Mixed Won Ton Soup without egg noodles. Wonderful!

I either get Dim Sum or Won Ton soup when I visit. The food is always excellent and consistent. Best Dim Sum in town. Great BBQ pork in the soup. I always get outstanding service--very courteous and fast. I highly recommend Ming Dynasty.

Our last (most recent) trip into the city had me craving Chinese food. In the list, I saw that Ming Dynasty served Dim Sum (steamed rolls) and something that I had never tasted before. The really helpful and patient server helped me choose the BBQ pork option. We received three large buns and they tasted so sweet and delicious that I highly recommend them. For dinner, he recommended the orange chicken, and hubby and I really enjoyed it. I took home leftovers to enjoy that night but I really appreciate the value received for the price. Ambiance wise, we couldn't stop staring at the detailed intricate ceiling tiles and potential use of the large dining room which was only partially in use when we arrived.

Food is bad. No flavor at all. Not worth the price at all Don't waste your money. Try prioritizing the flavor in your food instead of making the menu so big.

Best dim sum place I've tried. Went around 1130 and parking wasn't an issue and there was seating. Attentive staff so great service good vibes

Came in to try the Dim Sum with my husband for a little date without the kids. It was SO GOOD! I love that it is an actual Dim Sum restaurant with the price structure to actually be able to try a plethora of dishes. I really loved the ginger beef dumplings and the chinese broccoli. My husband's favorite was the spear ribs and the shrimp shumai. We WILL DEFINITELY be back. Also it has that small family business feel that I love. Casual for any occasion and the staff were very nice.

Great! I started off my meal with Vietnamese coffee. It was iced and really delicious. My partner got the Roy Rogers drink. We were seated right away and given plates for appetizers. We started our food with pork and shrimp and scallop dim sun. It was really good to pair with their in house chile oil. The Chile oil was one of my favorite part of the entire meal. I got the Pepper Steak combination plate and would highly recommend it. The service was quick and kind. The environment was clean. The food came out in appropriate and quick timing.

Food and service are always amazing here everything is always so delicious and as you can see my fiancé and I ordered a lot here and I'm so glad we found this place! Ambiance is welcoming and warm definitely try their Dim Sum menu!

My hubby had a seafood bowl of shrimp and scallops while I had fried noodles with chicken and shrimp. My son had sesame chicken with fried rice. All were good, nothing exceptional. The fried rice was a bit salty. The fried noodle dish was good. The seafood boil was good. The service was good. And the restaurant clean and Asian themed. Definitely worth a try.

It was nice that they also serve it on a platter vs a bag like other places. They rated it a 4/5 for spice, flavor and quality. I also like how you can order other meals here if your not feeling like having a sea food boil. We also got some calamari for an appetizer. It looked like onion rings and it was also served with marinara sauce so it was a bit off putting. Not my favorite place for calamari and we will probably not order it again. I liked the dumplings last time we came but will definitely try some other items on the next visit. We had other family members order noodle plates. They had orange chicken which they enjoyed and took home since it was a large portion. The other had beef fried ho fun which had good flavor too but not enough veggies or color to the plate. Overall we enjoyed our meals and variety offered here great for families. The staff was friendly and always made sure our drinks were topped off. Inside it was clean and had interesting art work and decor on the walls. Price is also average but wish this place had something special to make us want to come back more often.

It is truly one of those rare neighborhood gems that feels both authentic and incredibly welcoming. The service was impeccable from the start, but the highlight was truly the charming interaction with the chef. He was kind enough to personally walk me through the evening's selections, and we had the most delightful chat! I decided on one of my absolute weaknesses: the Fresh Pork Dumplings. The chef was quite attentive and offered to add an onion paste, but after a brief explanation of my preferences, he was more than happy to prepare them exactly to my liking. It's that level of bespoke attention that I truly adore. The dumplings arrived steaming hot in just a matter of minutes absolutely bursting with authentic, clean flavors. It was a thoroughly wonderful experience, and I shall certainly be making this a regular stop on my Uptown rounds!

Even though its a small parking lot in a strip plaza. Fresh hand pulled noodles are good, which were a little soft for my personal preference, but still good. It may sound strange but things with pork will taste porky. My girlfriend doesn't like pork, but can eat it, but she ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings and it was too porky for her. For me, it tasted just right because this is the flavors I grew up with. The dumpling dough had a nice texture that I prefer. My Ramen had a big fatty pieces of pork which is what I like. They didnt skimp. It was a good bowl of noodle soup. Wouldn't say its the best ramen I ever had, but it was good. Beef roll was good, I would say its one of the better ones I've seen in ABQ where its really filled with beef. Would recommend this. We also got soup dumplings and I will say that we didnt get the proper spoons for them. At first I thought they just didnt offer them, but looking at photos, we never got them. It makes a difference for your eating experience and enjoyment. We will definitely be back as this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area and you really get some real Chinese variety and not your basic generic stereotypical menu.

The wait staff was nice to give us another one cuz we sent it back, but it came back again with the same smell so we were worried but it tasted fine and we didn't get sick hahahaha. Wouldn't order it again tho because of the smell. steam chicken feet 5/5: nicely steamed with a spicy kick. steamed egg yolk bun 4/5: this is the main reason we come here! love the topping on the bun and the flavors of the steamed egg yolk. That instant closeness and hospitality, in the backdrop of traditional comforting interior decor made us feel so welcome and relaxed. But the food is beyond amazing. The roasted duck is crispy and packed with flavor. Beef hot pot too, with the beef stewed to softness and soaking up the sweet and umami sauce in the pot. The tofu shines through the array of heavy hitter meaty dishes. The salted dried fish gave the tofu a funky taste and it mixes brilliantly with the rice. Pork ribs, oh my god, I can't believe of all the dishes, the easiest people pleaser won't make it to the top. Don't get me wrong, in any other scenario I'd have gone on and on about it, with that juiciness and spice but everything else is just so much sophisticated and enjoyable that I can't keep my chopsticks away from them. Honestly haven't felt this satisfied and well fed with my most beloved Chinese food for so long. There's one place I'd always think about whenever I think about Albuquerque, it's East Ocean

The owner is a very nice lady who seems very friendly personable with her customers. As customers walked in she remembered their food preferences , other customers here also seemed like regulars and were suggesting things on the menu. The owner was patient, friendly and stood there the whole time helping me choose and navigate the menu since it was my first time here. That by itself is worth an extra Star . I orders the combination plate and she allowed me to make some substitutions. I got general Taos chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and low mein with vegetables. There was also a soup that came for free I think it's egg drop soup with some crunchies. The general tsoas chicken had a good flavor, I asked them to make everything spicy and it had a nice kick. It was really crunchy which I like but I can see alot of people thinking that it has too much batter and not enough meat. Also pretty much everything was pretty greasy when I don't mind but it's not the usual Americanized Chinese food people from other big cities outside of Albuquerque are probably used to: The low mein with vegetables was probably my favorite part. I added spicy to it too and it was great. I can see why people keep coming here; it's a mom pop business where a real traditional Chinese owner takes your order and cooks for you and the food feels authentic. There's not many options in town for Chineese food that are decent and not chains. I would come back for the low mein and support the nice lady who owns this place.
