I don't recommend this place for urgent care needs. In fact, if this place was 25 yards from my house and the next closest place was 100 miles away, I would choose that place in a pinch than to go back here. Bad communication, bad diagnosis, push you doing a survey and you aren't even out of the place yet. Still waiting on my call back. They know they messed up, so doubt I will hear from them. I went in feeling horrible with no voice, coughing nonstop and a horrible headache. The first issue I had was the front desk told me my office visit would be $150 without insurance. When I gave them my insurance card she then told me it was $179 and when I asked why and if I could just pay without my insurance she said no. Again I was not feeling good at all so I just said whatever and paid before even going back. She then proceeded to tell me any tests would be an additional cost. By this time I was completely annoyed. The lady took my vitals looked in my ears throat and nose gave me a COVID test and pretty much said you don't have covid and sent me home. No additional diagnosis comments or concerns. I spent the last 2 weeks feeling horrible not knowing what was wrong only knowing it wasn't covid with no medication or suggestions. So essentially I paid $179 for someone to look at me and send me home. I would not recommend. read more

Waste of money. The front desk lady is totally uneducated on everything, I have lumps in my neck and the main doctor is a mid age white lady medium length brunette hair with white hairs basically told me there's nothing she can do for me cause since she's the doctor if she doesn't feel like it she doesn't has to, I felt so uncomfortable. I requested blood work for any infections and she just told me she doesn't feel like it and doesn't wanna. I literally have 3 lumps in my neck which she felt and just brushed off. Save your money and don't go here. They just robbed me of my money and didn't help me. She was very sarcastic in her voice as well when I was talking about my stress. All she can say is stay off google. Ha. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They don't care about you here, this is my second time coming here and it's been useless both times. I wanted to give them another chance since they're down the street from my home. Please don't come here, save your money for a urgent care who will actually care about you. This was my second time to this location due to working with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 48-hours of us working together. I arrived a few minutes before my arrival time so that I could check-in. Upon walking to the check-in area, I was. It greeted but instead received a look like "What do you want?". I made the young, light-skinned female aware that I made an appointment online and was checking in While waiting I attempted to use the restroom but no paper towels were present. I made the front desk aware and one attendant later came back with a box of Kleenex. One would think that they would have these supplies available as the world battles the coronavirus pandemic. It took almost thirty minutes to be called back for my rapid test. I was going to give this location 2-stars, but the nurse who called me back (Griselda) was very sweet. She made the visit bearable. read more

This organization is profiting off COVID-19. I went to this clinic for a rapid test 12/18/2021 as a last resort of getting a test before Christmas due to not being able to purchase a rapid test at any local stores due to short supply. After booking an appointment the same day to be seen, the wait time was over 2 hours. The location in Loganville was not crowded and we all know how fast a "rapid" test is. The procedure took less than 10 minutes once finally called to the service room. The charge for this 5 min procedure was $300.00. A fee, once reported to the federal government would be paid. However, the organization did not record this as a COVID procedure because they know they will get more from an individual verses a reimbursement from the federal government covered by the public health emergency funds. I completed the online check in at 12:26pm for a 3:10pm appointment. We arrived at 3:00pm to check in and at 3:55pm I was notified that our paperwork had not even been submitted to triage yet. This location does NOT honor appointments. Do not waste your time!! read more

My first and second experience here were pretty good. I went back the 2nd time for the same problem and received a different course of treatment. However, I requested my doctors note to be extended by 1 day because I still don't feel well enough to return to work. They agreed to update it at first. However, I received a call to clear up the confusion where I was told the NP said I, "Should be feeling better, and I'm not contagious so therefore it's their policy not to write a note for more than 3 days!" But they also said I can come back in for a 3rd time to be re-evaluated and can get another note. I have a problem when you're trying to rob people. 2 times was enough and who gave the NP the right to tell someone they "SHOULD BE FEELING BETTER?" I've already been dealing with this for over a month and now I'm dealing with side effects from the medicine including headache! I do feel better, but not good enough! That was going to be my Go To spot but I will not be returning! Treat people better than that if you want them to return. Businesses can only be successful because of the customers. DO NOT GO HERE. It was the WORST urgent care I've ever experienced. The whole staff from check in, to the nurse, to the "doctor", everyone was so so extremely rude and very unhelpful. We went in for my three year old son's high fever and flu like symptoms. They charged us over 5 times as much as our normal copay at urgent cares are (???) and literally took his temp and said it's 104 degrees, you need to take him to the ER. I said so you're saying I just paid $165 for you to take his temp? Her response, "If this were my child I would be in the ER right now." I asked if they could at least swab for strep and flu and the "doctor's" response was "I mean, we can." The nurse came in to swab and didn't speak besides telling my son to "lay down!" and then yelled "MOM, YOU HAVE TO HOLD HIM DOWN!" when my son squirmed when she stuck the swab down his throat with no warning. They were very rude, very unhelpful and we will NEVER go back. It's sad that an urgent care is so terrible because people are going here when they are desperate for help and need answers. This is NOT the place. Drive an extra 5 minutes and go somewhere else. read more

I took my son the Eastside urgent care in Grayson on February 9th. My son was seen by the PA Tiffany Welch. The entire visit Tiffany was very condescending in her tone and manner when speaking to me, but I dismissed it thinking I am just too tired with a sick child. I was self pay which Tiffany was aware of. When she was prescribing antibiotic she sent the most expensive one to the pharmacy. When I arrived to the pharmacy I learned that she did not prescribe amoxicillin like I requested. The pharmacist advise that we call for a change. I called the urgent care back and after several transfers from the front staff and several hang ups, I was finally put in touch with Tiffany. Tiffany informed me that she will not change the antibiotic, she was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She talked down to me and made me feels as a horrible mother, I was so appalled I literally could not speak. I started crying. She told me and I quote "You are not going to tell me how to practice medicine, I am a doctor here, you are not." To clarify things, she is a PA, not a doctor, but through our conversation she made sure to mention that she is a doctor several times. After I was already crying and she made me feel horrible by talking down to me she said she would send the change and hung up. Then she sent an invalid prescription, the pharmacy said there was a dosage issue. The pharmacy called back the UC to request change but has not heard back for 2 hours. I decided to call myself and check on it. I was told that and I quote "It's not my fault that you waited so long to pick up medicine for your sick child." I went to the pharmacy directly after the visit and have been on the phone back and forth with this urgent care. They transferred me several times even to different locations on purpose. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please go somewhere else for your medical needs. I will be filing this with the medical board as well. read more
