Loved this place. The vibe and atmosphere are amazing, very open floor plan plenty of seating and fun military decorations and gems. I got the strawberries and cream latte and that cold foam was SO GOOD. The coffee here is quality and I also ordered a croissant sandwich with bacon AND sausage like a fat kid. I devoured that sandwich it's the best croissant sandwich I have had in a very long time. Some firefighters came in and we took a picture, some nice couple who seemed to be regulars took our picture. Just a very warm and welcoming cafe. They have alcohol, coffee drinks, redbull drinks and food. You really can't miss with any options this place has. Come check it out. read more

Location: perfectly located in beautiful downtown Lincoln, tons of seating both inside and outside, not too far from parks for kids to play on. Staff: cheerful, friendly and kind. Super helpful! Coffee: amazing, there's so many to choose from and so far everything I've had has been delicious. They also have alcoholic beverages and non caffeinated drinks as well. Food: so yummy and done well. Good portions and seasoned to perfection. Highly recommend, in fact I'm going tomorrow because it's just that wonderful. read more

We loved the theme and nod to the armed forces and civil servants. The decor was great. The exterior is a cute little house looking establishment but the inside is modern and very clean looking. I been driving by and seeing opening soon . I was running some errands nearby and saw that this place was open so I decided to stop by really quick to check it out. Glad it's open!! I got greeted by the friendly staff and owners they were all very nice . I saw soft opening hours in the front coming in so I believe it's not fully open just yet . Inside it's clean and organized they have food , wine , beer, and coffee which is what I got a latte it was very delicious I did not even have to put sugar on it . The decor is very nice the tables have bullets and stuff . This is a Veteran own and operated. I was there briefly and had a coffee. I had a great experience. Can't wait to go back and check out the small plates and maybe grab wine or a beer. read more

The food- SO HAPPY with my food and drink! So happy to find a good energy drink at a local spot. The panini was PHENOMENAL, the caramelized onion jam was the star of the show. Environment-I loved the table, the meet our hero's, it was nice and clean and I loved it! I would definitely consider renting the space for an event Staff-Both the girl who helped me order and Amanda (I think she was the owner) were so nice, interacting with my baby and chatting with us. My husband and I were so excited for this new veteran owned and family run military themed café in Lincoln that just opened! I had a cappuccino and my husband had the iced mocha, both were good and would order again! We split two paninis: the BLT with chips, and the Zero Dark Toasty with pepper jack and bacon. That one was our favorite! Looking forward to try the S.O.S. next time we come back! It's coming soon! I also grabbed an Iced latte with oatmilk on the way out... it was gone before we made it to the car! If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Friendly staff and clean which is why I gave it a 3. The food itself had decent flavor but was not presented well. The Caesar salad I ordered had a lot of dressing on it and was made of mostly the green tips of the lettuce which made it all stick together. I would recommend they use the spinier lighter parts of the leaf as well to give it volume and some airiness and less dressing. I ate here once before earlier this year and had a similar experience but chalked it up to them being newly opened. I want to love this place since it's locally owned so giving constructive feedback hopefully helps. As a side note - Simple Pleasures down the street was full at the same time and this place had 3-4 groups. There is definitely a need for another lunch spot in town! read more

Not too sweet, amazing flavor and now it's all I can think about. Only one person was working when I was there, so maybe don't swing by if you're in a mad rush. The chicken caprese panini was delicious, with a wonderfully fresh tomato and a generous amount of fresh sliced mozzarella. I also had the strawberries and cream iced coffee which was unbelievably tasty. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive. A very bright and open space with lots of interesting military themed decorations. What a wonderful little surprise in our town. Local, retired from the Army, beautiful couple. This place is located directly across the street from our local Veterans Memorial Hall. Easy Company pays tribute to our Military Vets. They even have pictures of local vets on the walls. The food was great and music by OUTLAW HIPPIE, Kevin Youtsey was awesome. I had the bacon croissant and my husband had the sausage croissant--both were absolutely amazing: perfectly flaky, warm, and full of flavor. The service was just as great--friendly, genuine, and welcoming, which made the whole place feel cozy and comfortable. What made it even better is knowing the shop is veteran-owned--it shows in the pride and attention to detail they put into everything. I believe in stating the good and the bad when visiting establishments. This was my 2nd time here and must say it was disappointing. I went in once to get menu to take outside to my mom to see what she wanted to order, didn't see any so ended up taking picture of menu for her to view. Went in again to order and stood there for 10 min or so waiting to order when one person who worked there was socializing at a table and lady behind counter was helping another customer, which I didn't have a problem with. As a customer , I think it's important to be acknowledged to simply say, "thank you for waiting, I'll be with you in a moment." Anyway, I finally order and am given a number for our table. We sat outside. After 30 min or so I go in to check on order and am told it will be brought out with apology stating kitchen was back logged. Place didn't look that busy but maybe they had to go orders. The man who was working came out to apologize stating their point of sale system was down and kitchen never got order. We eventually received order (2 breakfast bowls) that were pretty much all potato, but still good. read more

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because both of my "hot food" orders were room temp. My daughter and I went to Lincoln to have a cafe' adventure. This place was wonderful! It was clean and well lit. Our chicken caprese panini was delicious, my kid loved the chips, and both of us loved our drinks, especially the strawberry matcha one she had ordered. we had my daughter's baby shower here at Easy Company Café and our experience was incredible. The staff was beyond helpful, the place was immaculate, and the and drinks were perfect. We easily had 35 people and everyone's needs were taken care of. I'm still getting messages from friends saying how great the shower was and how they enjoyed it. It was great because we were able to serve our friends and family coffees, mimosas and wine, We stayed and had dinner afterward, and I cannot recommend their buffalo chicken salad enough!
