They also arranged boxes and furniture in a way I could move around them and find what I need. They asked where to place things and if they could walk on my carpet with shores on. They were extremely careful with out belongings and the building. So I'd give a 5 star plus to them if I could. Manager prepared COI (required by my condo) on a very short notice. He communicated pretty well. The only thing I was not really happy about was having to left a few things behind because it didn't fit in the truck. We don't recommend these movers at all. We showed our 3 bedroom house over a video call to Max where he got a chance to look at all our rooms and our furniture in each room. He gave an estimate of 7 hours. So we finalized them on an hourly basis and fixed the time at 10 AM. On the day of move, They didnt showup until 10:30 AM. 3 movers came and started working very slowly. One of them was dead slow. We asked them multiple times to do it fast but they were doing at their own pace and took their own sweet time. We already packed everything in boxes. They took 6 hours just to load already packed boxes into truck and to uninstall furniture. They then disappeared for 3 hours and showed up at the destination after 3:20 hrs. When asked for reason, they said that they had a break for 30 mins and started to destination but they were stuck in traffic jam which is unbelievable. We both started at the same time and I reached destination in 1 hr 10 mins in my car. After reaching destination, they unloaded boxes into garage and just installed one king sized bed. They charged for 14 hrs in total which is $2450 plus additional $200(This was not mentioned in the contract) for overweight item. When we asked for details on the overweight item, they were saying that sofa was very heavy. If they are really experienced movers, I expect them to know the basics on how to uninstall the 2 seater recliner sofa. My previous movers seperated my recliner sofa into 2 seperated chairs and moved. I was surprised that they dont even know that and hence moved the whole sofa as a whole and charged 200$ extra. After 1 hr of discussion, they reduced the total job to 12 hours which is still 5 hours more than what they have estimated. They intentionally came late, took 6 hours for loading so they can start in peak time and charge for double time. After a lot of discussion they reduced 2 hours but still it was way over the estimate. They also damaged one of the furniture(Gods house) and scratched the door in my new home. From my whole experience, these guys are very untrustful. They give you less quote to first attract customers and get business. If contract is on hourly basis, they send unexperienced movers and take their own sweet time to delay the move and charge for double the hours of what they estimated. We had a very bad decision of hiring these movers. We don't want any others to get cheated by these guys and hence writing this review. read more

Overall was a very solid experience with some hardworking folks. Things weren't perfect, but the hustle, care, and efficiency of the team was top notch. We had them move us from SF down to Orange County and it unfortunately landed in the middle of a heat wave. The initial packing took a couple hours longer than estimated which was understandable as we hadn't done any taping of our main boxes prior to them arriving. They pivoted smoothly and the initial lead, Max, was a really friendly guy and communicative enough to not have things totally lost in translation (the team's spoke Russian for both ends of the trip). There was absolutely 0 slacking from anyone on the team throughout the entire process. They were super focused on getting things done efficiently and carefully. In OC on arrival, they were able to delay the initial starting time by 2 hours for us as we weren't able to pick up the keys to our new place immediately. This put us past the cooler part of the day and literally into a heat wave that I truly felt bad for the movers for. One of the members was from the same group in the first leg of the trip and was an absolute TROOPER the whole time, Sascha. The team was moving up 2 flights of stairs to a 3rd floor apartment, in blazing heat, and literally only asked for one 5 minute break the whole time (though we continually told them, hey guys, take it a bit slower if you'd like, have some of these waters, etc). And they took care of breakdown and rebuilding quickly as well. All in all, we were very pleased with the people and teams we were provided. (3 people on each side) One thing I'd also call out is that we had a 14 month old running around the house during most of the moving time as well, and all of the team were super understanding, careful, and being friendly with her throughout the work. My family was super happy with overall process and I wouldn't hesitate at all in hiring them again in the future. Out of the five or so companies I got quotes from, they were the most responsive. Based on that, I got the sense that they would go the extra mile for us, and they certainly did. The street at our old location was undergoing construction, and the new place had a lot of stairs on the way to our unit. They navigated all of these obstacles without a problem or a complaint. This was my first time ever hiring movers. From the time I contacted Easy Peasy for an estimate to the end it was a good experience. I was provided with an overview of what's included and an estimate of charges. Instead of hassling on my own I knew it would be worth it to hire someone for the long distance move. I did all my own packing. The A-team arrived on time after communicating via text their ETA. We went through what needed to go into the truck, went over the paperwork and I agreed to the terms. My mind was at ease