Vehicle was picked up off 45A in Massachusetts on and a flat bed and was told to bring vehicle to my shop in Hudson. Vehicle was then switched off the flatbed onto a 2wheel car dolley without being told and during unloading the driver carelessly pulls off and rips the front bumper off the vehicle and says it's no big deal and tries to smash the bumper back into the "clips" when in reality it slides INTO brackets. Then proceeds to tell me I'm ungrateful and he has no reason to update me when my vehicle was transferred off the flatbed and onto the car dolley. Absolute worst experience I've ever seen and the most unprofessional driver. WILL NEVER recommend a single person to this company read more

Called AAA at 6:58am requesting service. Called AAA two more times to obtain an ETA. Was told 20 minutes at 9:08am. I went outside and worked in my yard (this was a tow from my home to the dealership).  At 10:34am I reached out directly to the towing company and was told that the driver stopped by, saw my truck, tried calling me, had AAA try calling me and so they left. I have ZERO missed calls (I have full cell service where I live), I have cameras outside and I was also outside. I can prove that they never stopped by, drove by, etc. They were never on my one way street. Awful company, rude owner and based on other reviews, it's a company not long for this industry if this is how they are going to treat people. AAA is now dispatching a different company for service and I have filed a Member Relations complaint against Eastbound. I am a 'Premier Member' of AAA and a customer for over 25 years and this is by far the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. read more

BEWARE!! I felt I must post this to in order to hopefully, in some way, protect others. It is so scary to think of a single woman (like myself) and/or an elderly person (like myself) could be treated in the way I was by the owner of Eastbound Transportation. I received a $400 CASH ON THE SPOT demand from Eastbound Towing, Pepperell. I parked in a space last Friday while having dinner at The Peddler's Daughter in Nashua, NH and they towed my auto. I tried to stop the driver, but she just put the pedal to the metal when our eyes connected. I spoke with Nashua police officers that were driving by. They were so kind and told me how this towing thing works and called me a cab to take me to Pepperell where Eastbound Towing is located to pick up my car. The owner (which I found out later) was filling up a car with gas in front of the restaurant and (they had one of their tow trucks there, so I asked him how this towing thing works, he wouldn't even look at me, much less respond. 1) There was no visible sign in the parking lot. I have a picture of where I parked and saw no sign. 2) The man from Eastbound Towing was verbally abusing, cussing, telling me I was "..a pain in his *..." and "...because I was such a pain in his * I would have to pay more for the towing service than anyone else...". Apparently, calling the towing service to see where my car is and what I need to to to get it back was a "...pain the his *...". I had no idea what to do.... On a brighter side, there was a nice young man in the parking lot, his business is in the same lot as Eastbound Towing. This young man is my witness that I was verbally accosted for more than 1/2 hour, he heard everything this man said to me. I shudder to think what may have happened to me had this young man not been there to help. He helped me by: 1) Witnessing the abuse of the Eastbound Tow Owner/Driver which verbally, monetarily, and through his body language made me feel unsafe and taken advantage of. I believe the young man protected me from this maniacal man (Eastbound) by his presence, which I am most grateful for. 2) This young fellow also lent me the extra $140 cash out of his pocket that I didn't have on me to hand over to this awful human being (Eastbound). The Eastbound Owner/Driver said he would not accept a credit card and if I couldn't hand him $400 cash on the spot, he would "...keep my car...". During all of this appalling behavior, he and the person in his truck were openly laughing at me. How can the city of Nashua, NH let a person like this interact with people in their city? Eastbound should be pulled from the ability to lurk in the corners, preying on people. There is no way they are licensed and operating legally. $365 to tow my car from Nashua to Pepperell because I was parked in a Public Parking lot that turns in a private lot unbeknownst to me because there's no clear signage. The man who answered the phone refused to give me my car and told me he couldn't meet me until 11PM. It was 7:20PM and they had just taken my car 20 minutes earlier! DO USE THIS TOW SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES If I could have given this towing company a negative rating-- which they certainly deserved-- I would have. I had the misfortune of having my car towed from a private lot that adjoins a public lot in Nashua on Pearson Ave. located off Main street. The private lot sign is strategically positioned at the edge of the public lot set back and obscured from view by other cars, leading one to believe that this lot is merely an extension to the public lot. There are no other signs located inside the private lot to warn people, which is inexcusable and frankly irresponsible on the part of the city. The city is keenly aware of this issue, but flat out refuses to do anything about it. How outrageous is that? Now to the scandalous towing company, the consummate predators lurking nearby just waiting for the opportunity to tow your car. After I returned the lot after spending merely one hour at a nearby restaurant, I discovered that my car was gone. The police informed me that my car had been towed-- out of state I might add-- and gave me the name of the towing service. When I reached the towing service, the person on the phone was rude and completely insensitive. This is what irritated me most since customers should rightly expect some modicum of professionalism and courtesy after learning that they had been gouged and swindled for hundreds of dollars in towing fees. Clearly that is not how this company operates, and it's unthinkable that they can continue to treat customers this way and stay in business. After informing me that I could claim the car for $365.00 cash for an 8-mile tow, an outrageous fee, no less, there was no explanation as to how they arrived at that fee, which included a ton of miscellaneous charges, many of which I suspect were not required. I later learned that they can establish their own fees without provocation or recourse. Moreover, when asked when I could pick up the car, they told me that they'd be available only at 11:00 PM, which was three hours later. Because I had a babysitter waiting at home, I had to get an Uber home and arrange to pick up the car the next day. I will never dine in Nashua again, and while the city and police claim to be well aware of the towing complaints from this lot on Pearson St. due to a sign that is obscured from view, especially at night, nothing has been done to help alert the public. Nothing. That, combined with a towing company that gouges people and then has the unmitigated gall to treat them like second class citizens is totally unacceptable and completely shameful. Beware!!!! "High tail it over there now," he told me. And when I did, the lot was dark and nobody was there. Nobody answered the phone and the voicemail was full. This establishment was one of the most rude and unprofessional people to work with. If you have the option to use another business I STRONGLY suggest it. Their driver took our car off the truck and cracked the under protective covering and dragged it out with the truck, we took video and pictures of them doing it. They then refused to accept any fault for the damage and we now have to take our car to make sure there isn't any more damage, at our expense. When I called the owner to explain what happened she said its owner's expense and it's our fault because we shouldn't have parked in the parking lot. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! How does AAA continue to contract with these people is beyond me. Let's s start of by saying if you are going to own a company conduct business in professional manner and use the correct technique and equipment when towing different types of vehicles. My 2021 Mazda CX-9 was towed from 2 Pearson Ave Nashua NH on 3/3/2023. When I called East Bound Towing at 9:22pm the owner Tim Morine confirmed he had towed my vehicle and I can pick it up at their location between 11:00 and 11:15pm $365 CASH ONLY because he was diabetic and was going to go have dinner. Mind you my cars GPS stayed my car had arrived at his lot at 9:27pm. I stated to Tim I had my 4 year old daughter with me and would be unable to wait that long. I arrived at the tow lot location at 10:15pm and saw my car in a flatbed tow truck relived that it was towed the correct way as it was face in. I called Mr. Morine and advice I was at the tow lot with my 4 year old and he was there within minutes. Upon arrival I paid $365 CASH. I quickly again asked Mr. Morine if a wheel lift was utilized when towing vehicle. He replied "YES".! but thanks to another person that was at the lot with the presence of a Pepperell Police officer towed from the same lot I was towed shared a VIDEO with me of how my vehicle was towed and no wheel lift was utilized, meaning my brake system could be damaged. Tim the $365 is good pocket change, but parking brake damage will cost you way more. Stay humble and conduct your business in a professional, truthful and humble manner. My family and I had park in the market basket parking lot and we had been waiting for a spot prior to finding one and these jerk blocked the spot and the guy put his car in park put his feet on the dashboard and lounged out. So when I got out of the car I very nicely pointed out "hey are you aware you're blocking a parking spot" to which he responded "im towing the fucking car bitch now move along" to my surprise considering he was driving a COMPANY VEHICLE. So I proceeded to call him an asshole and move along. Then my father looked at him and said "don't talk to my daughter like that you're a real piece of work" and this jackass responded "you have a fucking problem with it then why don't you fucking fight me". I had my car towed late at night and when calling them to inquire where my vehicle was taken they screamed at me over they phone and said unthinkable to me and ended up hanging up on me. This morning I called them and they specifically told me to come at 9am and we're open til 4pm. I arrived at 10am and no one was at the office, it looks abandoned. I than called again, got the voicemail 5 times and the sixth time a woman finally picked up. Spoke absolute gibberish to me and at the end said someone would be calling me in 10-15 minutes, very vague. I am now stranded outside their office in 90 degree weather. Very unprofessional company and horribly rude. I hope to never come here again and hope no one has to experience this company. read more

