    Tuna Tartar

East Tokyo has been my go-to for all types of Asian cuisine. Their lunch specials are phenomenal, but I was most recently surprised by how delectable their Tuna Tartar was. Also, the staff is very kind and helpful!

Place is okay if you're coming with typical expectations (nothing upscale). For the positives... Lunch and dinner portions are generous. I do recommend getting one of their bento boxes - beef Negimaki while flavorful, not quite visually appealing as I remember (home made). And what can be improved... Crab Rangoon I would call a pass - tough with very little filling. I'm curious to say what business owner has to say, I'm planning to revisit in the future if presentation improves.

Their lunch specials are very attractive, especially if you're feeling like a cheapskate. Listen........$6.50 for sesame chicken, fried rice, a couple crab rangoons and a wonton soup. Not only was I full, but that sounds like a GREAT deal to me! The chicken was crispy and had the perfect amount of sauce. Accompanied by fresh broccoli and fried rice, which was also very good as well. The crab rangoons were cooked fresh to orded, they were litterally golden. I also had an eggroll, I usally hate these chinese eggrolls but this one I really liked. It had some meat in it as well. I had some sushi last time I came here and it was also very good. They had some quality stuff for amazing lunch special prices. The hostess is also really funny and friendly. Whemever I want a deal for lunch, I come here. Like....wow.

Finally! A great place for sushi and Japanese/Chinese food! We have done take out both times but the food was plentiful, fresh tasting and flavorful. We've tried The orange chicken. Very good. They dont skimp the rice comes in a separate container. Bento boxes. My daughter loved hers. In it was teriyaki chicken, white rice, dumplings, cali roll. Came with soup and salad. Wow! They said everything was so good! I was craving California rolls so I got two rolls and went to town! This will be our go to for nights I dont feel like cooking and want some yummy chinese takeout. Give it a try !

Very good food, service is amazing. Volcano roll is my favorite. Best place to stop for asian food and sushi.

I ordered delivery, but this restaurant is located in Stop n Shop. There is no delivery fee but there is a $20 minimum. The lunch specials are a good deal. I got a 3 roll lunch special which comes with salad and miso soup for around $10. The rolls are decent, but the spicy salmon roll has some crunchy thing in it which made it a bit weird. I also got a special roll, orange dragon roll, which consists of salmon and avocado. It was big but I didn't think the taste was that special for the price. I'll stick to the lunch specials and combos.

Love this place. It's my go-to place in town for sushi. I'd like to see a little more wine options for dine in.

The crab cake was a little different more like a mush but tasted really good, Edamame was plain but with salt we fixed it and HOT, the way I like, we also got mozzarella sticks and those were also impressive. With such good appetizers we really thought the seafood boil was going to be as good but we couldn't really eat it, the fish smell coming from the bag made my kid lose her appetite and my husband felt sick all the way home, we got shrimp, kielbasa, a single small lobster tail hard to carve and we think the mini sea scallops were to strong and fishy , i asked the waitress if the corn could be cut because it was whole so she gave us a knife to do it on the table and the knife couldn't even cut the air because it was dull.. I took the food home because I was not going to leave $60+ sitting there. At home I rinse it and the amount of garlic in that soho special sauce was astronomical. The restaurant was clean and the waitress really friendly but the seafood boil was not as good

We ordered a variety of tacos so we could sample a little bit of everything. I had the al pastor tacos, I also ordered chorizo tacos, one of my sons ordered the birria tacos, and my other son chose the chicken tacos. The first thing I noticed was how fresh the tortillas were. They were soft, flavorful, and tasted homemade, which really elevated each taco. Overall, the tacos were fresh and enjoyable, but I found myself wanting a little more seasoning and bolder flavor. The al pastor was good, but I think a stronger marinade or more spice would have made it stand out more. The chorizo tacos, which are usually spicy, didn't really have that heat I was expecting. My son enjoyed the birria tacos, but we both agreed the consommé was milder than expected. When I tried the broth, it tasted a bit bland compared to others I've had. My other son liked his chicken tacos but said he just wanted more. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and it's a convenient local option when you're craving tacos. Would I come back? Yes. I enjoyed the meal and would return to try other items on the menu. My only suggestion would be a bit more bold seasoning and heat across the board. The fresh tortillas and overall quality are strong. It just needs a little more flavor punch to really stand out. In my opinion.

We ordered chips and guacamole, the spicy shrimp plate, an array of tacos, and the star of the meal: the Birria empanada. Everything was flavored perfectly and everything was very fresh.
