    Lemon Pepper Wings
    Christine M.

I ordered via DoorDash. I know prices are inflated on there with extra fees. A large pepperoni pizza was $18.49 and 10 lemon pepper wings were $14.75 plus tax, fees and tip. The pizza arrived as shown in the picture I posted. I wouldn't think an establishment with such high reviews would send me pizza with burned parts on it. The bottom of it was so burned it was like eating cardboard. The taste of the cheese, pepperoni and sauce was good so I'm sure an unburned pizza would be superb. The lemon pepper wings lacked seasoning. The blue cheese helped with this. Other than that they tasted like plain unseasoned wings. This place has come highly rated by many of our friends. Although I am completely disappointed with my first experience with them, I am willing to give them a second chance.

Great tasting pizza! I ordered a pizza with ricotta cheese, black olives, and garlic. Soooo good! The guys were really friendly and communicated well to keep me posted on when my pizza would be ready. You can dine in. They have booths. Everything looks clean.

I anticipated a mind blowing meal, based on reviews, however, I was very disappointed. Ordering: very easy to order over the phone. Ready to pick up within 25 minutes. Food: lackluster, flavorless and soggy. We ordered wings and subs, but maybe that's where we went wrong. Perhaps we should have ordered a pizza instead. The wings were soggy and lacked flavor. The subs were dry and definitely not cheesy enough. May try a pizza next time, but this meal was definitely a below average experience.

One of the best New York style pizzas out in the Riverview area. I'd say a little pricey but very good tasting. Unfortunately me and the kids love pepperoni and bacon. But on our first try here they forgot the bacon. But I will say still it was a good experience.

    Meat Lovers Pizza

My wife and I wanted some pizza and didn't really want the large chain delivery options. We typically go to Mellow Mushroom but didn't feel like sitting down at a restaurant. My wife found Justin's Pizza and we were pleasantly surprised. We placed an order for pickup. A large meat lovers and the garlic bread. We drove on over and were initially confused. The online directions brought us to a food truck on 301. After figuring out the place was definitely not there, we mapped it again. This time it showed up on the other side of 301 in the Winn Dixie plaza. The guys at Justin's confirmed they have had issues with the Google maps directions. Our food was ready when we arrived. The place is small. A few tables to sit at. A couple fridges with soda and other cold items. The staff was friendly and invited us to let them know how we like the food. We got home and dug in. The pizza looked pretty good! A thinner pizza with plenty of meat and cheese on it. A little on the greasy side but flavorful. The grease dripped down the crust but it wasn't overwhelming. We each had a few slices and we were happy with it. Hot, fresh and worth the price. The crust had a good bread flavor to it as well. Not too much char or anything. Brown and crispy. The garlic bread with cheese was a different story. We ordered it thinking it would be garlic bread, as in the long thin sticks of baked white bread. Instead we got what looked like a whole wheat sub sandwich roll that was cut open, filled with butter, some parley and little bit of garlic and then popped in the toaster oven. The cheese wasn't really there either. There was some but it was hit or miss. It was not very flavorful and we didn't finish it. And that was $4. All in all, we would go back. We would definitely try their pizza again but we will not order the garlic bread. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. If you're looking for a local pizza place, check Justin's Pizza out!

Well, it is a bit of a drive for us but we decided to take a ride down and check out this establishment. Justin's pizza makes a fantastic pepperoni pizza. Hot, fresh, delicious crust, sauce is good, cheese is on point and the Pepperoni is not spicy which I personally prefer. They also make a very good chef salad and their cheese fries are very good. The staff is friendly and when you're there they're happy to see you. While there is certainly nothing fancy about this establishment in anyway that just doesn't matter because the pizza is THAT GOOD.. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Frankly this place reminds me of some of the pizza places near where I grew up in New Jersey. If you want a good pie stop in here!

    Cheesesteak

I'm all for 2nd chances... and that's it. They forgot to put pepperoni on the slice ($3.50) we waited for and this is the smallest most pathetic cheesesteak I think I've ever seen. All the potential, so much wasted.

They're using a New York-built wood-fired oven with a rotating turntable, so the pizza is constantly moving while it cooks, and you can taste the difference. The cheese melts evenly, the edges get that beautiful fire-kissed char, and the whole pie has that true fire-roasted flavor. The experience inside was just as good as the food. The restaurant is extremely clean, there's a ton of space (great for families or groups), and the staff was super friendly. They took time to talk with me and shared the Brandon location opened in 2018, and that they had to complete special training/certifications to even qualify to buy and operate that oven. You can tell it's a family-run business with real pride and passion behind what they're doing. Even the pizza box is a cool touch--nice branding and attention to detail. Only small critique: I just wish The Butcher's Pizza had a little more topping coverage. Flavor was great just could've used a bit more "loaded" factor for a butcher-style pie. Overall: solid pizza, amazing crust, great people, and a clean, welcoming spot. I'll definitely be back.

Good food, immersive environment, smooth jazz-yes, this was worth growing up for. Joia is comfy and casual enough for the family-but also sleek and sophisticated enough for date night or girls night out. It has a roomy bar area to the left when you come in, with extra high tops. I almost sat there-but since it was my first visit, I opted for the dining room-which is actually several different areas, making the space even more inviting and sort of intimate. I'm clearly crushing on the vibe of this place... and the food lives up to the atmosphere. The complimentary bread is so tasty you don't even need the oil and spices that come with it, but they're tasty, too. I came hungry and ordered the fried cheese as an app. It's excellent... pillowy bites with soft, super shredded cheese on top (like snow). Ohhhh, so good. Now, I'll admit, I was full after this. But Joia has been on my list for *years... and I didn't want to risk not getting the chicken piccata. Ohhhh, I'm so glad I did! It comes with mushrooms and spaghetti with the same lemon sauce. So, so good. My server Sheila was excellent-so friendly and easy to talk to. She made me feel like a regular-and knows the menu inside out. They have a 2-for-1 martini special, Tuesday-Friday, 4-7. Parking is plentiful (Joia is in a shopping plaza, at 301 and Gibsonton) and there's covered patio seating. The live music was so smooth and just the right volume. Honestly, I can't wait to go back. It feels like a special occasion going there, but it's not priced that way. I've gotta bring friends and family here... often.
