The leasing side is 5 stars. The service side has gone down from 5 stars to 2. Last year I had a great experience w my 1st year service oil change etc checkup. This year, I'm hit with a coolant and brake fluid/brake fluid charge. - obviously I have realized that the service department doesn't top off the levels and they want you to be below so they can charge you $300 a piece for everything when it goes way below. I am Very disappointed, and I will only use them for what is included within oil change service and nothing more in the future. The one star rating is accurate and true to the reviews. The only way a five star is accurate is, if you came to buy and got what you wanted. I purchase my car in 2019, long story short in the worse way, I walked out feeling ravished by the sales rep and manager. I came in for a oil change today , in 2019 I came to get my car repaired and walked out with a brand new car that I didn't like and it was too small. Lesson learned! So I called last night to get an appointment. Not needed. Okay, I came today and the guy asks if I have an appointment. We spoke and he says drive to fast track = quick oil change. Another guy took my keys, told me that he would send me a link for the finance program for auto repairs. I get a text trying to lure me into buy a car. Like I said lesson learned. Nobody hardly speaks and if they do, look away quick. Sitting in the waiting area, I started feeling hood and gangster. The radio playing loud enough to accommodate the entire show room floor. My experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has been extremely frustrating. Since purchasing this vehicle, we have encountered repeated problems and have had to return it to the dealership every other month. On each occasion, the vehicle has remained there since June 15 to 20. Back again since June 22 while the dealership attempted to diagnose the issue. One of the most significant concerns has been the lack of loaner vehicles. For nearly two years, we were repeatedly informed that no loaners were available and that we would need to remain on a waiting list. It was only yesterday, after the vehicle had already been in the shop for nearly three weeks, that we finally received a loaner vehicle for the first time. The dealership has also been unable to determine the underlying cause of the problems. We are now being told that there may be an electrical issue; however, after multiple visits and extended repair periods, we still do not have a permanent resolution. It appears that this vehicle may have had defects from the outset. The level of customer service has been equally disappointing. Phone calls are often not answered, messages are not returned, and communication throughout the repair process has been poor. Purchasing a new vehicle should not be this stressful. At this point, we are seriously considering consulting an attorney to better understand our options and determine how to resolve this ongoing matter. In mid-February 2026, my 2021 Jeep began displaying warning alerts. I contacted Eastchester Chrysler Jeep and spoke with Keir, who scheduled a service appointment. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told there were approximately $3,500 in repairs needed. Although I was informed that my extended warranty covered a portion of the cost, I was still charged about $1,700 out of pocket. I was not given a clear explanation as to why I was responsible for such a large amount. About three weeks later, the same warning alerts that originally prompted my visit reappeared. I contacted the dealership again and scheduled another appointment for early April 2026. At that visit, I was told that additional repairs were required, including replacement of wiring harnesses, at an estimated cost of approximately $5,000. This was concerning given that I had already paid $1,700 for repairs that apparently did not resolve the original issue. Because I had lost confidence in the dealership's diagnosis and repair process, I chose not to proceed with the recommended work. Instead, I took the vehicle to another repair shop. The issue was successfully repaired, and the cost was significantly tremendously less than the $5,000 estimate I received from Eastchester Chrysler Jeep. Based on my experience, I question whether the original diagnosis and repair recommendations were accurate. I believe customers deserve clear explanations, accurate diagnostics, and confidence that they are not being charged for unnecessary repairs I need a refund. read more

