To be very clear, my dogs are not allowed on the furniture in my home. The reason they are refusing the return? Five single strands of dog hair on the foot of the loveseat. Yes -- FIVE STRANDS. The loveseat was otherwise in perfect condition and exactly the way it was when it was delivered. I even offered to wipe the hair off myself while the delivery team was still in my home, and they would not even allow me to do that. I thought, surely, I could simply reschedule the pickup and make sure the loveseat was PRISTINE before they came back. Apparently, I was wrong about that too. I was told the return would still be denied. Again, once they have your money, don't expect them to do anything else for you. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning.
