Brandon has been helping us with our spa repairs/parts orders for a few years now. I can't say enough about how helpful he is. We ordered a part on Wed afternoon and it was delivered Thursday morning. We called with a few questions before installing our new circulation pump and he walked us through the install. After the install we had an error message come up so I called ESP but my call went to an answering machine so I hung up and figured I would call back in a few minutes but within a moment of hanging up, my phone rang and it was Brandon asking what was up. We figured out what the problem was and he said would get the part to us the next day. ESP is wonderful to work with. They can help diagnose the problem and they don't try and sell you un-needed parts. Several months ago our spa had completely drained itself and I was sure we burnt the motor up and our spa was shot but when I called ESP, they told me it was most likely fine and helped me find where the leak was. It was as simple as a $5 plug that with age had given it up. They sent the plug and the spa worked fine. I really felt that someone else would have told us the motor was shot and that would have been several hundred dollars. My story is I bought a house that came with a hot tub, I searched on line for a dealer based on the brand of my tube and located Easy Spa Parts. I was having issues with different errors on my control panel so I sent an Email to Easy Spa Parts. I sent the mail and went back outside to the tub in an attempt to fix it myself, was thinking it would take days to get a reply on the email. This is no joke, I was outside for about 20 minutes and my phone rang, it was Phil from Easy Spa Parts. A quick note of Thanks! I was having a difficult time finding the correct replacement pillows for my Jacuzzi spa. After a couple tries and failures with the stock items (which they made the return easy, even waiving some price differences in exchanged items), Brandon spoke with me on the phone and offered to go out to the warehouse to see if he could find some in the inventory that might work. Everyone was great from the first time I called and placed my order for the new hot tub cover until I received it yesterday. I had searched for months for a good quality cover.
