There was only one review so I wasn't sure if it was even a real review. Let me assure you, this guy is a conscientious and honest mechanic. He seems to take pride in the fact that he charges a fraction of the Harley dealer, but that's not really impressive if you've ever gone to a Harley dealer. I found his pricing fair, as in he is making a living and does not gouge at all. What is impressive is the fact that he really takes pride in his work. I went to pick up my bike at his place and had forgot to mention that the foot hold on the clutch side would spin. He had been paid he took another twenty minutes to fix it because as he said it could be dangerous. If I can get the bike to Bergen I will use him again and again. If you're lucky enough to live nearby he will pick up your bike at no cost. I'm a fan, and recommend this mechanic.

The bike runs amazingly. I received my bike back cleaner than the way I brought it to them. They strive for quality work. They literally went above and beyond in regards to Quality, pricing and speed of work. You can see that when their customers smile and are happy, that they also are happy and smiling. They make you feel at home in their shop unlike the dealerships where you're only a number of the day. They understood that I'm a newer rider and had extreme patience with me. They explained everything in great detail of any issues I had with my bike. I knew that my Bike was in great hands, and I was RIGHT! I will be going to these guys for EVERYTHING with my bike, whether it's for a simple oil change or a complete customization. I HIGHLY WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. You won't be disappointed at all when you go here. My friends also all will be going here as well. THANK YOU GUYS!

I told John what I wanted done and John took the time with me to explain exactly what they would be doing and he gave me a detailed price quote. Based on the way John treated me, I decided to bring my scooter to Iannace's Cycle Shop for the work to be done. I was told the work would take 3 days to do. On the second day I got a call from John and was given some good news, firstly, my scooter was ready to be picked up, a day earlier. Secondly, the actual price turned out to be over $100.00 lower than the original price quote, this because upon close inspection of my scooter, John found some of the parts I told him I wanted changed, to be in very good condition and didn't need changing. A win-win, picked up my scooter and it ran beautifully. Now, fast forward 5 months to just a few days ago, my son and I both have Can Am Outlander 570 ATV's. We wanted to get snowplow's installed on the machines. Iannace's Cycle Shop beat all the other cycle shop prices in the area, also able to complete the jobs in two days, other shops told me 4-5 day's. I told John that we would be renting a trailer from U-Haul to get our ATV's to his shop. Almost before I could finish my sentence, John said "come borrow the shop trailer to bring your ATV's to my shop". I don't know of very many business owner's who would go to such great lengths to help a customer in ways that go way above and beyond what could ever be expected of them. Bottom line is, best prices around, top notch mechanical services, quick turnaround times and great customer service, all designed to make the experience for the customer, a great one. I highly recommend Iannace's Cycle Shop for all your motorcycle, ATV or snowmobile needs, they also carry a large selection of accessories for all cycling activities. Thanks again John, you will forever be our "go to" cycle shop. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure your success will continue.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid BMG Powersports…read moreif you care about your motorcycle, your money, or your safety. After an accident, I had my bike towed here instead of Gold Coast. Huge mistake. I provided upgraded parts for the repair, and they tried to pocket them without crediting me or adjusting my bill--telling me to "take it up with insurance." That was shady from the beginning. They were supposed to replace items like my Barkbusters with the exact parts listed in their quote. Instead, they installed a flimsy knockoff you could literally bend by hand. When I asked them to fix it, they ignored me. I ended up replacing it myself. Their workmanship was careless--partially stripped bolts, loose components, and handlebars still torqued from the accident. After eight months in their shop, there's no excuse. And even then, they pressured me to take the bike back unfinished--missing decals--saying they'd mail them later. I refused because they were already paid to finish the job. When they finally got the decals in stock, they botched the install and had to reorder, delaying things again. It gets worse: they didn't replace parts they were paid to replace, and they caused additional damage--likely when they forced on those cheap Barkbusters. When I pointed it out, they blamed shipping. The explanation didn't make sense: the bike was secured only by the wheels, with no sign of external impact. They also repeatedly assured me that the original damage from the accident had been fixed--but it hadn't. They were 100% sure they'd replaced the part. They were wrong. Eventually, they said they'd send a replacement--even though the part is only sold in sets. Months later, I still haven't received anything. After chasing them with unanswered emails and calls, I finally got the owner on the phone. He was rude, dismissive, and belittling. He told me I was overreacting about a "$15 difference"--even though it was over $50. It's not about the money--it's about accountability. They caused the damage and lied about it. Then he asked me what kind of "compromise" I wanted--as if I was asking for more than the bare minimum. Why should I compromise when they messed up? Classic gaslighting. He claimed he mailed a check. Let's see if it ever shows up--especially after this review. That's the kind of people you're dealing with here. I had a cross-country move to manage and no time to keep chasing them. I gave them every opportunity to make it right. They didn't. BMG Powersports is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and borderline negligent. If you value your bike, your time, or your sanity--go somewhere else.

Strong Warning - Hudson Valley Motorcycles…read more Please, before you even consider going to Hudson Valley Motorcycles, read the negative reviews. READ THEM ALL Because this is exactly what you will get. They are not anecdotal; they are what you will experience. No communication, arrogant, etc. My own experience lined up 100% with the bad reviews, and I'm honestly relieved I never let them touch my bike. Here's what you should know: The staff is dismissive and disrespectful. When I checked in the very next day after dropping off my Ducati, the shop manager snapped back with, "You only dropped it off a day ago." That kind of attitude says it all. After 4 days, I was told they had a lot of "recalls" come in so it would be another 4 or 5 days, and there were two more bikes ahead of mine. Had I not reached out, my bike would have just sat there, and who knows how many other recalls would have come in? I guess "recalls" are the equivalent of "dog ate my homework". The reviews repeatedly point out that their work is hit or miss. In other words, you might not only get treated poorly, you MIGHT also get shoddy work done on your motorcycle. The positive reviews? I can't say for sure, who wrote them sine employees and family can also add reviews. I am not saying they did but, who knows? Be aware. Even their responses to criticism show the same arrogance. One answer to a customer complaint was, "It's Westchester, so it's expensive." Let's be clear: Hudson Valley Motorcycles is in Ossining. Ossining is not Scarsdale, it's not Bronxville, and it's certainly not some high-end part of Westchester that justifies inflated prices. This shop is only seven minutes from my house, but I would never step foot in there again. I'd rather drive an hour to a shop that respects customers and stands by their work. If you want to know how you will be treated for service, watch the Seinfeld episode of "Soup Nazi"! NO SERVICE FOR YOU! Bottom line: If you value your motorcycle, your wallet, and your dignity, stay far away from Hudson Valley Motorcycles.