I'm writing this review 2 weeks after dropping off my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee for what I thought was a simple fix. Dropped it off at 7:30am on 5/14/26. Waited around for 5 hrs to be told that I need to leave it because my fuel pump needs to be replaced and that I have a rodent issue?? Apparently, the wiring in my vehicle was chewed causing my blind spot monitoring to go out. Okay, fine. What's the next steps and is my warranty covered? Nope, only the fuel pump is covered. Repairs for the harness and wiring is almost $7,000! I'm then told I can go through insurance, so I do. Cool. They tell me they'll cover the repairs and that I can get a rental. Here I sit 13 days later and the Jeep has been fixed since last Wednesday. I've been fighting with them to release my vehicle, but here's the real kicker; they are telling me they haven't received the check from my insurance company, which is GEICO, a very reputable insurance company. GEICO has given them proof of payment and still they won't release it. I've been on the phone with Jeep every single day pleading with them to give me my vehicle and I'm paying an exuberant amount of money to have a rental which I don't need because my Jeep is repaired and just sitting on their lot!! I will never give them my business again! I actually purchased my Jeep from them 6 years ago and this is the first time in all my years of owning/leasing/financing a vehicle that I've been treated like this. The manager over there is a real piece of you know what. I don't know what kind of show they're running over there, but they treat their customers like crap and do not care. It's all about the money. I'm going on vacation in a couple of days and now not sure what will happen since I don't have my vehicle. Please, do yourself a favor and do not bring your vehicle here for repairs. I brought my work vehicle for 2 recalls and A/C not working blowing hot air, gave them the vehicle on Monday morning, kept calling for updates, got the total run around i was told the A/C line was contaminated with the wrong refridgerant, and it will cost $700.00, gave them the ok, then the 5th day, I get its the condensor, and the vehicle has to stay here for another week and a half, I said absolutely not its my work vehicle, I brought it to another service center, the recalls were never done, and obvisously they did nothing to look at the A/C issue, so apparently my truck went there and was parked there for 5 days and nothing was done, stay away from this place at all costs, the other service center took care of the issues in a day. read more

This has to be one of the worst car dealerships in the Bronx. For context I have been buying cars with them since 2014. Literally every lease that I have had has been with them. Each time I return a lease there is always an issue. Right now I am in the middle of my current lease with an all electric, first of its model Jeep Wagoner S. In February my car, despite having full charge, would not shift or turn off. For nearly 3 hours it sat with the battery on, refusing to turn off or shift. Triple A had to come and assess my car to no avail. I was in Atlantic city at the time for my birthday and was told I could not take it to any other dealership so I had to get it towed over 200 miles to the Bronx dealership. They then told me that because Triple A unplugged my battery it wiped the system and they could not tell me what went wrong. Months later, last week, the same issue occurred. This time, on a hill and I could not shift and had to keep my foot on the break because my car would not go into park without the emergency brake. I had to get it towed to the dealership again. Due to these events, I no longer can feel safe in this car for me or my family but they are refusing to let me out of my lease. While I am happy with the car I purchased, I have resorted to having to leave this poor review about Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Purchased my car in September after bringing in my old one for service and being told that due to issues the best option would be to repair which would cost me a crazy amount or replace I went ahead and decided to replace. I was already stressed out after just laying my grandma to rest two days earlier. After getting the car they assure me was well it was poor of me to not have fully checked the car and trusting them. I drove home then realized the tires were badly worn down before going on vacation I sent an email to the sales person I dealt with making them aware and did not receive a response. After returning from vacation I became more aggressive with my approach in getting the issue resolved to get the tires replaced, I reached out showed up to the dealer multiple times eventually I thought I was getting somewhere when the sales person I dealt with said she would reach out to the manager and she eventually came back saying they would replace them when I reached out again was told the manager was out and they would get back to me. While waiting on them driving home one day one of the tires blew on the highway I had to use to spare and sent a video to the sales person letting them know of the major safety concern this was she said the to come in on the Friday she got approved to replace the tires. I got there and then was told they were only approved to change one tire. I have reached out to customer service mangers sales team and to no avail they were quick to make a sale but care so little about making sure the care was up to part and do not care to fix the issues when it is bright to them. