The crust of the pie was a great texture, nice and chewy at the edge, nice and soft where it was covering the filling. The chicken and veggies inside were cooked perfectly, as were the grilled green beans and carrots. And the mashed potatoes were smooth, but also from real potatoes. And the light brown savory gravy on top of everything brought it all together. Service was efficient and pleasant. They really knew how to handle a busy night. I contacted the company that hosts the trivia, PubStumpers, but they seemed more concerned with persuading me that the pay-to-win mechanic was acceptable, rather than listening to my objection. The trivia IS fun, but now it is only fun if you don't mind that a game of skill and chance is now about skill, chance, and how much extra money you are willing to pay. Very disappointing for trivia enthusiasts.
