BEWARE!!! CROOKS AND SCAMMERS!! Ok first off, I will say because I was towed but from the reviews I've seen this place is very shady and have done things shady in their practices. Given the area I'm not surprised it's full of a certain group out to rip people off. But this company is contracted by my apartment complex PAC, and these guys towed me in the middle of the night. Let me explain, I got home late from a family trip and I had things in my car. So I moved my car up a few car lengths so I can get close as I can without blocking. My neighbor saw it he said it's cool. So I bring in my boxes and groceries because I shopped late at night. So I move my car back in my spot. A few hours later I decide to get rid of some heavy shelves and my complex dumpster was filled up. So I decide to load them in my car. So I pulled my car up again and I was gonna take it to where my dad's place is they have many dumpsters. I didn't realize the time but it was late and I was pretty wired so and I thought I wouldn't disturb my neighbors. So I pulled up went inside and was in for a while. I got busy then I come out to open my car and I was gone!! The jerk driver took my car. Then the next day they wanted me to pay 358 to get it back. And the jerk guy on Sunday threatened to go away and not deal with me because he didn't like that I didn't want to pay. After I tried to explain to him I was loading my car up with things. Then I called that Monday to their crap service and again the lady on the phone refuses to give me back my money no matter how many times I explained. And of course I got mad, they expect you to be nice after they steal your car and hold it hostage until you pay the ransom. And yes it was stolen because I didn't leave it unattended, it was late night and I didn't think it would be taken. And it was taken fast because at most my car was moved maybe for 30 minutes so I can load my car. I came back out maybe an hour. I was tired and I didn't check the time. But I moved my car so i could spread out and not hit my neighbors car. It's like how can I load it in with two cars next to me in my spot?? But these crooks won't refund my money even though they're in the wrong. My building as far as I know doesn't have loading policies or anything like a procedure. And people load things from their cars all the time and sometimes it helps to move it closer. And I was not blocking anyone! All I did was move my car so I can load it with some heavy shelves and I left it for a while. If anything it's a minor thing. But still this guy saw an opportunity and took it. When I asked if there was a manager or owner I could speak with, she claimed there was no manager or owner of the business. Informed that it was towed....why...because I used my food stamps to buy homeless people a few pizza's. Then myself and another back young lady were asked to leave...shopping while black? 2 people from this towing company were dispatched to tow my car inside building that my mom lives in ! She has lived there for 15 years. My mom is very sick and can barely walk and I take care of her along with my brother . Not only did this person come to the building but also went a looked at my car , and waited 10 min before leaving ? And they left because we came down and caught it ! I have registration , insurance and everything is up to date ! So why would u listen and try to tow my car ? Why ? ! All of it is on my camera ! We called dispatch and they were so rude for no reason and on Christmas Eve as well. We asked to pick up the car but they said no one was there at the dispatch station to release the car yet someone answered the phone. While we were on the phone with someone they were towing another car in the process in the same lot. East Valley Towing - Shady company changing their name for cheating people - Towing Near Me - Van Nuys, California

My Hoa recently signed up with this company (in which reading some of the previous reviews it looks like that might have been coerced into doing so since I was told that the reason for the change was because our previous tow company was going out of business). My management company at made the dumb mistake saying that they can tour and tow at their discretion as long as the vehicle is blocking an entrance or exit, blocking a fire hydrant or blocking a fire lane. They towed my truck without notice from in front of my garage when there is no fire lane by my garage and I have not broken any of the tour and tow criteria. Then charged me $281 to get back my work truck. After my Hoa went to bat for me, they offered me my money back as long as I sign a release of liability a week later. DO NOT sign up with them. My vehicle was towed from my designated parking spot. The tow company Illegally towed me at the request of a tenant who. 3 days prior put signs up private property and tenant parking without the owner/landlords consent. The tow company did not follow up to see if the signs posted were actually legit and we're assigned to be there. The signs never stated no parking they merely stated tenant parking only. I am a tenant. They are refusing to go e my car back and saying I need to pay when it was their negligence and failure to properly do their job. STOLE my garage remote out of my car!! My car was towed out of my gated parking garage in my apartment building from a tenant falling. First of all, my building manager said tenants are authorized to call for towing. I checked every part of my car and my remote was nowhere to be found and the only person to be in my car from the time it was towed out of the garage to when I picked it up was the guy who drove it out from their lot. I got home with car and noticed it was missing from the spot I always put it. I called and even told them straight up that the only possible explanation was that that guy stole it and they didn't care or do anything about it.