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE THEY ARE SELLING CARS THAT HAVE ISSUES. I bought a 2020 dodge Durango GT on APRIL 4 2025 the car is brand new basically with 46,000 miles. MALIK THE SALES REP asked me to put $2000 down even though I had a great credit score and just finished paying off my other car. The minute I drove out of The dealership with the Durango and into the highway the check engine light came on after doing 60 miles, Mind you the car was inspected about two hours before it was given to me. When I took the car back I was told that the CAM SHAFT needed to be replaced. I was given a loaner for about a month and after EASTCHESTER KEPT IGNORING MY CALL I returned the loaner because I'm paying for a Durango and not a jeep compás. I spoke to a SUPERVISOR NAMED LAMAR who lied and told me I had to bring the car back and that I was going to be given a new car because I had just bought the car and i shouldn't have had any problems and it's a lemon law they have to take the car back. I took the car in on MAY 12,2025 and LAMAR was not in and STANLEY told me that he lied they cannot give me a new car I have to wait for the CAMSHAFT to come in. ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND IM STILL WAITING FOR THE CAMSHAFT ITS STILL IN BACK ORDER. Lamar is always the greatest so I would always give him 5 stars. But Dametris, the Sales rep was a nightmare. I financed a car for $25,000 and yet everything about me was incorrect. The bank ALLY did not have my email address, my phone # or even my name. They only had my correct bank information. Yet everything was in my husband's name. This is very insulting because every single payment is coming from my checking account. I also leased 2 cars already from Chrysler Jeep, every single one of my 55 payments was on time. Yet even this time, in regards to this financed car, even the service department had all my information incorrect. They didn't even know that I purchased the car. All of the bills and service letters were addressed to my husband. I am disgusted with this Sales Rep who also didn't even give me any paperwork about the purchase. He gave me one sheet of paper in which the font was so tiny I couldn't even read it with a magnifying glass. This resulted in Uptempo going into my checking account when I was not ready because I didn't even know who they were, what was the first date of payment and that the first payment would be the whole $538. They had my bank information but did not know that it was me who purchased the car. They also had all of my incorrect information and my husband as the owner. My husband was only the co-signer. He would only need to make the payments if I died or lost employment. When I pay this car off, I will not return to Chrysler Jeep and that is a shame because I have been with them since 2020. This is my 3rd car from them. I definitely expecter that they would've known to make sure all of my information was updated and correct since this was actually the first time that I was purchasing a car. They should've also known that I would expect, deserve and want all the paperwork to show that I purchased the car. I took my vehicle in for a diagnosis, and not only did they overcharge me for it, but after I paid, they casually mentioned it was only a 50/50 chance that their so-called diagnosis was even correct. Had I known that upfront, I never would have wasted my time or money. To make matters worse, they broke my door in the process and didn't even bother telling me. On top of that, they unplugged my dash camera without my knowledge--probably because they didn't want me to have any evidence of their shady business practices. This place is a scam. I've been looking for a particular used car for months. I saw Eastchester had what i was looking for and decided to take a chance and avoid the reviews i've been reading. HUGE mistake. I took a test drive in the vehicle and i liked it and wanted to get pricing. I was told i'd get final numbers by the end of the day. So, I left a $500 deposit on the vehicle i wanted and i was told it is refundable. I didn't get the pricing and payment breakdown til the next day. But, once i looked at it, i learned real quick why this dealer has AWFUL reviews To my surprise, an extra $4k was worked into the deal. Approximately $2400 in "repairs" done to the vehicle and $2000+ in a "luxury car tax". When i asked my sales representative what this was about, she told me the car was serviced at another dealership and basically they wanted to be reimbursed for those repairs. ABSOLUTELY not. I'm in the car industry. I knew that bill wld be impossible unless there was a huge problem. AND i read into this "luxury car tax" NY has. It only applies to luxury vehicles that are over $60k. The car i was looking at wasn't even close to that. So, i asked for work orders to back up the $2400 repair fee. I was told a manager had that information and he'd call me. The manager was a typical used car sales man. He didn't even know why he called me when i answered. Told me his name was Lemar. He was super unprofessional and brash. I cld barely get 1 word in. All i wanted was honesty and service records to account for this $2400 cost on my deal. He told me i was given the wrong information. All service work was done IN HOUSE and he