Nice clean ambiance even with just a takeout counter and bench that sits 2, so super small but good enough IMO since they have quick service. It's been a few years so we didn't remember how we liked the pizza. Although we aren't a fan of Chicago style, we did recall a good experience. And they didn't disappoint! We got the Monster thin crust. The quality of the ingredients was pretty good, and I really liked the sauce. Even their pizza box is higher quality with extra side close tabs to avoid it popping open in transit. Their attention to detail crosses over into their pizza creation as well, with the toppings evenly distributed and loaded! They had a mesh under the pizza that I had to look up what it was for. The toppings all tasted super fresh and high quality, the sauce is tasty and not overwhelming, I'm absolutely obsessed with the cheese (It actually had flavor! I find that it's rare in pizza to be able to taste the cheese), and the crust is nice and crunchy. It was quite a heavy pie, so it lasted me a while and I had so many leftovers. I didn't have any problems with service. I was aware that the Chicago deep dish takes 40 minutes to cook, so that's not a problem. I will say, I wished the place had a dine-in option. I wish I could try the pizza while it was hot and fresh. I've been craving this pizza ever since I tried it, so I have to come back here. Might be one of my favorite pizza places ever. Quite a diversity of ratings. We ordered out from Rosati's and got a pan sausage pizza with extra cheese, order of fries, bread sticks, and chicken wings (naked with sauce on the side). The sausage was very skimpy. Each slice had on average one sausage topping. The taste of the cheese on the first slice I had was very good, but the second slice not so much. Kids gave a thumbs up to the fries. The chicken wings were nothing to write home about. The amount of bread sticks in the order was generous, but would have been unseasoned without the cups of sauce. I would have liked to see the bread sticks coated with garlic butter. There are several other things on the menu, so I might give them another try. read more