This company showed up when I called triple a last week. Myself and my husband both gave the driver specific directions about where to tow the car, exactly where to park it, and where to put the keys- to which he 'yeah yeah yeahed' and headed off. The next day I called the garage at 4pm, as I hadn't heard from them. They apologized profusely stating they had no idea the car was there because the tow truck had left it in the trade in lot, and left the keys under the mat in the car- completely disregarding our directions. To top it all off they did something to the bottom of the car, that I'm now waiting to have diagnosed. Even when I was leaning on the horn letting them know they were pushing me into the break down lane, they still continued to completely push me off the road and potentially cause an accident. If I could give a negative star, I would. By the fault of our own, my fiancé and I did not put a sticker on our new car the first night we got it because of an emergency. We have the sticker and just we're not able to put it on. However, when my fiancé noticed it wasn't there, he called eastbound transportation and damn how rude. The woman on the phone was so quick to only say "$305 cash only" and wouldn't give my fiancé the moment to say anything. He tried to reason with her and said he would talk to his landlord and she was still saying $305 cash only over and over. Finally our land lord calls and he says it's $250...oh but my fiancé was told 305 cash only. He was told that it's $250 if people come before they close at 5. We are here at 9:45am and NO ONE IS HERE. My fiancé calls the woman again, who is just as rude as ever. He's obviously mad at the situation and she was still rude. He wants to know why he has to wait longer, why he was told one price and the other price was never mentioned at all. She is getting mad at him and threatens to add on the $55 that wouldn't be put on because the shop is OPEN because she can "charge him whatever she wants" just because he was frustrated. If I could've given them 0 stars I would've. On 12/30/17 at 2:30am Eastbound towed my vehicle a Mercedes c300. There's a tab on the rear bumper that you pop open and you screw a tow hook in so the tow truck can hook to and drag your vehicle up onto the tow truck. Eastbounds driver did this and left the tab hanging and delivered my vehicle to the garage. When I picked up the vehicle the next day the tow company left the tow hook in the bumper and the tab was gone ( missing ). I called Eastbound their representative blamed the garage, he said it's probably only $20-30 dollars just buy another one. I said your company lost it and now I have to pay for it. His reply was yes. The absolute worst customer service!!! I also asked why didn't you take the hook out and leave the vehicle the way you got it, his response was we were busy. I would never recommend this company you'll be disappointed and it could possibly end up costing you money for their screw ups. read more