just arbitrarily came up with a number. "oh. i just usually put $1000 in for touch up paint or repairs. the rest is for liquids added to car". which i found ridiculous. then, when i was getting frustrated with how the call was going, he says to me, "why you getting mad? are you getting mad at me cause i'm trying to be honest?" Idk why i didn't tell him he just lost the sale right there. The call ended that he was printing me out the service records and i'll get a copy. he also worked out a better "deal" for me. I never got the service records. The luxury car tax was taken off. But, the magic $2400 repair was staying on the bill. Needless to say, i did not get the car. When I was looking around for Dodge Challengers I came across Eastchester Jeep Chrysler Dodge, who had a Dodge Challenger RT Scat Pack Widebody that they had just gotten in. I scheduled for an appointment to check out the vehicle, and all the while Sheaunna was great at ensuring I was all set. The price for the vehicle was great, so I drove an hour and a half on the day of my appointment (Yesterday, July 27th, 2024) to check it out. When I arrived, I was immediately helped by Shawn B who was awesome to work with. He was very charismatic, helpful, and even fun to talk to. When we finally went to go look at the car, it was all and ready to be test driven, which was a great experience. Afterwords, we discussed pricing, and I was pleasantly surprised that negotiating with them was extremely reasonable. We got down to the numbers that we could both settle on and they congratulated me on my purchase. Joseph M from their sales department really made the whole process for the paperwork easy to understand, and didn't drag you through the bullsh*t. He was professional to a T, and I had a nice chat with him too. To whom it may concern, Experience 1 : Growing up in the area as a kid, I always remember seeing all the nice cars on the Eastchester dodge lot. Here I am 20+ years later owning my first jeep. My jeep eventually encountered some electrical problems in January ofd 2023. At the time of service, I do remember walking around the lot with one sales rep, and he eventually began to possibly show us cars and maybe get us into something new. A car is not a decision you instantly make, especially when you are coming in for a repair, however we took a chance because the service department stated that to fix my car would be $2,500.00 in which that's close to a downpayment on a new car. One thing that stood out to me was when it was time to speak to a finance manager. Charles Stanley, who still is employment there came over and stated to us that he was a dealer manager, or someone of certain power, where he needed to know if we were really serious because he doesn't want to go through the whole process if its not needed. That was very reassuring especially later finding out that he is only a product specialist. This means I was already not being taken serious because a person who couldn't even do the job was sent over to me. Experience 2 : Saturday July 15, my boyfriend and I came into your dealership because we were considering condensing from one car to two cars. At the time I still had my jeep with a remaining balance of $14,0073.00 attached to it, and my boyfriend bought in his Nissan Altima that was fully paid off. We began to browse the lot and Antonio approached us. To be completely transparent, he was the nicest Sales rep there is. He does his job, which their only job is to get you in a car, but the real question is would this have been the car of choice if they were more diligent with you as a human. With the help of Antonio we continue browsing the lot. My boyfriend and I were mostly interested in Durangos being that their price points were roughly around $40k. We saw about 3 sitting on the lot in which we took interest. One green one, that had a cracked windshield, beat up seats, and scratches. One Grey one that was a 2020 being sold for $40K but had about 60K miles on it, and then the one we selected which was the billet metallic version going for $40k and had 27k miles on it. Before purchasing or anything we questioned the evident damage to the vehicle. (Images will be attached below) Antonio promised that he could fix a few concerns being, A recall from Feb 2023, key scratches, passenger door handle cover, additional key fob, and a missing rear driver floor mat. Antonio promised that all these issues if we could move forward with purchasing the car. Already roughly 3 hours have passed. Antonio then took our keys to have both of our vehicles appraised, and then to take us on a test drive. My boyfriend and I loved the car and we wanted to proceed. Fast forward to now we are inside, and Antonio said he will begin to have the car detailed and cleaned. We than begin to fill out intake forms asking for regular information, I presume for a pre-approval in which we were approved. There was this paper that Antonio showed us stated that with our trade ins and with no downpayment our car payment would be roughly around $730-768. We said okay. Antonio said let me get my finance manager. When the finance manager came