TLDR version: Great place with polite professional technicians. I'm a man in my late 50's who had never been to a nail spa. I broke my shoulder (scapula) recently and am unable to clip my toenails. (Ever tried clipping toenails one handed?) I was very hesitant to go in but the entire staff from the initial phone call to the post service payment were beyond nice and friendly. First impressions are of a very serene atmosphere and an extremely clean environment. My treatment consisted of a beginning foot soak in a combo massage chair / foot tub. This chair is the Lamborghini/Ferrari/bestthingyoucanthinkof of chairs and the trip would've been worth it just for the message. I hade several potions and mixtures rubbed on from knees to toes and had my nails clipped with exacting precision and great attention to detail. Next was a callous treatment (only thing I had ever used before for callous removal was 220 grit sandpaper) then another soak and a bag of hot parrifen wax. At check out I learned mine was the "standard " service. What?!? This gets better? Also, discount when paying in cash. Overall, an amazing experience, especially for a first time pedicure for an old, self-conscious grumpy dude with nasty workingman feet. Is once a week too often for footcare? read more

Let me start off by saying that I'm a horrible nail biter so they always clean me up, so my pictures don't do them justice. I've been to this place over 5 times now and I love it! You gotta make a reservation in advance because they are all about creating an environment for self care and relaxation. When my mom and sister came into town, we all even went together and this is a true spa experience! Pictures are square tip for engagement photos, sparkly square tip for wedding, neutral round tip when I came with my family and my most recent neutral almond tip. What an experience! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings and the staff is so kind and respectful. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy. What a hidden gem! I have driven past this place countless times and never even knew there was a nail salon there, much less one as nice as this! Not you're typical nail salon decoration. It is so cute and welcoming! Loved every second of my pedicure - $50 for the deluxe: included a scrub and mask treatment for your legs. Didn't even know I needed this in my life. This is an overdue review. I haven't and won't return. I visited twice. First time after they opened it was a dream. Yes, it's clean and stylish, simple and beautiful. yes it should be peaceful... I made an appointment and I was 1/3 customers in the salon. 3 technicians were there that day. Two women and one man. They carried on a very loud conversation, laughing and at one time my technician left me to go talk to another. They never stopped talking loudly the entire time I was receiving my pedicure service! My technician was yelling over me to the other 4 people down. It was unprofessional. It was not peaceful. It made me feel like I was interrupting their party for my paid service. first time I ever wanted my pedicure to be over. It was SO annoying. My reason I choose nail salons is base upon cleanliness, and autoclave for utensils, and a peaceful quiet , no TV's, just a relaxing environment. Not peaceful at.all. Have lived in many major metro areas and this place would be highly rated in any of them. Spa like peaceful atmosphere and by far the BEST massage chairs I have ever sat in - they even massage your thighs and arms! I got an absolutely stunning flawless French pedicure on my toes - not even the tiniest piece of dead skin left. They pushed back cuticles and took care of ingrown toenails, and the French polish was flawless. Absolutely highly recommended - will 100% be back when visiting! read more

This was an ah-maz-ing experience! I booked the full pedicure and gel manicure, 2 hours of relaxation and a mini get away. The pedicure started with the BEST chair, exfoliation, lotion, hot wax, hot towels, feet and legs felt wonderful. The manicure (gel) was a wonderful experience, no hunching over a manicurists table, but instead, a feet up, relaxing chair and the manicurist went from hand to hand. If you're male, avoid this place. My brother and I had 2 confirmed appointments. When we arrived, there were only 2 technicians working and one refused to work on males. I'm this day and age, that's ludicrous. I'd patronized this place before and was basically pleased, but the fact that they allow such discrimination is very off putting. There are plenty of other salons that gladly serve the general population. read more

Best mani/pedi EVER! The atmosphere is perfect and my technician Jenny was awesome! I did the Deluxe pedicure for $50 and the classic mani for $35 and it was more than worth it. Lots of scrubbing and massaging. So relaxing! Everyone was professional and friendly. I was genuinely surprised at the manicure room. You are seated in a recliner for your service which adds to the relaxing! Not the average assembly line feel... no quick mani/pedi happening here. Allow the time to be pampered and enjoy! Didn't have an appointment, just needed a polish change... They accepted me as a walk in. By far the worst experience ever in a nail salon, "Kim" acted unprofessional, sloppy work, blamed me for her not getting old polish off my cuticles ( obviously her fault ) Informed the "Manager" she just shrugged and said "oh well". Pretty Salon but being pretty on the outside doesn't guarantee being pretty on the inside. Complete waste to time and money. read more

Great dip manicure, however you will pay $75 before tip just for a basic dip manicure when you can get that exact same excellent service from another nail salon in Pensacola for only $45. This nail salon is entirely too expensive. While it is a very nice salon, there are other very nice salons in the area who charge a much more reasonable price. read more