with the plan. The truck was definitely large enough for our apartment. You never think you have a lot, but by the time everything was loaded it took up most of the truck. After a few hours everything was wrapped with care (both with blankets and plastic). We were nearing the ready point to head to our new location. I thought it would be a good idea for a lunch break so offered to grab everyone some food. Once break was over we confirmed the new address and headed out. Out of the 5 places we quoted, he came back with a quick no-nonsense quote. All the other moving companies requested more info, or wanted me to call them directly and waste more of my time, when I had already given the dimensions/weight/photo of the table. You should STAY AWAY from this mover as their game is to send you inexperienced and weak movers that drag through the long hours. I want to share this because I hope people read my review and experience and not repeat the same bad experience and paid $2025 for bad quality services like I just did yesterday. Over the past 5 years, I have moved houses both in state and out state with 4 different movers. So I know very well what are good decent movers. Good movers will have good sense of time and strive to be efficient to help you save. This was my worst experience with movers. Here's what I experienced: 1. Received quote for local move from 1960 sqft townhouse to 2800 sqft. Negotiated flat rate of $210 first 4 hours, then $205. The service manager acted all nice and told me it would normally take more than 4 hours for the size of the house. I was okay with more hours if truly needed. 2. Four crews arrived at 9am. I had to call them to stop and finished at 6pm. It was dragging for too long. It ended up 9 hours (9-6pm) including a 30-45 minute lunch break. I provided them lunch with in-n-out burger combo meals which I was still forced to pay the hour. 3. About the crews - They were not strong enough and inexperienced about moving for the type of work that normally required strong body strength and efficiency for heavy lifting and fast wrapping . Since the beginning, I had noticed they had difficulty to lift heavier items properly, took time to figure out how to move items, and got tired very quickly. Personally they were polite and friendly. However, they didn't have good sense of time and urgency to be efficient. 4. The business didn't provide the crews with adequate or proper equipments. They're using small trolleys (not commercial, those you get from Costco) that didn't help for tall and big items, and they used small keys to break wrapping materials for wrap and unwrapped which was very time consuming, also they didn't have any covers for flooring protectors, my original location carpets were all dirty, new house hardwood floors were chips and dent on the edges of steps of the stairs, before and after the move. Which was very unprofessional, slow and inefficient. 5. The piano move - I stopped them from lifting and dragging the piano on the floor directly. I asked them for floor covering since morning and they told me the manager didn't provide. They had to call Alex and finally they just use blankets on the floor and worked around it. They just inexperienced and lots of tries and errors. 6. I expected for 4 movers that would have been enough and efficient for moving of items and boxes that didn't require much packing or boxing. All they needed to do was wrapping furnitures with blankets and clear wraps. 7. I texted Alex the service manager (texting was our primary communication way) to complain about their slowness, weak, inefficient and lack of equipments and toolings. Alex ignored all my concerns. At that point, he just completely hands off and waiting the hours to get through. 8. I honestly expected this type of move at max for 7 hours with team of 4, but ended 9 hours. 9. At the end, Alex forced the workers to stay until I paid in full through Venmo. He didn't want to listen to any of your concerns and unsatisfactory or made any adjustments. He threatened me with calling police. I honestly not afraid it is a private community and property. Everyone was tired, so I finally tipped the works and paid in full for $2025 for 9 hours of under valued work and services. P/S: All my items were small size furnitures and the heaviest was an upright piano to be moved from 2nd floor to the main floor. The rest were small size cabinets and beds (1 king bed, 2 queen mattresses and 1 full mattress etc). Their workers were polite and nice BUT I wouldn't ever paid team of 4 movers that are not strong and experienced for this type of work. read more

This is a review of packing and moving service for my 2 bed to 2 bed same-city move. Pros: - Kind movers/team. Good communication from point person who handles administration remotely (Alex). Cons: - Speed/efficiency- slow and inefficient. The packing and moving took hours longer than the high end of the time estimate. Thus per the hourly payment, the final cost I paid far exceeded the estimated quote. Granted, I had not finished packing parts of the home before the movers arrived. I also noticed that although they arrived on time, they didn't really get going in packing/moving for the first thirty minutes. They also slowed down towards the end to fill the final hour of pay. - Completeness - poor. After they had left my old home to my new home, I did a scan of the apartment and found cabinets in the living room and bathrooms that were still full of items. They were so accommodating and friendly, and made us feel secure. They packed up all of our items and moved us into our first home in Arizona. It was a difficult move (about 742 miles) and they made sure all of our items arrived safely and took extra precautions to handle all of our items with such care.