over he just came and introduced himself and looked at us as if he did not know why he came over to us, in which he didn't. My boyfriend and I stated we were interested in the finance amount because we were told we were approved. Next he says ok, follow me into my office. This was the first red flag, because he was unprepared and unprofessional. We then sat in the office and his phone rings, making a joke he stated "I don't know why people are calling me when I'm at work, knowing that I'm at work." And he still proceeds to answer the personal call. After his conversation now he begins to type information in the computer and hands us an iPad and steps out of the room and tells Antonio to guide us through the signing process, basically telling us to sign the line, and not explaining to us what exactly we were signing. Yes we should all read contracts, however I'm sure his job entails explaining the contract at its minimum. Once he returns he tells us that we can be financed at $842. At this time now my boyfriend and I look at each other and then raised a question to the rate that Antonio promised us. The "finance manager" said "I hate when the sales reps tell you a price because they don't really know." Eventually we agree to the price, and now he wants to up the price more, by offering extended warranty packages that took our price from $842 to $950. These warranties were for tire, and body coverage. At this point we grew exasperated, and were ready to leave. The car still was not ready after we finished our papers. Horrible Dealership Horrible Customer Service Don't know how they are still in business I've been trying to call the dealer for 3 days to buy a BMW. Every time I would ask about the car, they would say they are going to call me back but never do. After the 3rd day, Terriann sent me a breakdown of the price, and they raised the price 7k over the listed price on their website. After I saw that, I requested to speak to a sales manager, which took 2 days of calling multiple times to get a hold of, for him to tell me that the car is not available because one of the sale managers is driving it. This dealer is a stereotypical used car dealer - full of lies. I went in and shook hands with the salesperson on the online list price plus dmv fees, then went back the next day to pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork. When I met with financing, they added 7k to the price - seven thousand - laughable. Finance brought the salesperson back in and we all agreed that the original conversation happened but they continually cried that the dealer would lose money if they honoring the agreed upon price. After negotiating we met on a price in the middle. I received no additional car or service, just had to pay a higher price than they listed it for. Sales also claimed they work with lots of banks and you can choose your financing, but finance just automatically gives you the highest APR and "can't go back". Don't listen to the list prices, don't listen to the salesperson - all lies. TL;DR - If you don't mind arguing with a finance person for hours, then by all means, go to Eastchester, otherwise save your time and energy for folks who honor their pricing. read more

Jose Gomes spoke to him about a Rental Car so my Wife can keep going to work and drop the baby to the School 5 days a week, Jose Gomes the Manager at the Service Department just do not gave any Rental Car yet to my wife since the New Car is under the Warranty he has not offered her a Rental Car so she can keep doing her own things. after 5 days on Friday came to speak to him about the car and what is the problem he says he cant find the problem and he asked us to take the car back so my wife can drive with the baby, We said no until the car is fixed, it is very dangerous what is happening with the car is turning off on the middle the Parkway with my Wife and the Baby inside the car. But he still wants to take the car out the Service they can not Housing the car there. We are not asking to Housing the car We are asking to Fix the car so my Wife and My kid do not Ended up in the Accident on the Parkway. We are going Foward untill they fix the car and we need a Rental Car they told me they have no access to what they did last year when the car was doing the same Problem but White Plains Fixed the Problem i also went to White Plains Dealer and got the paper Work for Jose Gomes to go over and see what and how they did to fix the problem. Ricky the Service guy actually called me with a Joses Orders giving me a Quote to remove the car from their lot and bring to White Plains Dealership. Called and said it would cost me $270 to transfer the car to other Service Department. Please be Aware Your Car is Under the Warranty and They dont want to fix it. Be Aware of this. read more

