Yummy noodles. You can't pick a bad dish here. I went a little early for dinner to beat the crowd and had great food and great service.

When we first walked in, some of the cooks were hand-making bao buns right at the front, so I was already excited. We ordered the Szechuan soup with glass noodles (perfect amount of numbing spice), xiao long bao, pan-fried dumplings, dan dan noodles, honey walnut shrimp, beef wrap, and chili wontons. Everything was really good except the beef wrap. I usually order this dish everywhere, and this one just missed the mark. They used mayo instead of the usual brown Peking-style sauce, and it was also missing cilantro. The sesame balls were also just okay, so I'd skip those. Overall though, as long as you stick with the baos, dumplings, or one of the hand-pulled noodle dishes, you'll be happy here.

Nice place and accommodate seating as there is a lot of open space. There is a soda dispenser. The menu had both English and Chinese writing. Seems to be very popular. Oh my, the food here is amazing!! Found a great place for tasty food. Spicy fish and spicy tofu. OMG. Amazing taste! Staff are friendly and attentive.

I went for the spiciest item on the menu (based on their spicy scale). It wasn't spicy, but it was tasty regardless. Nice crunchy onions. The place IS called Tasty Noodles & Dumplings, so I probably should've gone for those.

Sunday afternoon. Both of us and a friend getting hungry. Searching through Yelp. Tasty Noodles and Dumplings was on the list with a tempting name and good reviews. Clearly, we had to try it. A very unassuming place near the mall, had amazing smells going as we waited for our server and food. The service was a bit slow, but considering the place had plenty of patrons, it was understandable. We got a few items because we were hungry. For our friend, the chicken noodle soup was very steamy, perfect for soup season. However, it needed more flavor. The chili oil, the soy sauce, and not even orange sauce made it work. The xiao long bao saved her from going hungry as they were perfectly soupy, tasty, and tender. The hubby has a good experience; the spicy sesame sauce noodles looked great, were tasty and spicy, with soft noodles and sweet and tender beef. I ordered the orange flavored chicken, which was covered in a perfect batter that kept the chicken juicy. The sauce was thick and definitely had the orange flavor. Most places would caramelize the orange sauce, leaving the chicken dry and chewy, but these chicken balls were great. Overall, this place had a mix of hits and misses. The biggest miss was not having a soup with flavor that was not spicy. And the greatest hit was that spicy noodle bowl. We are unsure if we will come back, but we are glad we tried this place.

I remember when this place used to be Tso's. It's been a minute since I found myself here. I've been really looking for some good Chinese food lately. I figured it was nearby why not. It wasn't until I arrived at the restaurant I discovered they had a new name. I pondered if it was worth the gamble. After seeing the great reviews I thought why not. I ended up ordering the chicken fried rice and an order of the spring rolls. The staff was really friendly and the place looked really nice. They had my food out fairly quickly. I had to make one last stop on my way home so I didn't get that first bite until about 15 minutes later. The spring rolls were really good. I really loved the way they it was cooked. It was so fresh I really enjoyed it. I moved in on the chicken fried rice. It was pretty good. The chicken was nice and juicy. The rice had a nice mix of stuff it was so good! Overall I really enjoyed the food. I think next time I may try the dumpling. They looked really good on the photos I'd seen. I'll definitely be returning!

Very cute restaurant. Staff was incredibly attentive and nice. There was a amn that made hand made dumplings in the front but you couldn't see it.. would have been cool to see them make the noodles.got the Samsung dumplings which is a bit different as it has a crunchy skirt. Also got the jalapeno pork belly.. more like thin bacon with sliced bacon. No jalepenos.. it is a style of cooking but thw charred scallions in the dish was fantastic!

I've been here a few times and I've liked it well enough to introduce friends to the place. It isn't the cheapest place to get this sort of food, but what you get is always very good and plentiful. Hand-pulled noodles used to be a hard thing to find even on the left coast, so it's a treat to have a place where one can find them done well right here in Burque. There's only been a single server working the lunchtimes when I've visited, but these folks have been able to take care of the entire room pretty efficiently. It's a pleasant enough room in a nearly inconvenient strip mall location that doesn't have anything really to recommend it - parking lot can be a little bit of a caution, so take your time.

