This company is awful, save yourself headaches and money and use someone else. When you question…read morethem, they will tell you that YOU are wrong. This is true even though I have proof otherwise. They installed wet Insulation and their manager (Hugh) said it was water resistant when I questioned him. When I squeezed the insulation, water poured out. They knew this when they installed and hoped I wouldn't notice. They installed the wrong color siding and blamed their supplier. Then, they told me I should stick with the other color because it matched better. The beams were barely attached to the trusses, work they had to redo. They use the cheapest possible concrete process. If I'd asked more questions (my bad) I would've realized that the used plastic zip-strips and not rebar. They left garbage on the property for more than a month. Used water bottles and empty cans; their lunch debris was barely contained and small dog (visiting) found a chicken bone they left. They drilled into the underground power line and told me it was my fault for not checking where the power lied. When Hugh told me that a locator was coming out, I believed him. Not true. Locators did not come. Plus, the caveat was that locators only locate on PUBLIC land. Not being experienced in building, and being told they were sending a locator, one could figure they really were.

They were professional and polite. The job was fantastic. As they were finishing we asked Chad if he could take a look at the master shower. Shower job was three days but again staff was professional, polite and cleaned up each day completely. If you own a manufactured home you will want to keep Chad and his crew in mind for projects you need done. They are worth the wait and cost. Chad keeps in constant communication with you from before project starts to after. He has a shop that we use as well for just about anything replacement wise that we need for our home.
