The restaurant was really busy at the time. We had to park at the hotel but luckily we found a spot after checking in. I recommend coming after 12 to find parking. They do have signs in the restaurant warning about getting towed if parked at other businesses. As for the food, everything was delicious! Every time I order an omelette from a restaurant, they always turn out watery and/or soggy but this wasn't it at all. The egg was actually firm and they had a good balance of meat and vegetables in it. There was nothing to criticize about the benedict. I actually sort of wanted to switch my omelette for the benedict lol The waffle was really good too. It wasn't really sweet compared to other restaurants and it didn't really become soggy (it was saved for last). Met friends for brunch/lunch and enjoyed a beautiful Sunday outside in covered dining area. So many delicious sounding options and I decided on the corned beef hash with egg whites and sourdough toast. Toast usually doesn't even get a mention, but it was delicious. Thicker than Texas toast and the sourness from the sourdough with melted butter was heavenly. The egg whites were cooked well, nice sized potato chunks but sadly, the corned beef was a miss. Cubed, not dry but not tender, and tasted like it had been sitting in water...completely flavorless. 12.05.25 Familiar with Mario's Early Toast fare, this was our first time at this location. We knew we'd be in the area to shop and so last minute planned to grab breakfast here to fuel ourselves for the day ahead. It was a Saturday at around 10:30am, typical weekend morning rush time. We were afraid there'd be a long wait. Walking up, we saw several parties waiting to be seated but still took a chance. When greeted by the hostess, we were told it'd be a 25-30min wait, or we could be seated in the patio. Hubs was more than ok with that immediate seating option, so I just made sure they had heat lamps before agreeing. There were several open tables, as this Saturday was a grey, gloomy, and chilly morning. TG for heat lamps!! Otherwise, I may not have lasted. Our server, Miriam, was so pleasant and friendly, making our entire experience enjoyable and is the main reason for this review being written!!! Food was great, as expected based on our previous visits to the other Roseville locations. But it was Miriam's service that took it to the next level! I do want to add one thing. I ordered a chai latte to keep myself warm on the patio. While it came out piping hot (I ordered extra hot cuz that's how I do), my only qualm is the mugs they use. Initially it looks cool because it looks huge based on how WIDE it is. But the mug is also super shallow. I knew right away that once I started drinking it, my beverage would get cold fast & easily....too much surface space exposed to the cold air and not enough depth to keep it warm! When I order a hot beverage like a latte, I want to be able to drink it over the course of my meal, or most of it at least, without it going cold cuz that's defeats the purpose for me. Because of this, I also ended up ordering a coffee towards the end. But besides that, food was great & came out timely, service was wonderful and I would absolutely return and even bring people! I know Mario's is expanding, and I congratulate him and wish him all the continued success!! He certainly has figured out how to please the crowds and hire the right people to maintain the top-notch quality and standards!!! I'll look forward to more meals in the future. From the looks of the restaurant outside and when you get inside, you feel very welcome, the employees are friendly. The decor is spot on and it feels like a really neat place to hang out for a while and have a great meal. One of the cleanest, nicest eateries I've been in. We weren't so impressed with the food and I absolutely hate giving not so good reviews which I rarely do, but it wasn't the service (which was stellar), it was the food that didn't taste as we both expected it too, especially with the reviews from recent. Stopped in this morning around 1030 for breakfast. This location is always very busy but they do a great job turning tables. We were quoted a 20-25 min wait and we were seated about 20 mins later. Our waitress Angie was super attentive even as she had multiple tables. I ordered basic bacon and eggs breakfast and my husband got crepes - all was great - I forgot to take food pics as I was so hungry - need more waitresses like Angie as she was attentive and fast ... out foo came out quick too!! Wanted to find a new place to add to our brunch list and this was a must try. Both times we have shown up it has been packed and about a 30+ minute wait, but all good they move pretty fast and have seats for waiting. They have seating both inside and outside, with outside being pet friendly which is a major plus. I have tried a few items so far and enjoyed every one of them. The first was a BLT, which comes with a decent amount of tasty bacon and fresh seasonal fruit for my side. The second time I got a Maui French toast. It had such a nice crunch, with so many wonderful flavors but boy oh boy is it sweet, you might want to add on a savory side to help with some of the sweetness. I came in for a brunch meal today with my brother. We were greeted and helped out by multiple people but summer was our server. She was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The freshly brewed tea and raspberry tea was very delicious! I ordered the basic breakfast combo with eggs and sausage links. The pancakes were very sweet maybe a little too sweet for my taste but they have a decent size menu so lots to choose from on my next visit.. I got real lucky and got front row parking, but BEWARE not to park in any of the nearby businesses there are signs everywhere warning that Jack n box TOWS!! Had brunch here one morning with my friend. They have several locations in Sacramento and Placer Counties, but this is the one we decided to go to