Instead of going through the local dealer and paying for a service call, I figured I try out EasySpaParts as this is where I get my filters and other essentials. I called in with an issue on my D1 spa and Dennis was prompt and through to diagnose the problematic part. It was ordered then and arrived to me 2 days later on the opposite coast early in the morning by the USPS. The part came with a simple instruction sheet that was well written and had pictures (for those of us that don't read instructions) which was perfect. Really poor communications. Even worse scheduling. I've been waiting over two weeks for warranty repair work and had three appointments cancelled, two with no call or notice. In each instance the tech said after the fact that he had other more important work for his stereo side-business that he had to take care of before me that either were last minute calls or double booking his schedule, and I lost out in the schedule conflict. I'm certainly going to take my concerns to the Dimension One spa people as there is no other choice for warranty repair work in this area. I wish there were. read more

The customer service is the worst I've experienced in a very long time. They screwed up the shipping address, then when asked for a refund of the additional costs to get the parts to right address, they complained and stated maybe in the future. After getting upset, they turned the tables into a juvenile argument over the reps feelings before they would issue a refund for the additional shipping costs. They do not care about the customer. I stumbled across this store on the Internet about 5 years ago when I bought a house with a hot tub. We knew nothing about the house or tub when we got it. The tub at that time was 13 years old. An older tub has had a few issues and a couple more which were my own fault (mistakenly crossed wiring). EasySpaParts says "give them a call". They really do mean it. Call them! Leave a message if they don't answer. They will help you diagnose the issue, get the parts sent out, and all promptly. Each time I ask for help they surprise me how well they resolve it. I have been buying parts and supplies through ESP since 2001 and they have always been excellent, from quick service and delivery to thorough assistance and direction. I am not a "Yelper," but I just had to after Brandon's help today. I got online and ordered an upper control panel to replace my faulty one that had surprisingly failed after about a year. I was bummed, but water environments are tough on electrical assemblies. I was shocked to receive a call from Brandon (ESP) who had noticed my order and that the control panel I was replacing was purchased last April. My husband Vinnie and I want to say "Thank You" to all of the folks that work at Easy Spa Parts. We recently purchased a vacation home in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The home came with a hot tub and neither of us had any previous experience with a hot tub. Before we found your website we were traveling 1 1/2 hours ONE WAY to the closest spa dealer for advice and direction on the maintenance of the unit. Needless to say after just 3 short months, we had changed the water 4 times, and ran into a major service issue with the pump and sequencer, we called the local company for service and they quoted us over a THOUSAND dollars to come out and also mentioned that despite the travel fee's they could not guarantee they could fix the unit in the first visit!!
