Our first meal at Easy Thai Easy Go, but it won't be our last. We've been searching for a good Thai restaurant in the area for years; we've found it! Finally tried Easy Thai Easy Go for take out. My go to favorite is green curry with shrimp with a preference on the spicy side (just under Thai spicy). I decided to play it safe and asked for 3 spicy with the dry pepper on the side, which I did use. Will probably try 4 next time. Since it was my first time I opted for chicken instead of shrimp. When I opened the container, the yummy aroma of the Thai curry spices was spot on and the taste was equally as good! The food tasted fresh and delicious and I happily had leftovers for lunch the next day! Can't wait to go back to try more items on their menu. read more

Definitely not a worthy replacement for the Teriyaki restaurant that stood in it's place. The pad thai was bland as anything, peppered among the massive serving of noodles were rock hard chunks of meat...and I got the wrong meat (ordered chicken, not beef). There was no spice whatsoever to the food, the noodles were gummy and not cooked correctly, the Calamari was rubbery, and the Spring Rolls were 90% lettuce. The only good thing about the meal was the dipping sauce for the Spring Rolls. Ordering easy Thai to go, is a no. The meals are made in advance. Not sure morning of, or night before with leftovers. First they told us "we don't have any more five star spice only three star.) To which we were already confused because how do you not add the spice when you make it? But, we didn't think in advance that everything was pre-made. Our food was completely flavorless. Our noodles were so soggy from sitting in the "to-go" containers for so long, that they simply kept breaking apart into tiny pieces. The vegetables, or lack there of were extremely soggy besides a fresh piece of shaved carrot and cabbage that was a raw topper. There was maybe a total of 4 small pieces of green onion and maybe like 3 shriveled up bean sprouts. And Hardly any egg. I've had Thai many times, and I understand that each family has their own ways and recipes of making certain dishes and what not. But there was simply no effort put into our meals. It was our first time ordering here. We were very excited because of the amazing reviews the place got. However after spending 70$ for 4 entrees, and a couple fresh spring rolls. (Which I won't even get into detail on those.) we expected at least some what of a flavorful meal. It's been a disappointment for sure. And we probably won't be coming back to eat or order here again. I hope they don't pre make the orders anymore and choose to make them as folks order them for the freshness and flavor impact. Got some take out recently on our way home. The kitchen sampler for appetizers was tasty. My husband's drunken noodle dish was an accurate spice level for a medium that he ordered, but next time he'll be increasing it per his preference. This little gem is my go-to for Thai food and absolutely delicious. I lived in Thailand for 2.5 years, so I know tasty, authentic Thai food. The flavors are intense (as they should be) and the spice level is amazing! I asked for a level 5 spice and they warned me most people complain that it is too hot for them. Once I stated I use to live in Thailand, they agreed I would be able to handle the heat. It was spicy and they may have turned the heat up a notch for me! I recommend trying: Thai Lapp salad - in Thailand it's served spicy and with pork meat. Incredibly flavorful, try a spice level 2 or 3 if you do not care for spicy. Pad Thai and Pad See Ew - I ordered these at spice level 3 as my husband doesn't like spice the way I do. Both had a slight spice level that was tasty but not overbearing for him. Both dishes were delicious, but I preferred the Pad See Ew more. Green Curry - this is the most spicy of the curries in Thailand. This was the dish they were apprehensive cooking at the top spice level. It was definitely spicy, creamy and epically delicious in each spoonful. Thai is my favorite go-to food and theirs tops the charts. Their Pad Thai is so delicious - full of flavor and the consistency of the sauce is well balanced every time. I tried the Kee Mao and tofu Fresh Rolls with amaZING peanut sauce for the first time tonight and they were so good! Another favorite of mine is the Tom Kha soup. The restaurant is very clean! The staff is super nice as it's a mom and pop shop. The owner and chief is a super kind thailandian who who makes AUTHENTIC dishes. I ordered the veggie Pad Thai with 5 star spice level. The noodles were perfect, not too moist but not too crispy. The tofu was extra firm and tasted as though they brind the tofu because it was full of flavor.
