On moving day, we had a crew of 3 movers: Enrique, Ismael, and Jose/Luis. They were punctual and arrived at our apartment right on time to get started on our move. After walking them through our apartment, discussing expectations, and signing the agreement, they went to work. This team was quick, and I mean QUICK, to disassemble and pack the truck. Max and Gary were very professional all around and incredibly polite. They called me the night before to confirm. They contacted me when they were almost there to let me know they were coming. They were calm, and Max was an excellent communicator and talked to me about each decision about the packing. They wrapped an antique glass-fronted, hand carved display armoir so well- I was very impressed, and it had been in the family for generations. They were moving my elderly mother and they were so gentle and polite while she kept trying to chat with them and tell them stories about the things they were packing and moving. They were flexible and accommodated a stop at our storage unit. We drastically underestimated the amount of work required when we pitched the job. (Mom wanted to bring a LOT more stuff than we had initially discussed). They unloaded everything and took extreme care with our belongings. Although it turned into a long day they were not impatient or hurried, they made sure everything was to our liking. They went over the invoice with us and line by line showed us the expenses and all the materials required. I felt great and left a gratuity as each person worked very hard and consistently. We had a great experience with Easy Peasy Moving. The crew worked incredibly hard from the moment they arrived until the job was finished. It was a long move with an extra stop to completely clear out our storage unit, a bunch of heavy furniture, and a lot of boxes. They were careful with our belongings, wrapped and protected our furniture, and even brought wardrobe boxes so we could leave our hanging clothes on the hangers, which made the move so much easier! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Easy Peasy Moving made my move incredibly seamless and headache-free, at a reasonable price too. Our movers were Sean and Ollie/Olly and they arrived right on time to begin the move. They first scouted the area and noted down all the furniture and boxes that needed to be moved. They also provided plastic wrapping so then some of our furniture wouldn't be damaged. With just 2 movers, there were able to move a bedroom and a living room within 3 hours! Near the end, we were going a little bit overtime, but Sean and Olly stayed a little longer to make sure that all of our stuff was moved into the apartment. Two mover team showed up promptly on time for our 9 AM appointment. Had our one bedroom house with lots of garage stuff moved across town in 3.5 hours. Knowing that movers charge by the hour, we wanted to make sure that the move was done as efficiently as possible. We packed up our stuff in boxes ahead of time. The movers wrapped all of our furniture and disassembled our bed frame carefully. The two man crew was moving quickly and efficiently the whole time. Max, Vladimir, and Tom did a great job and were professional throughout the day. I specifically needed assistance moving the larger items and each item was disassembled (if necessary) and wrapped in plastic for protection during transport. The team worked quickly and even skipped a lunch to get the work done in a timely manner. My bf ordered this company and they did amazing!! They loaded up my entire 1 bedroom condo and taped and padded things that we deemed necessary. They were very accommodating, had extra supplies because we did run out of our own. They alerted us to any prior damages that we may not have seen (underneath the dresser) which was nice so they weren't responsible. They really seemed to cover their end with any damage wise. And they were very efficient with the space of the truck. I've never seen anyone pack a huge van like that so nicely and with room to spare. Highly recommended moving company. The team did an incredible job. We had some bulky furniture and large pieces of art that they took excellent care of and they did it all with kindness and speed. The move was from a three bedroom two bath to another three bedroom two bath. They reassembled furniture, put the art in its new place, and moved all belonging to the room where it was meant to be making it extremely easy to unpack. They brought wardrobe boxes and packed up many hanging clothing items which was a huge time saver on both ends. Having already moved 75% of my belongings on my own, I didn't have time or the energy for the last of the items (e.g., totes, clothes, tons of books, and a few misc. items) and needed movers within 1-2 days of my request. Mia assisted in solidifying the moving date and time via text and email. On the day of the move, the movers were ahead of schedule, so my booking time was moved up several hours, which was good because the temperature had been in the 90s. As planned, the movers met me at my storage unit. They were efficient in emptying the storage and securing my items onto their truck (took about 20 min). My new location has stairs inside the unit. When I tell you these guys worked like a well-oiled machine, it's an understatement. Not only did they manage to get all my stuff in my room without damaging anything, but they arranged the items in a manner that was feasible for me to access (by removing the clear wrap used to stack items onto their dollies) and placed items in a considerate way (so I could walk about the space). By doing so, I could unpack once they were finished. That saved me a considerable amount of time and was something I did not expect them to do but was glad that they did. Overall, they were on time, professional, efficient, and dependable. I paid via Zelle and tipped each mover $20. I highly recommend Seven Stars Movers and would hire them again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I would strongly caution anyone considering Buzzy Movers. My experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The movers began the move 3 hours late, already exhausted, after getting their truck stuck for hours in my complex's driveway clearly marked "No Trucks Over 1 Ton." They later claimed the crew that got the truck stuck was different from the crew handling my move, but the movers who arrived immediately washed black grease off their arms in my sink before starting. That explanation simply did not add up. It took them 5.5 hours to move a 1-bedroom apartment only 4 miles away. During the move, they repeatedly slammed furniture and boxes up and down the stairs with their dolly loudly enough that multiple neighbors texted me to complain about the noise and behavior. They also failed to properly wrap several furniture pieces and damaged my bookshelf badly enough to break out the side panel. Despite my having photo evidence, they denied responsibility and claimed the damage already existed. They were not carefully holding any furniture on the dolly cart either, and I helped them not to drop some of my furniture pieces multiple times. I was not able to prevent them from damaging my bookshelf beyond repair or snapping the hose off my portable AC unit unfortunately. My experience them was careless, dishonest, and deeply frustrating.
