We had the tree trimmed several years back but I had lost his information. He looked the job over and gave me a verbal estimate. He said he would email a written estimate. I had it before I went to bed that night. His price was in line with the other estimates I got, he is licensed and insured (I checked several and found only two on the CSLB website). We agreed on a time and day, he showed up EARLY with his crew and finished the job in a couple of hours. All the branches and leaves were picked up and removed. This service did everything right. I am glad I used them and will use them again when the tree grows back (if I don't lose his info again).

Promises made but it's been over two weeks now with no follow through at all which is disappointing when you pay in full and don't get the job completed. ---- 3 weeks later, still no answer and still left a mess. Abel claimed I told them to leave the shavings. Why would I want shavings on my grass? They also broke my sprinklers and didn't tell me or fix the issue. It's really frustrating to not have a job completed after I gave them full payment. They were recommended by my HOA and I will be letting them know not to recommend them.
