She came into my home as a licensed professional to help me care for my cats. She then found out that friends of hers were trying to file a lawsuit against me, so she proceeded to befriend me and set me up to help her friends accomplish this goal. It's a total breach of her professionalism and trust as a veterinarian to do this to a client. When she found out her friends had a personal issue with me, she should have just said, "I'm sorry, I can no longer be your vet. Here's a referral." That would have been the honest and professional thing to do. Georgia is 71 years-old and has the maturity of a teenager. Look at how she communicates, swearing at people unprovoked and putting them down for being disabled..She's great at pretending to be kind and caring in the beginning, but if you really know Georgia Tate behind the mask, she's an awful human being, a liar, and a narcissist. Dr Tate is an amazing veterinarian. My cat had pink eye in his one eye and then spread to the other which she said may happen. Well it did a few days later. I called her on both occasions she contacted me immediately on both calls and made time for me and my baby. Her treatment literally took effect in a few hours and he was doing much better. Her care is METICULOUS and she is very compassionate and loving. I don't know what I'd do without her. Someone answered the phone, listened to what was going on, then said she would have to take my name and number and would have to call me back after she got through calling everyone else. We recently had to euthanize a very old cat of ours. I called the animal hospital that's nearby and they wanted $215. This would have come with the full experience of transporting your sick and in pain pet, then waiting in a busy, noisy lobby (sadly we've done this before there). We didn't want that for our cat. We didn't need to stress him further or alarm him with being in some strange place. I compared that price with vets that will come to your home and this was worth the additional expense for the comfort and convenience. They pretty much all have the same price except for one in the east valley which is significantly lower. When the doctor arrived he got to be comfortable sitting in the sunlight of his favorite window for the appointment. I actually called around 6:30 a.m. I called a few places and this company responded first and got our business. They rearranged their schedule and came out within 90 minutes. This was very helpful as he was in pain and had been ill for a month or so. It was as good an experience as something like this can be. But I sincerely hope I never have to call them again. read more

Doctor Tate responded within 15 minutes of my message. I needed a medically necessary euthanasia for my pup. His legs gave out on him and was no longer able to walk. She and her assistant were at my home within 90 minutes and helped us through an awful day. We were able to spend the last day with our pup in an environment with people he loved. After my experience with East Valley Mobile Vet yesterday, I find it hard to understand how I have gone this far through life without having before used a fabulous service such as theirs. I called them under dire circumstances, but their responsiveness and kindness was the beginning of what led to a positive experience I will be forever grateful for. They went above and beyond, rearranging appointments to be able to get to our home as quickly as possible. Without effort, they demonstrated a natural love and compassion for our elderly pup. They provided honest opinions, and I never felt like they were trying to "sell" me on expensive test (which is what I am used to getting with other Vets). With such reasonable prices, that are clearly spelled out on their web site, and the belief that they are truly Angels, I can't imagine ever being anything less then their most loyal customer, and biggest fan. read more

I called to set up an appointment with East Valley Mobile Vet - a business advertising online. Georgia Tate, is the vet with whom I spoke. She asked that I fax to her records of my pets and I asked if she would be willing to arrange for me to speak to one of her clients for a referral. She said she would call me with that information. A week passed and I did not hear from Ms.Tate so I called to remind her that I had not received the information she promised. I was shocked with her response! She said she would never, ever provide me with a referral. She wanted my personal information but had no intention of following through with her promise. Please be clear - I wasn't asking for anyone's private information. I was asking her to introduce me to one of her satisfied customers. If she was concerned about being paid for her time to arrange the introduction, I'd be happy to cover that cost. When moving to a new area and not knowing anyone, how does one get a referral? One local vet provided a list of mobile vets but quickly said he was not referring any of them, It was just a list compiled by someone he did not know and noted that, in general, some vets are better than others and I was responsible for researching them. Exactly how is that done? Online reviews are not reliable. That's why businesses pay an outside company to remove reviews they don't like. Sadly, fake reviews - good and bad - are common in today's world. For what it's worth, my review is not a fake one. Everything I've said is true and I'd be happy to speak directly with anyone wanting more information. What would a mobile vet (or any vet) have to hide? Are the five-star reviews really happy customers or fake reviews? Something doesn't sound right. If you have customers pleased with your service, wouldn't you like to have them brag about you? Is there a reason to be suspicious of the services offered by East Valley Mobil Vet or is their policy just bad business practice? I'm left wondering. read more

I spoke to Dr. Veena Alexis on the phone. She answered my questions honestly, compassionately, professionally and in a way that is above and beyond what I have experienced with the majority of veterinarians in my life. We discovered East Valley Mobile Vet after fighting with our then 12 year old cat to get him to the vet. Often times, when we brought him in, he was so agitated, the vet couldn't treat him. Then, we found Dr. Tate. The benefits of having your vet come to the home are vast. Suddenly the battle of will over getting into the pet carrier was no more. East Valley Mobile Vet now treats all of our pets. They have been with us through our two cats having Lymphoma and one needing an Iodine treatment. Not only is their standard care for pets fabulous, they are with you when more serious illnesses arise. When the veterinarian oncologist was treating our cat for Lymphoma, the information we were being given was overwhelming. Dr. Tate regularly checked in our cat and us. She helped us decide what was right and where the limit was when it came to quality of life. Despite having been a vet for a number of years, when Dr. Tate has to help one of our kitties cross the rainbow bridge, you could see that she was saddened for our kitty. Even though she has been through a lot with many clients, it hasn't hardened her or allow her to become "purely business." Lastly, you would think that a mobile vet would be ridiculously expensive. It isn't. It actually saved us money at times because we can vaccinate everyone at once and I don't have to take the day off from work (but just work from home). Love this vet, I would recommend to anyone and I have actually! To all who are buying pups from us that live in her service area. We had a litter of 12 puppies back in July and when it came time for their first set of shots our regular vet had to cancel the day of our appointment due to a positive Covid result for one of their Dr's so they were prioritizing sick patients. I called/emailed around everywhere trying to find a new vet to get these pups their shots at the last minute. No one could fit me in, then I heard back from Dr Tate and she was able to come out to us the very next day! It was an all round great experience, called when she was heading over to give us a heads up, was great with all the pups, thoroughly checked them over and answered all our questions. We knew that we would be using this vet from now on. I had to ask for her to come back and look at one of the pups a week later, again I got next day service! She is friendly, great with the pups and genuinely seems to care. I don't know how she has those couple bad reviews on here, but after seeing them that's what made me want to write one of my own. Prices are reasonable and she comes directly to your house which makes everything much easier, especially with 12 6wk old puppies lol! I can't say enough good things, we are moving to Florida soon so I can only hope we can find a vet as great as Dr Tate for all our future litters, I wish we had found her sooner! read more

I called east valley mobile vet to check on my dog that whelped last night. I wsnted her checked to make sure she was okay and thst she didn't need a shot of oxytocin to clean her out since I wasn't sure we had all the placentas accounted for. I was told she may have a touch of mastitis, her temperature was 102.7 which I was told was okay even though her normal temperature is 101 and when I mentioned the shot I was told she may need it but she didn't have any with her. If I end up taking my dog to the emergency vet this weekend then I will be sending the bill to east valley. They also didn't know what antibiotics they could give my dog that wouldn't cross to the puppies. Isn't that something a vet should know? I will not be using them again. read more

I was so happy to find that their was a mobile clinic, with caring women, who where available the same day.