I came with a friend and the place was packed ! there are about 10 tables , it's on the smaller side, when we came there was only two man workers, a gentlemen was the one being a waiter for the whole place and handling check out and togo orders he did an amazing job by himself but you can tell it was overwhelming! His service was great! it took a little while to get our food due to how busy it was and i believe they make most of everything by scratch ! the food is a lot! it's great for friends and family get together ! it is a little on the pricey side i will say . but overall would come back again . the food came out piping hot, fresh and tasted amazing

The food and service were good...... still mad I paid an extra $3.00 for fried rice and tipped and only got steamed rice. Eh.

I could cheerfully eat Tasty Noodles and Dumplings' dumplings every day. The one we tried was fresh, plump, and stuffed with a delicious pork filling. We also tried the Singapore noodles with shrimp. This was tasty but needed a heat warning, like some of their other dishes had. I'm looking forward to trying their ramen, more dumplings, and some of the items from their traditional menu.

Once upon a time, Tasty Noodle was my favorite Chinese place, Tsai's. They have since changed business concepts, but I believe it's still the same people involved. I went with some friends to celebrate lunar new year and enjoy dumplings. I think that's really where it's at and the best offerings they have in my opinion. We really enjoyed the barbecue pork bao and the spicy wontons. The spicy wonton in particular has a really fantastic sauce, hot chili heaven. The service was on the slow side, but you could tell that they were very busy and of course it was a holiday so understandable. It's also clear that they get a ton of takeout orders.

Such a great find in Uptown! Upon arrival, we were seated and drink orders were taken. The staff was nice and answered all our questions. My wife and I were craving dumplings and bao. This was the perfect spot to satisfy our craving. We ordered the pork bao buns, vegetable dumplings, pork and veggie dumplings, xiaolongbao, Szechuan Dan Dan noodles and wonton soup. The wonton soup was flavorful and served with cilantro, seaweed, green onion. The wonton are handmade and had a great texture and size. It's definitely a shareable size. The pork bao buns were absolutely amazing and came out so hot and fresh. We loved the flavor of the slightly sweet, yet savory meat and bun. Same with the dumplings, they were served incredibly fresh and relatively quick for the level of quality we were served. I had a hot tea to pair this all with. Lastly, we ordered the sesame seed balls which are deep fried. They were served freshly fried and super hot. Very yummy and toasty. Overall, the location was cozy and medium sized. I can see myself bringing a large group here. I would've enjoyed louder music because it was a bit quiet in there. Looking forward to my next trip!

A year ago we would have given Noodle Works 5 stars. Not…read moresure what is happening to this place, but it USED TO BE amazing. It was so good last year that we actually had a conversation with the owner about them being from San Francisco, after I told him it was the best Chinese food I've had in America outside of San Francisco. Well, that has changed significantly, and not for the better. We made a trip down from Santa Fe this week, specifically to eat at Noodle Works. Yes, we drove over an hour each way on Monday just to eat here. What a mistake! It was clear the General Tzo chicken was microwaved and not fresh fried. It was absolutely inedible! Mall food court Chinese is better than this dish was. Strange because almost exactly 1 year ago their General Tzo's dish was among them best I've ever tasted. I know this dish is not authentic, but to serve pre-fried then microwaved chicken is inexcusable! The Singapore Noodle dish this time was incredibly dry. The curry was more like a dry rub stuck to the noodles than it was a real curry sauce. Again... mall food court quality. Another dish that used to be amazing here. The crab in the crab rangoon was so fishy you could smell it before it was even delivered to the table. It had clearly sat out unrefridgerated during prep for far too long. It was inedible, or of fear of getting food poisoning... they did take it off of our bill. We are so disappointed in how bad the quality has fallen off in the last year! We loved them so much in the past that we will give them one more try, but we will not be making a special trip down from Santa Fe to eat here again. We REALLY hope they get their act together because we really like the employees and owner and want to continue to support them. Management did apologize without being prompted for the slow service and poor quality food, so hopefully they know serious improvement is needed if they are to stay in business. We wish them the best because they are great people. Good luck!

The wait staff was nice to give us another one cuz we sent it back, but it came back again with the same smell so we were worried but it tasted fine and we didn't get sick hahahaha. Wouldn't order it again tho because of the smell. steam chicken feet 5/5: nicely steamed with a spicy kick. steamed egg yolk bun 4/5: this is the main reason we come here! love the topping on the bun and the flavors of the steamed egg yolk.
