I've never been this dissatisfied with Franks Collision ever. But this time my experience is terrible. I'm in a rental, and Jordan at Franks said he would try to find a way to help me on this. I shouldn't have to pay more because they got the wrong part. That's their responsibility. Now they gone from completion date 07/14 to 07/18 to 07/23. They've had my car since the 29th of June. I believe if the time ever arises again where I would need a Body shop, I will shop around first and try to go some where else. God Bless everyone!

From the time we pulled into the parking lot, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Being 2 females in a less than desirable area, we felt safe here. They immediately pulled the truck in to begin the inspection. Found a minor issue with the horn, but fixed it quickly and we were able to pass our inspection with flying colors. Ricardo's famous and greatest lie is "we were very transparent with you!" I agree with everyone else that has left a bad review for this business. The people at JC Auto Body Repair did lousey work on my vehicle. The details are too lengthy to mention. Alas Ricardo lies, take liberties with doing work on your vehicle that hasn't been cleared with the owner beforehand. He tries to gas light you when you try to discuss with him why you are not satisfied with the substandard work that they have done on your vehicle. They painted over chips on the old paint and advised me not to take my car through the carwash, something that wasn't a problem prior to JC's touching it! Currently rust , that was never on my car before , is coming through the paint job that they did on the hood. All said and done I'd never return to them, even with a "warranty". The insurance company has given me the ok to have their work redone, but I'm having a difficult time finding a dealership that's willing to go behind JC's and redo their work because of unseen issues/risks that they may run into.

From there it went downhill very very fast. I was paying for these repair out of my pocket and wanted to make this very very clear so he does NOT waste his and my time. This purportedly idiot told me flat out "I am not ready to hear out your stories". Those were his exact words. I usually push back giving a middle finger but I restrained myself . What I want to tell him if he thinks the estimates are over $850 (I got an estimate from other shop who is off the beaten tracks. This shop told me any other shops on the beaten tracks will give me estimate over $2000 and will show off their "riding on high horse" attitude too) I do NOT want the estimate. Since anything above $750 is NOT worth it for 22+ old 210000 miles vehicle. It turned out exactly what I warned about. I gave this guy (who is an estimator and purportedly an owner too (IMHO)) a polite but firm earful. I really wanted to tear his paper estimate and throw on his face but I restrained. I usually do NOT waste my time with such guys. They do not how to treat a customer.
