Had the pleasure of having breakfast here yesterday. I enjoyed the Hawaiian Eggs Benedict with Home fries and an Iced Mocha. Google Maps took us for a ride of highway 65, but once we got to the old Lincoln Blvd we recalculate the address and found this cute place. Mang greated us as if we have known each other for a long time.

My husband and I enjoyed breakfast this morning at Karen's Little Cafe!! The server was friendly and efficient and Karen's dad, Ming came to our table and introduced himself and shook our hands. He was so genuinely nice!! Even brought us a complimentary Mocha since it was our first time in:)) So unexpected and kind!!! I had a Denver Omelette and it was one of the best ones I've ever had! My husband was super happy with his Chicken fried Steak and eggs!! It's not a fancy place but it has Such a good community vibe!! We will definitely be back regularly!! Highly recommend!!

My husband ordered us lunch from here today and it did not disappoint. I was in the mood for something spicy so I ordered the Kicker Philly and my husband ordered the Cowboy. The spicy level of the sandwich was pretty spicy which is what I was hoping for and the bread wasn't soggy. I will certainly order from here again or stop in if I get a chance.

What a treat! The hubs and I visited Saturday for the first time. We enjoyed the meat omelette with hash-browns and a homemade biscuit, and two eggs, hash-browns and toast, oh and lots of coffee! Mang the owner is delightful, and took great care of us!. The biscuit was soft and buttery, just the way I like it We can't wait to come for lunch

    Comfortable and cozy dining area.

We just ate at Karen's Little Cafe for the first time (May 2025) and were blown away. The food was excellent. We had pancakes and hash browns. The pancakes were big, fluffy and delicious, cooked perfectly. Hash browns were crispy and also off the charts. Also a Robin's Veggie sandwich. It too was delicious and a generous portion. Tasty and filled with fresh vegetables, toasted fresh bread and a side of delicious fruit. We have a new favorite spot and can't wait to try a number of other items on the menu. Great place for breakfast and lunch. The owner is the server and he delivers exceptional service, and is funny, conversational, and attentive. Service was fast.

We were greeted with a super friendly staff and great service. I didn't even know this part of Lincoln and found this little gem and decided to get some lunch with my mom. She got a nice BLTA sandwich with order of fries and macaroni salad and she finished almost all of it. I opted for a cheeseburger and fries and was full with just the fries. The refills on drinks were on point and they were there for anything you needed and very attentive. Such a nice local place. Cash only right now so be prepared.

It was my first time ordering to go. Great food, amazing service, and friendly staff! I'll definitely go back.

I decided to come here after I had a pedicure. I was hungry and I've heard lots of great stuff about Karen's little café. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere right away as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and was told have a seat wherever you like will be with you in a minute within five minutes I had my order taken and not even 10 minutes later my food arrived. I decided to try the omelette which is three eggs and I got cheese and bacon and hashbrowns and an English muffin it was very good very quick very efficient. I couldn't eat the whole thing on one visit because it was it was so big so I ended up taking the rest home. They have a white selection to choose from. They don't just have breakfast. They have lunch items and much more great establishment friendly staff delicious food. If you have not tried them I highly recommend that you try Karen's little café in Lincoln, California greatest establishment great food great experience. I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great experiences to come thank you Karen's little café. You guys are great. Keep up the wonderful great work thank you again and I'll see you soon. :-)

We were graciously greeted by some of their team when we arrived at the Restaurant. We utilized their valet and their team was very attentive when we arrived to get us on our way into the resort as soon as possible. It did take some time to get our vehicle back when we were ready to leave, but nothing outrageous. Red Lantern is DELICIOUS! This is my 3rd time here and they have the best Kung Pao Chicken I have ever had. We had a large party of 14, and everything was so good and the service and hospitality of the staff was even better. I myself was not fond of the Kung Pao Shrimp - but others in our party enjoyed it. We ordered many different dishes and the service was top tier. We truly enjoyed our experience at Red Lantern within Thunder Valley. We came back for drinks & some game play after our team building event. We had great interactions with bar tenders & floor staff. Drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced. We also enjoyed our gaming experience - some of us opted for slots where others played table games. We spent a few hours here in the evening. Now, however, I just go to the food court or the bakery case at one of the restaurants if I want to buy something for breakfast the next day. I'd like to try the steakhouse in the future; my friends told me it's good and peeking inside, the atmosphere looks nice. I've been to a few shows here and like the easy layout once you get inside; merch, drinks and restrooms are all in close proximity once you walk into the lobby. I like that they have parking directly in front of The Venue as well, so you don't have to hassle with the parking garage (although the actual doors to the concert all are locked so you have to walk out of your way through the main entrance of the casino to walk to your car, so it's a little ways).

