I got the Emily's favorite on an Asiago bagel. Too bad there was a head full of hair in my sandwich. Sucks because the food was actually really good until my discoveries. I was super excited to try this place but definitely never going back

I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot with some of their fabulous sandwiches, bagels and baked goods. Super delicious and Rebecca, the owner, is a joy to work with. If you can't make it to New York, this is the next best thing.

I must admit the experience I had recently was much better than another experience I had in the past, one that made me stop coming in the first place. I was still a bit dissapointed that cream cheese doesn't come with the 13 bagels, so my mom only bought one cream cheese which was $4. It wasn't nearly enough sadly. Luckily, the bagels were extremely warm and fresh (my mom asked for the freshest). So, in the past we came here to eat while working outside. It was really hot outside, high 80's. For some reason, I was in a rush and I didn't eat anything. I felt sick and my blood sugar was so low. My mom decided to just quickly get bagels next to the job. She went inside because I was so dizzy and I needed to eat something quick. Th lady inside refused to cut my bagel for me. My mom got the 13 bagels and asked if she could just cut one of them and explained the situation. She told her my hands were covered in dirt with sores and cuts, and that I didn't feel well. The lady refused to slice my bagel. My one bagel out of the 13. She said my mom would have to pay more and that she would have to get cream cheese too. We just wanted a bagel sliced. It made me so upset that we decided to not come back. The bagels were hard that time too. This time they still don't slice, but at least it is something quick. I prefer Einsteins anyday though.

They are so friendly! And the sandwiches are great! They even gave me a free container of soup when the pot was nearing its end.

Not great and not even good. Tasteless bagels and strange after taste with Tunafish and also the cream cheese. Bagels the worst I've had.

Expensive sandwiches! $13+ for a bagel with some meat in it is too much. Better off buying your own bagel and deli meat and doing yourself.

Super conveniently located to where I was staying. Nothing special about the bagels, seemed pricey. But I survived.

Was there in early June and the coffee and service were both good, as was the savory pastry I got. The main issue with this place is the noise... not for the usual reason in coffeeshops where they play music too loud, but it's a raucous and busy place, which speaks well of the business. But far worse than noisy conversation there's this bell on both the front and back entrances that plays a little five note electric tune every time someone comes in or leaves... Why is it there? Why is it needed? The fact that only a few people have noted it here perhaps speaks more of our noise-polluted lives than anything else, but it's maddening as this thing goes off literally every minute or more, constant, tintinnabulations of the bell, bell, bell, bell, bell... There was an employee taking a break on his phone listening to YouTube videos out loud, too... I guess we're all just so used to this now. So if you want a quiet cafe to get work done, this ain't it. Maybe it's more of a Central Perk scene, with people meeting socially, all who liked the place before it became cool.

The flavor was so good that I could easily see myself wanting it every day. That said, it's definitely on the expensive side for a latte. I'd get it again as a special treat, but it's not something I could get regularly. The space is cute and modern, but it's definitely more of a grab-and-go type of spot. It's a small space with very limited seating and it gets pretty crowded, which is understandable given how popular it seems to be. Because of that, it's not really a place where you'd want to settle in to work or hang out for a while. The only seating available is a small counter by the window with a few stools, and the shop can feel a bit hectic when you first walk in. One thing I also appreciated was the bathroom. It was very nice, clean, and private, which is always a plus. Note: They start serving lunch (sandwiches, pizza) at 11:00 am.

The location of the store is in a pretty tight small shopping center. Parking can be limited when it's really busy. The only seating option is along the front of the store. There also isn't much space inside the store but I did appreciate that it didn't take too long to get our drinks and pizza. We ordered the hot honey burrata pizza, tiramisu latte and agent latte. Esthetically, the tiramisu latte was pretty but the whipped cream is so thick I didn't feel like the combination of flavors mixed very well. The agent latte was okay. The pizza...I had such high hopes but ultimately wasn't very impressed. I'm not sure if I would've felt differently if we had been able to eat it right away. But almost $30 for the pizza (size is slightly bigger than a trader joes frozen pizza), we didn't think it was worth it. They did have a refrigerated section of pre made pastas and salads that looked good. And they do sell quite a few other products (coffee, collagen powders, etc).

In all fairness, I'm probably not the target market here - they have a huge drink menu with lots of different syrups and flavorings but I'm more of a no frills coffee person. I assumed it would be mostly coffee and some cream but I guess it was a cloudy day because it was mostly cream (and ice) for $7. I also decided to try the basbusa because I've never had it before, but again ended not being up my alley since it's syrup-soaked. Oh well.