Came here to check if they had a Jeep Liberty and they only had one available. i thought it was over priced for a pre owned vehicle and all the dents and scratches i had. plus some one had already gave a down payment to it or something like that. I will still give you guys a 5 star rating for working with me and trying to give me a option on what i should do best, if i'm trying to buy a vehicle that was discontinue in 2012. I had the pleasure of speaking to agent Stanley even walked me to a different lot to check the Liberty out when i told him not to he dragged me to see the Jeep that was great work. UNETHICAL LIAR ALERT! We put a deposit in on a car and needed to come back with a cashier's check to pay in full. Stanley Charles, a manager here, called to lie to me and tell me there was a lien on the car and he couldn't sell it to me that day. I needed to wait til Monday for DMV to open to sort it out. NOT TRUE. He sold the car that day to someone else. I had to figure it out on my own and hound them for the refund of deposit. Why couldn't he just tell the truth? Small people with no moral compass. Meanwhile my cash was tied up in a cashier's check to this dealership so I had to wait to pursue another option. NEVER NEVER would use this dealership. read more

I brought my Jeep Cherokee in for a water pump replacement after bringing it to another dealership with no success and several fruitless calls to other dealerships. As I drove up to the service entrance with much trepidation I might add, I was greeted by the gentlemen who records the information on the vehicles and assigns the order of entrance. I want to be very clear about this... this guy was great!! Cheered me up, remembered me from a past visit and made me actually happy I was there! I can think of no better person to greet customers than this gentleman. He definitely had the "Spark" of life in him and it was contagious. Anthony was my service manager and he was a heroic in his efforts to fix my car. Water pumps are very hard to come by nationally because of a shortage and he went above and beyond in tracking one down. Not only that, but he stayed in touch with me by phone during the entire process and made the process as seamless as possible. I cannot say enough about his efforts. He had the car ready when he said it would be and he even walked me out to it to pick it up. I felt like he took as much pride in getting me my vehicle back as I was happy at getting it back! I got a car 2020 grand Cherokee from here just over a year ago. I already had to get one daytime running light fixed make in march. Now just months later I had to return because the other daytime running light is out. At the time of replacing the 1st light they did not tell me anything else was wrong. No other issues. Now I've have the car for 14 mons and everything thing is wrong. And I'm a single female and don't know anything about cars btw....... My tires don't match I never knew, I need rear brakes n rotors my gear shift is broken and I can honestly say it's been like that since day one. And that's why I didn't know to think it was a problem. But now of course I'm out of warranty. Sold me a damn lemon..... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE read more

This dealership is to be avoided at any and all costs. Stopped by to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and had to leave my driver license as collateral. When I returned they not only had the paperwork all ready for my signature, they had also WITHOUT MY PERMISSION run a credit check, too. When I told them I had never given them ANY permissions to run my credit, they grew very angry and said, and I quote, "well, we've already ran your credit, so you may just as well buy from us!" This unauthorized credit check dropped my credit score by 15 points!!!!!!! Wow! As this is obviously the way they do business, I have filed claim for damages AND contacted the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware, this is a bait and switch location with an extremely unprofessional staff. To explain the reason why, I had spoken to Lyndia on Monday and told her I was interested in getting 2019 Durango GT plus in green that I found on Carguru. Lyndia confirmed she had it in stock, and I explained that due to my work schedule I wouldn't be able to view it until Wednesday, if it was still available. She said she would call me back to confirm and follow up. I wasn't called so I emailed her on Tuesday, and still did not hear anything back.   On Wednesday she replied to me explaining she just saw my email and that the Durango was still available. So, I booked the appointment with her and explained that if the vehicle gets sold reach out to me, so I don't waist time. This is due to it being the only vehicle I am looking for currently.   At 3:45pm she calls to confirm my appointment and states that the Durango has not yet been sold and she is holding it for me to test drive. I went to the dealership with my brother, and in the parking lot there were over 12 employees standing around on their phone all waiting for a customer. I had 4 people swarm my vehicle before I was even able to get out, all talking over each other trying to get me go with them as salesperson; all because they were the best. I explained I had an appointment and then one of them told me they were looking to go home and make a quick sale. This was a very uneasy moment and I just arrived at the lot.   