Another hole in the wall restaurant. Small & cluttered - sign of a very small store. They run lunch specials 7 days a week so it was a #17 Szechuan Beef lunch special & for me a #4 Mongolian Beef & Sweet & Sour Chicken Combo. Egg drop soups came out first. They were flavorful, hot and thick. The meat dishes were nicely spiced( not overly hot for what we ordered) the beef was tender and delicious. Sweet & sour chicken was not overcooked or dry. I was surprised to see it on the side instead of on the plate. Good stop for lunch, prices were wallet friendly and on our return to list.

My first visit to this Chinese restaurant. Don't be put off by its lack of curb appeal. It has a rather mundane appearance from the parking lot. Further, once inside it appeared that they are in the midst of either a cleaning or remodeling project, and there were boxes and things piled up everywhere. But, I was greeted and seated within a few seconds of arrival, and had a nice lunch of beef with broccoli. Very large portion, nice flavors, tasty egg drop soup. I certainly will return to try some other menu items to get an idea of the balance of their menu.

Egg drop soup is great. The prices are very reasonable and seems to have locals in the place. Customer service is not to be expected here, while they are nice they also have no concept of customer service. They do not ask you if you need a refill you have to track them down for that. The food is good though I have to say that again. I was worried that food is left out as I got there a big bowl of Chicken was left in the kitchen prep area. It was there before I got there as I could see it there and was still three when I left. As I was eating the cleaning lady came and placed all the dirty dishes on my table to clean the table next to me.

Not the best food I've ever had. Sweet and sour chicken, more breading than meat. Food was rather bland!

Good food, decent service. It's not haute cuisine but it gets the job down. Good job.

I love this restaurant. The food is great and the portions are big so I get more than one meal out of my order. The staff is very nice.

First off, we ordered the vegetable egg rolls for an appetizer, I do not recommend them since they are frozen ones. They were tasteless while the interior of these rolls were mushy, though the duck sauce was quite tasty it could not overcome these appetizers. Our entrees came next, my husband asked about the serving size and he was told a plate only fed one person, not true. The plate serves two. Anyway, the Kung Pao Chicken has really good flavor, was spicy and served with a side of steamed white rice. My husband's entree was Orange Chicken and nothing spectacular about it. But what will keep us from ever going back was that as we sat in the restaurant eating I started to smell cigarette smoke. It became more pronounced and I realized they were smoking in the kitchen and had the door open to where we were sitting. With that revelation my husband quickly got us out of there...the cigarette smoking inside the kitchen is a total dealbreaker.

Even though its a small parking lot in a strip plaza. Fresh hand pulled noodles are good, which were a little soft for my personal preference, but still good. It may sound strange but things with pork will taste porky. My girlfriend doesn't like pork, but can eat it, but she ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings and it was too porky for her. For me, it tasted just right because this is the flavors I grew up with. The dumpling dough had a nice texture that I prefer. My Ramen had a big fatty pieces of pork which is what I like. They didnt skimp. It was a good bowl of noodle soup. Wouldn't say its the best ramen I ever had, but it was good. Beef roll was good, I would say its one of the better ones I've seen in ABQ where its really filled with beef. Would recommend this. We also got soup dumplings and I will say that we didnt get the proper spoons for them. At first I thought they just didnt offer them, but looking at photos, we never got them. It makes a difference for your eating experience and enjoyment. We will definitely be back as this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area and you really get some real Chinese variety and not your basic generic stereotypical menu.
