Edit: I am moving this from 1 to 2 star because Justin finally fixed my fence but I feel it is important to leave up a critical review because I not only see similar reviews and problems for others and it shouldn't take reviews like I left to get the job done correctly. Fence was put up a year ago. the gate became unaligned where the door wouldn't lock. 3 months ago we contacted Justin about it and he said he would fix it. After not showing for 2 months we contacted again by phone call and text and have been ignored. We tried my wife's number to text and he immediately responded and when he found out it was us he ignored us. This man does NOT stand behind his work. read more

Back on October 2017, I hired Easton Fencing to replace the Iron Fence in my back yard for $4.100. In less than 3 years, the fence has lots of rust spots all over. I have contacted Justin and send him pictures of the issues. Two weeks later, I have not heard from him. Will not recommend anyone to use his services. read more

This an update to the review that I posted on Easton Fencing under R G. The complete fence has been replaced and I am satisfied with the work. The Fence was under warranty and because all of the Covid 19 restrictions the Wholesaler had to re-order the fence panels and that took several months. I had a very disappointing experience with this company and the owner's whose name is Justin! It was actually pretty hurtful. He was recommended to me by a nice guy Who runs a store near my home here in Rockwall. I'm new to the area and need contractor work desperately here and was it first very impressed with Justin accept I thought he was a bit arrogant. Upon his return with his mortar guy a few days later to get a bid for some stonework I needed, i've mentioned to them that I was on a budget and while I'm completely fair when it comes to contract work I truly don't have as much money as I look like I have. It's tacky as that was for me to say I have been taken advantage of the last five months and was very guarded by people in that industry. His reply was, " That's what everyone says that lives in $1 million home" after that he never returned a call and never even so much as regarded any of my requests for a bid on my property even asking if you could please refer me to someone else if he can't work for me! It was a terrible brush off and nobody likes to be treated like that! It's cruel and very very unprofessional! I have absolutely never had any contractor treat me like this but based on the reviews here I can see other people have been treated the same so it's very validating! I do not recommend this company although I think they do great work from what I've heard the customer service is above and beyond terrible!!!!! read more

Call them up on Oct. 7th. Set up an appt for Oct 10th, 10:00. He asks me to send him a text at the number I called at with my information. I do so. I also created a contact with that number. When they aren't there by 10:30, I call the contact I created, it connects to Justin Henderson's voice mail, I leave a message. He calls me back saying he doesn't have it on the schedule. Tells me he usually has customers send him a text. I say, I did that. Then, the strangeness starts. I ask if his number is the number I have in the phone, and he says no. OK... But this is the same number I used to leave the voicemail you are answering. So there is some problem with the phones. He says maybe you called another contractor. No, again, this is the number I called to leave the voicemail you are answering. He says, "I did not set up an appointment with you." So I am about to say, "You did, but something strange is going on with the phones." I'm thinking we can reschedule. But I get as far as "You did...", and he just hangs up! So this is how he treats potential customers. He has to be right, or he won't be able to continue. You can decide for yourself if you want to work with this sort of arrogant owner. Maybe instead of putting it on the customer to make his appointments with text he could, I don't know, just put it in his calendar right away? That doesn't seem too unreasonable. Imagine an owner taking responsibility for his own business! read more

To get HOA approval, they took my plat and marked it up so the HOA knew exactly what they were approving. We changed our old wood fence to wrought iron, the photo below tells why. The work was done quickly, with minimal mess. They were careful with my rose and even put the trellis back up for me. I love they way they handled the slope in the corner.
