A staff that you can trust with lengthy tenures not typically seen in the industry point to great leadership/ownership. The latest project the guys completed was a Cadillac XT5 our 16 yr old will drive. With a primary emphasis on safety, Eastside Autospa replaced the worn out tires with new Michilin's and also replaced the front brakes. Next, they had the wheels, which were curbed and had paint flaking off, refinished to like new. Did front end PPF and full ceramic coating on my wife's '21 Model Y Performance 6 months ago. They did great. Answered all my annoying constant calls and questions promptly and courteously. Provided after care instructions and product car care recommendations. They also went over any minor issues they found that I did not even notice during our new car delivery, which helped me get them fixed at the dealer under warranty. I have a long review as I have a lot of good things to say about Eastside Auto Spa, but if you were to read anything read this: Paul & Eastside Auto Spa are treasures in the auto detailing business. If you need anything from simple paint correction to full paint protection do yourself a favor and call them. After having an extremely poor experience with another local detail shop trying to get my car paint corrected, paint protection film (PPF) applied, and ceramic coating I was recommended Eastside Auto Spa through my mobile detailer. I emailed Eastside Auto Spa with my work request and Paul replied promptly, after hours at that! If that wasn't impressive enough, one thing Paul said that put my mind at ease and made me realize they're the real deal is they have enclosed transport to their shop if needed. While I didn't take up the offer it's definitely necessary when you take delivery of a new vehicle and don't want to drive it before paint protection film is applied. Since I have already driven my vehicle on the roads I didn't think it was necessary, I could have taken extra precaution if I wanted since they so kindly offer it. In one week Paul and his team did a phenomenal job paint correcting my vehicle, installing paint protection film, and ceramic coating it. Their passion for auto detail really shows through their workmanship, communication, how clean they keep their shop, and products they use. The team here truly cares about their customers and their work. They so graciously worked me into their busy schedule and answered my ample questions. I got my Tesla Model 3 a front ppf and full ceramic coating with CQuartz Finest Reserve. Since they completed the job they have still been able to answer any follow up questions i've had and resolve any minor issues i've had. Overall I appreciate how well did and how kind the staff has been. I know I can be a bit much with my questions but they handled it gracefully and never made me feel stupid. Feeling very disheartened to have to write this review, especially since I'm not in the business of discrediting peoples companies, but under the circumstances feel it is warranted. In summary, poor to no communication on vehicle progress, poor pre delivery quality checking resulting in multiple return visits and then the final straw, made a small scratch at the area they were correcting a previous film installation issue and are now denying any and all responsibility, with a very hostile attitude. Whilst I was happy with the general quality of their work, hence no previous negative review, their customer service and especially attitude when issues are raised leaves much to be desired. I am expecting a response, but thought to place a cautionary warning out there. I will not be looking to take any further business to them. read more

Is your car filthy dirty? Then you probably just came from Eastside Auto Spa. Not picky? Can except an OK job? Then run for your life, these guys are like a moving company for dirt. The dirt will enjoy a change of scenery at least - dash dirt, here is a new home on the door panel - floor goo, meet the air vent. Their detailing menu should include arguments and excuses. Paul did a great job of correcting damage done to my vehicle by a local paint protection film installer. Not only did he successfully buff out the razor cuts but he also reapplied film in the affected area using a pre-cut pattern. In this way, he minimized risk to the car by not relying on a razor knife to trim the film on the car. This should be a best practice - I can't emphasize this enough. Any film installer that tells you he or she doesn't use or need pre-cut patterns or uses only partial patterns and hand cuts around local features such as parking sensors and reflectors is setting you up for disappointment and a large repair bill. And it may not be until the film fails and needs to be replaced that the damage is revealed. As well, Paul and Jared applied ceramic coating to my car and I must say it looks great. Professional job with full explanation of the application process and maintenance requirements. Paul is very knowledgeable about the latest materials and methods and strikes me as a dedicated professional who takes pride in his work while ensuring customer satisfaction.
