This place is Costa Rican, if you pile it on you'll pay closer to $10 rather than $5. It's quick and easy however.

We had quite an assortment of hearty items from their extensive menu. The Big Dudes ‍‍platter consisted of a hot #pastrami sandwich, a stuffed pastrami knish, Rueben eggrolls, potato chips and assorted pickles. Joe and I weren't feeling desserty so we split a pastrami hotdog(ripper style). Everything was delicious and with all of the food choices in New Providence, it would have to be. It's a nice, clean shop with a friendly crew and great location on Springfield Avenue. This is your best Union County pastrami spot!

There's free street parking, so that's always a nice touch. They offer desserts from Junior's (Brooklyn), coffee, chips, & typical deli brand sodas (Boylan). We had the Traditional Sloppy & the Turkey Sloppy. Both were very good. Could have been "sloppier" for my taste, as in not enough Russian Dressing or Coleslaw. I now understand why my Wife wanted extra Russian on her sandwich. She said it still wasn't enough, lol. My Wife enjoyed the coleslaw so much she wanted a side of it. We tasted their olive oil which was grassy and fresh. Coffee is excellent. Almond croissant is a great choice with it . The sandwich we tried had prosciutto and Burrata n was a good pick . What I loved about this spot is the cozy seating , the simplicity of the sandwich and an authentic Italian vibe. Will be back for more !

Went in, were warmly greeted, grabbed some menus and a table outside, looked over the menu, and went back inside to order. They gave us a number plate and said a server would bring our food out to us. It arrived pretty quickly and everyone cleaned their plates.

I came for lunch and they had a fun menu of dishes with Indian twists on them. I tried the Bombay sandwich and their Aloo Tikki burger, and thoroughly enjoyed both. I wish they could offer their masala chai in iced format for the recent hot weather, but understand that it's more authentic this way. I'll definitely try it next time.

The place itself is small, so come at off peak hours to ensure a spot to eat. If you're sticking around, grab a few packs of cards to rip, or try one of three arcade games that are free to play. As for the menu, you can't go wrong with the burger options. The stuffed options are mostly standard, though one monthly burger usually injects some unique flavors as well. We've tried the onion rings, tots, and fries, and while all are good the fries are the most flavorful. I also must call out one big letdown, which may be a deal breaker for some...the ketchup situation. The couple times we've been there, it's been generic packets. It's heinous to have this flavor without Heinz, or at least something I can slather on instead of carefully applying one smidge at a time.

If I had had more time I would've shopped around a bit. For lunch I ordered the quesadilla burger and made it a combo with fries and a soda. Thank you to the cashier for informing me about the combo deal! The quesadilla burger was delicious and I couldn't stop biting into it. The fries were also well made. My only issue was that it was freezing inside the restaurant. I don't know if they don't have heat or the heat was just broken that day, but I had to keep my winter jacket on the whole time I was there. I hope they were able to get it fixed!! Overall though, I definitely enjoyed the place and have to go back the next time I'm in the Springfield area.
