understand that they do not want parties of 2 sitting at a 6 top table when it is busy, so I get it. For me, the last straw was the 2 of us having to sit at a 2 top table, with a pizza just as large, and having no place to set your plate. Because our 2 top table was against the wall, between 2, 4 top tables, I could not get a side tray to set the pizza on because it would block the access to either of the other two tables. When that happened, I asked to speak to the Manager, who would have clearly seen the big picture (so I thought), who told me that they would not allow me to move to one of the open 4-6 top tables (this was just after 9:00 pm on a Saturday - they close at 10:00 pm), because it was their 'policy' I was so aggravated that I asked for my money back - not expecting that that she (the Manager) would offer it. I asked her if she'd rather give me my money back and lose me as a customer (been going there for 4 years now), and she said yes. I was floored. Poor judgement on her part, combined with my aggravation of having not eaten until after 9:00 pm, meant that this experience was terrible. I have now sworn them off and have since taken my business elsewhere. The most amazing thing is that I was sent a survey (I belonged to their email and text programs until that night), so I wrote a more detailed review of the events, to which I have never been contacted about. I guess they don't need my business. Move along. There is better pizza to be had, for less money, and less hassle. read more

Ok if you have not tried the buffalo chicken pizza, it is life changing!! The salad I ordered (Greek) was so big two people could eat it. The crust on the pizza is crispy and hot and the toppings with the buffalo sauce base was amazing. Honestly don't recall where I have had a better pizza cooked anywhere. These pizza slices are MASSIVE. ordered about $100 worth of pizza to feed about 8 people ended up feeding a small army

Ordered a large cheese pizza and their version of garlic knots for pick up. The pizza is decent and satisfied my craving. There was no wow factor but it was good enough. Wasn't a fan of the garlic knots, they were very doughy and chewy. I put them in the oven for a few minutes and it helped. I would return to try a different type of pizza and appetizer. I also noticed they have lunch specials starting at $5 for two cheese slices and a drink. read more
