I moved into a new house with a pool earlier this year. I have never had a house with a pool so I…read morehired Jun to maintain it. His prices and services are great. He was upfront on what would be expected of me and what he would do weekly/yearly. I had no idea what a pool needed. He explained that the pump needs to be run at least 6 hours a day to circulate the water. He would come weekly to test the water, clean the pool and check the small filter (and probably other things I forgot about). Yearly, he puts conditioner in (he explained what it does but I can't remember). A couple months ago, my pool started to turn slightly green. He put some other chemicals in to help it. But it didn't work. So he checked my big filter and told me it needed a cleaning . He and another guy came that weekend and cleaned it. After he was done, he texted and explained everything he did to the filter and pool and what I needed to do to make sure the water clears up. By the next day, the pool started to clear up. Within a couple days, it was back to normal. He's very responsive and helpful. He comes when I'm at work so I usually text him if I need anything or have questions. He speaks English but is also fluent in Korean. Totally hire this guy/company if you need a pool guy!

She passed and we continued using this pool service. We have never met him in person, but when we had an issue with overcharging once, he took care of the problem in an amiable way. Sadly, we no longer have the home and we sent a letter letting him know his services were no longer needed at the beginning of September. We still got a bill for the month of September so we wrote a second letter letting him know we had sent him notice to stop servicing the pool. He responded with a nasty letter back to us. I am posting an image of what his note was. We do hope no physical harm comes to us for posting this. We wish him luck and hope whatever is troubling his soul gets resolved.
