Our spa has needed repairs for various reasons over the last three years and Action has stellar customer service and support. I had to call them in last week for a leak that emptied the spa overnight! Today I had to call them back. We had left the side panels off & turned on a high velocity fan to dry out the "guts". However, there remained a small trickle of water oozing out. Due to the recent rain, and a major leak, it was extremely difficult to locate the minor leak. They arrived today on time, quickly got us water tight, and reinstalled the outer panels. And guess what? No charge! He said their work is guaranteed, so today's repair is covered from last week. The technician fixed it. There felt like some upselling when the price was quoted at $175 for the first hour $$$, then when the technician arrived said it was $175 for 1/2 hour. He said he would be ok with the 1 hour price. He then, before giving any concrete diagnosis said it would probably be $600. Expensive. read more

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the customer service team was responsive and prompt. They were scheduling about a week out when I contacted them but they kept in communication via text. Ian showed up on time for the appointment, was very polite and professsional, quickly figured out the issue, and fixed it. He cleaned up and left everything the way it is. He also offered to measure our cover, because it was obviously falling apart. so we could order a replacement cover through their supplier. I found this business on Yelp when I noticed my spa was looking dirty and murky. The rep who I spoke with said he could sell me the chemicals to balance the ph myself or that they could come out and service my old school jacuzzi for me. I went with come out and take care of it for me. A guy named Mike came out as scheduled and on time to perform the drain and clean service. Drain and clean was only $275 and included: drain and clean all surfaces of the jacuzzi including the cover, condition the cover with leather conditioner, apply gloss to jacuzzi shell ( left shell glossy and shiny), cleaned and inspected filters, refilled with clean water, and added chemicals. This took just under 2 hours. Mike even made recommendations on how to treat our jacuzzi going forward. Mike recommended we sign up for their quarterly drain and clean program to ensure proper maintenance and operations of our jacuzzi. See you next quarter! read more

Got my heater and control system replaced, it was worth it for sure. It was $1100 for my spa. The heater was broken but it was probably the circuit board too, so it was best to replace everything. It's a very complicated job that they get done quickly, something that would take an average joe weeks or months of research without any prior knowledge of circuits, fittings, and diagnosis of heater issues. Even then you would be risking electrical shock or messing up the whole thing. Ian was my technician and he helped me understand what needed to be done and why.