We tried this spot out for the first time this morning after driving by it for years. The Owner's Yelp business description states they "specialize in breakfast", which sounded awesome. Reviews and photos looked so promising. Our experience was nothing like what others have shared though :( The space is nice and spacious, with an old school vibe which we liked, and we were so hopeful upon entering for the first time. Service was polite enough...but felt insincere and disinterested in taking good care of the customer. The one employee who I felt actually cared was the hostess, but the waitstaff seem to just be going through the motions. We shared it was our first time coming and we were excited to treat ourselves to a rare breakfast out. We needed a few extra minutes to study the menu since it was our first visit, but then we got forgotten about. I attempted to catch the waitresses attention numerous times with no success. After waiting about ten minutes longer than was reasonable, I did seek out the hostess's help in tracking down someone who could take our order. She was super apologetic, but of course it wasn't her job as she was busy seating people and handling her own tasks. The biggest disappointment was the food - in looking back at the photos the French toast we ordered looked nothing like the photos - first, when I asked what the difference between the 1/2 and full order was we were told it was 4 slices vs. 6 slices. That definitely seemed to justify the price so we ordered a half order for my young boy and I to share. What came out was shockingly different - it was two tiny slices of bread that looked like the inexpensive sliced grocery store bread. Because it was already small thinly sliced bread before being cooked, it was truly tiny once plated. We were honestly surprised they felt comfortable serving it. Maybe they ran out of their thick large French toast bread? No matter, they certainly shouldn't have served what we received though. It was confusing and embarrassing, IMO. So, we were misinformed that it was a 4 slice portion when it was 2 small thin slices of bread cut in half...that is not 4 slices of French toast. And then the waitress didn't come around our entire meal so I couldn't inquire about it until we were done. I ended up giving the French toast to my boy who ate it all in under 120 seconds, no joke (because there wasn't much to eat) and then he said he was still hungry. I, too, was quite hungry. Other family members agreed that the taste was good, but nothing special, and the servings did not match the high prices. So, the food was tasty enough but the portions were unreasonably small and do not justify the price, the service lacks greatly, and the misinformation was truly disappointing and misleading. When I did politely ask at the end about why she said it was 4 slices vs. 6 slices the waitress backpedaled stating she meant it was 4 halves vs. 6 halves...and then she apologized that we were leaving hungry and offered me a biscuit. ??? Why would I want a biscuit? I just wanted the meal the waitress told me I was ordering. I wanted what some previous customers have shared in their photos here. The French toast in the photos here on Yelp looks legit and exactly what we wanted and expected...again, so odd the kitchen staff felt comfortable plating up the order we received. Zero quality control there. Honestly, it was just a weird and disappointing experience that had us leaving hungry and unsatisfied, so we went home and prepared a meal there. We are super chill people with realistic expectations, so for us to struggle with this first experience says a lot about how subpar it was. The price of a soft drink is unreasonable as well ($5) - which isn't a huge deal, but with the disappointing food it was just the icing on the cake. A large cup is served but it's completely filled with ice. When asked if we wanted a refill she brought a small cup over with 85% ice and some soda, using that small cup to refill the large cup...splashing soda all over the table and then having to use her dirty damp rag shoved in her apron pocket to clean it up around our food plates, which was definitely unsanitary and made us cringe. There were customers there though - not sure if they were first-timers like us due to the new Farmers Market, but maybe they do have a repeat clientele so none of this matters to them because they can keep their doors open without new customers like us. Sad to try a local business we were excited about and then have this disappointing experience. We envisioned making trips to the new Farmers Market across the street often and then enjoying a wonderful breakfast afterwards, as a nice new Saturday morning tradition. Sadly we will not be returning to this restaurant.