I hadn't even got to the door to check in before I was passed off to 4 different salespeople. By the time I checked in a salesman JJ or JC came up to me without knowing or finding out why I was there.   I explained to him the vehicle I was looking for and wanted to drive. He left came back 5 minutes later and told me that he just "Sold it" I asked why anyone didn't inform me or even try to reach out. He then starts to belittle his co-worker and said that Lyndia only works up in the office and doesn't check anything. When I asked to speak with her, I was denied instantly. The salesman told me he could get me something else I explained I am looking for a specific color and model. Whereas he then tries to deter me by telling me that I was wrong for wanting what I wanted and that I should get what they have in stock already. This stock included a showroom car with a massive crack in the bumper.   When I asked to speak to a manager since I felt they were being dishonest, he said no one was in the building to help me. This kind of customer service is unprofessional, devious and borders on being a scam. I would suggest to anyone that is looking to buy anything from them to steer away and do your research.   This experience was awful, and I will file a complaint with the BBB in the attempt to bring to light their deceitful practice of lying to potential customers just to get them in the door and then overwhelm them with salespeople with no professionalism or common courtesy. read more

Don't even bother coming here. My time and energy was wasted driving out from CT all the way over here. I saw a vehicle I was interested in online. The pictures made the vehicle appear to look amazing. Got there with my dad and was deeply disappointed. The vehicle had so many deep scratches on the exterior, and the guy who worked there (forgot his name) kept trying to persuade me to buy it for its price of $21000?? He told me that a girl who works there previously owned it and her ex-boyfriend did all of those scratches...... My dad almost cursed him out because the guy was getting aggressive towards me to be interested in a shitty vehicle. Like I said, save the trip, and don't come here. read more

The worst possible customer service experience ever. I had been a customer with them for several years with multiple lease purchases. I recently financed my lease and was left with a bad taste in my mouth as the treatment I received was awful. Instead of trying to work with me I was made to feel like I was a second class citizen with no option but to sign the deal I was provided. I left with the vehicle and after two days regretted the decision to finance as the payments were out of this world. I went back and was given the cold shoulder and the brush off and told there was nothing they could do for me. I then went to a friend who owns a dealership in New Jersey who was able to buy out the Jeep and put us into a better vehicle with a better deal. I went back to cancel My Warranty plan and was ignored by the staff and told that only the financial Manager Darius I was dealing with was the only person who could cancell my contract. After several calls which went in returned and three visits to the dealership. I finally tracked down the Manager Darius. Upon notifying him that I wished to cancel. My Warranty contract I was brushed off again while he conducted his business with his co workers completely ignoring my presence. Not even an apology for waiting as of now over twenty minutes. He passed me bye already three times with no comment or even an acknowledgment glance or to say I'll be with you shortly. Now going on over thirty minutes I write this comment and advise any other future customers to read this and be advised of the staffs behavior. I have to share this because I am so frustrated, I made an appointment to this place on Friday to go see a truck I'm looking to buy and when I arrived, I had to wait a good 20 min to be taken care of when there were salesman all around us that were not busy but that wasn't a big deal since I was early for my appointment. When a salesman finally comes he had to run around trying to locate the car that I specifically made the appointment for. I would expect that if there's an appointment scheduled for a specific car it is the sales team job to make sure that the car is ready to be shown. The salesman had to run down the street to check a second lot for the car. When he returned he explained that the car was locked in at their offsite lot and I would not be able to see it. My appointment was scheduled from two days prior and I drove an hour and a half to come buy this truck! It's highly disappointing that these guys were so unprepared. All that I was told was sorry and that it's not sales fault but instead their BDC team for not having things ready. As someone who also works at a dealer i know it is not up to BDC to have things ready for a car sale. My first impression for this dealer is disgusting, very unprepared and very unprofessional. I hope this review sends them a message that they need to improve on their customer service and hopefully I am contacted back to turn my experience around.
