The technicians were at the shop 20 minutes early and very friendly and accommodating when I came in. I watched the entire process from the waiting area and saw how professional and thorough they were. My installer was Erik who was assisted by Brandon. They turned the job around very quickly for me and did the entire installation in 36 minutes. Also thanks to Aaron for explaining things to me and providing commentary on the process.
