They use little tv screens to record the score, but we found that library and ski trip ones weren't working, so we used a small paper score card instead. The meal was good! Service can be a bit slow. However, at 4:54 PM on the same day, I received a call from Alex informing me that our reservation had been canceled because someone had just booked the entire venue. We were simply told that we would need to reschedule or refund. Canceling confirmed reservations just hours before our scheduled time is unacceptable. It sends the message that if a larger-paying customer comes along, existing customers can simply be pushed aside. Unfortunately, it made us feel like Puttery values money and VIP status over honoring commitments to everyday working people who also spend their hard-earned money. We planned our evening around this reservation, and the last-minute cancellation was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I understand that private events happen, but businesses should honor existing reservations or have policies in place that don't leave customers scrambling at the last minute. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I hope Puttery reevaluates how it treats customers whose reservations are already confirmed.

If you happen to go and you end up on the top level, be sure to use all protection to keep from burning in the sun. My advice. There is a lot of room for everyone to be stretched out, no one in the way, and plenty of area for everyone to enjoy themselves. I found it so fun. Can't wait to go back. It was in a nice area it's very big. They even have Beck's Prime on the property just in case you need a break and something to eat.

This is a very tough course to score on from the green conditions and layout. You have to be able to hit it high and low, the size of the greens basically means ur short sided any time you miss one. The course itself was really nice. Few holes with water. Greens were in good condition. We noticed the greens sloped more than most courses, this was a bit more challenging for the youth players. The only staff we interacted with was the guy by the driving range in that "ball hut" (not sure what it's actually called.) He was SO NICE. There is a clubhouse with a snack bar but we didn't grab anything. Sodas were like $3.50, Gatorade was $4 just to give an idea of pricing. Can't wait to come back!

When we approached the desk, we were told we'd get a text when our section was ready. At 4:15pm, I had my friend go back to the desk and that's when they sent us up, never acknowledging that we never received a text message. When we settled in, our waitress came over with some menus and walked us through the process. She made sure to let us know our time had already begun, despite the fact that we were waiting downstairs for the text message to give us the green light to head up.