that day. Very friendly and fun decor inside. Especially love the tongue in cheek sign hanging in the front that says, "Mimosas served here for golfer wives". Totally suburbia. Haha. The food here is kind of mid or at least I didn't like my order. It could be the annoying fly. I'm sure the mimosas are good tho we didn't have any. My americano came in a huge cup. I got the Sofia's Swedish crepes and it was so sweet. I was eating it and this fly kept landing on this one crepe, so i kept swatting it away and finally I just didn't finish the dish where the fly landed. I also got a side of bacon and that was yummy. My friend got the Chilaquiles del Chef and likes it. Nice place overall. May try it again next time but I will probably order something else and hope they fix the fly issue. I appreciate a Cheesecake Factory level menu. However since this is its one shot it's hard to narrow it down. I even asked the server what she recommends. She said the chili verde but like a dingus I said oh I'll get the chicken fried steak. I am well versed in chicken fried steak. I have had many. I liked the size and thickness of it. The bad is that it was way overcooked. So much so that I sent it back. I then requested a side of the chili verde. It was awesome. Now if I was thinking clearly I would have replaced my steak with a similarly priced verde omelette. My nephew got the Maui French toast. It was very tasty. The location is a little unexpected -- it's sandwiched between a hotel, a gas station, and a fast food joint -- but it's right by the freeway, so it's super convenient and easy to access. The parking lot was nearly full when we arrived, which is usually a good sign. The menu offers lots of different options, and portion sizes are generous. Most dishes are $20+, but you definitely get a solid amount of food for the price. I ordered the Perfect Combo with French toast. It comes with two thick slices of French toast plus a sourdough-like bread on the side. The French toast had cinnamon and sugar that reminded me of a churro, which I really enjoyed. My only wish is that it had been soaked a bit longer in the batter so it would be more fluffy and soft on the inside. A friend ordered the Maui French Toast with caramelized bananas, and that was really good as well. The eggs, sausage, bacon, and hash browns were pretty standard breakfast staples -- nothing over the top, but solid and satisfying. They also offer a military discount at this location if you let your server know, which is a nice bonus. Mario's Early Toast restaurant in Rocklin has the best breakfast this side of Donner's Pass. We live in Reno and drive every couple of weeks to visit Cindy's aunt in Woodland. The food here is delicious. I enjoyed sunnyside up eggs with patty sausage and crispy hash browns, delicious. I have also had the gluten free pancakes in the past which were perfect. My girlfriend, Cindy had the Chile Verde omelet which was excellent. Cindy said it's the best Chile Verde she has ever had. Miguel our server was very friendly and nice. Ambiance was quiet, clean and comfortable. We sat in a roomy booth, which I like. Additionally, it was right off Interstate 80 which made it very convenient to stop. The protein waffle with 40g of protein (coupled with a side of Bacon) was my lunch today. I can't believe that I cannot taste an ounce of protein powder in this it tastes even better than a waffle farm waffle. It has a richness to it that the normal yellow waffle doesn't. Went to this restaurant for my birthday today. I chose this place because it is one of our favorites in rocklin. But unfortunately I was very disappointed today. Not only was service not very good but the food was sub par. My burrito had no flavor whatsoever inside or in the sauce that covered it. My husband ordered biscuits and gravy and when his order came he only got potatos, not fresh eggs and undercooked bacon and the biscuits and gravy was missing. We told our waitress and she went to the kitchen to find out where his food was. 10 minutes later biscuits and gravy arrived but by then he wasn't hungry anymore. We told 3 people that worked there including a manager of our disappointment and the fact it was my actual bday no one cared. What we got was thanks for letting us know and we will talk to the new head chef. No comp, no removal of bad food, no apologies. We won't be going back there anytime soon. 1st time visit. This is now my favorite pace for breakfast and lunch. The menu is comprehensive to the point of amazement. Ate (Well couldn't finish the humungous portions) of the Perfect 2 combo breakfast. 4 pieces of French toast, two eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausages, a platter of hash brown potatoes. All cooked perfectly. All arranged prettily on the plates. All the ingredients of fine quality. Even my green tea was a Japanese source Sencha. And they gave me 2 tea bags and two cups of boiling water. That's way better than the Bigelow's you get in other breakfast restaurants. So, there's my 2,000 calories for the day on the plates. For the mere price of $18.50. The value for the price is simply outstanding. Service: Greeter, servers, manager, owner (who was in the house) were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I want them all to be my new best friends. The menu of mimosas is impressive here and I highly recommend The Flirt! It's amazing! It's passion fruit, lemonade, and champagne... I love it! I got the Pacific Omlet because I wanted to try something out of my norm. Who knew salmon, shrimp, cheese, and hollandaise would go so perfectly with eggs? It was divine! I got it with hash browns, and an English muffin, and even those were great too! My hubby got the Cali Benedict and he said it had great flavor, but it was cold when it got delivered. He was a little disappointed, but he still ate it and enjoyed it. He got the country potatoes and they were delicious! Our server was super sweet and on top of things!
