I ordered from Uber eats. Super fast delivery and quick preparation by the restaurant. Delivery fee was very low priced at $0.49. Amazing services from both the restaurant and Uber Eats. Great selection of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a really good gluten free selection, great for those like me with Celiac disease. There's also vegetarian options as well. Many meals fit most dietary needs/ preferences. Can be a bit high priced but great for when you're trying to meal prep for the week. Great meals to take to work for lunch. I stopped here before an appointment I had because I was kind of early. I heard they started making plant based options, so I thought I'd take a look. The store itself is clean and inviting. The person who was working there was super friendly and helpful. They definitely have a lot more vegetarian options than they used to have with about three different vegan options. I tried the veggie bibimbap and it was really flavorful. It was a little spicier than I usually eat, but not too bad. I would definitely eat it again. I have a friend who loves this place and was anxious to try it out myself. It is a great concept - healthy, fresh, portion appropriate meals that can be picked up and warmed/eaten at home. I recently sampled a couple of different salads and really enjoyed both. They were very generous with the protein. It seems that a good number of their options are between $8 to $10 each. If you are someone that eats out fairly regularly, this is going to be a win all around for you, not only due to price but more importantly health. For me, I don't eat out very often, enjoy cooking and could likely duplicate many of these meals at home for myself at a much cheaper price. I also think this is a wonderful option for singles or couples without kids. My friend who loves this service will pick up a couple of meals from here for her and her husband and then prepare something separate for her child. That really isn't something that I would do in our household, but I am sure it is a good option for parents who may want something a little healthier. I came in and picked up a citrus Asian salad and yogurt parfait and ran back to work to eat it. Unfortunately I had to come right back-- my salad was bad, even though us was dated "fresh by" two days from now. The lettuce was soggy and slimy. When I came back in to exchange it the person at the counter was very nice about it. BUT, the item I got instead was $1.25 cheaper than the salad I payed for and she didn't offer to throw in a drink or refund me the difference. It's just a buck 25 so I let it go... but I'm annoyed that I basically paid extra and spent an extra trip. read more

The food is alright for what it is, but it seems overpriced for what you are getting; especially since it's just microwaved meals. The portions are small and the three items I've tried so far have been pretty bland and left me feeling hungry afterwards. I did appreciate that they had low-carb options. Too often I'll find that a companies idea of "healthy" is low fat or low calories but packed to the brim with refined carbohydrates. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the food seemed fresh enough, so no complaints there. I've eaten here a few times now and am finally ready to leave a review. First off, employees here are always very nice and helpful. They always great you when you come in and offer to help. They are an excellent option for quick healthy food with good portions. My only grief is similar to what Stephanie B experienced.. Though I've never gotten a bad salad here the greens definitely don't seem quite as fresh as the "Fresh by" date would indicate. I just make sure to choose the freshest one when I pick out my food and haven't had any problems. I will continue to go here am a huge fan of this place. If you are used to eating out a lot, this could save you money, but as somebody who brown bags it, the idea of getting all my meals from here, is incredibly impractical. But seriously, if I won the lottery, I would be their number one customer. If you happen to be in the area and want something healthy to eat, this is a nice option. You don't have to buy a full week. Came in to this place because for one I am really awful at cooking at home and grocery shopping. I figured something along the lines of the precooked meals that you have to put into the microwave was something for me. A plus is that it is super healthy also. So off I went to check out this place. Keep in mind people that I am a picky eater. Walking in they have a wall that is sectioned out with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I grabbed about 7 (small) courses for lunch and dinner and walked up to the register. My total was around $45 which is totally awesome as I feel like I can't get all the ingredients at the store and usually spend more. I tired a few courses at home and will have to say the NOLA Dirty Rice is the most fantastic. Other dishes I felt lacked seasoning - but its nothing that I don't have in my cupboard. Just had my first experience at Eat Fit Go. I didn't know what to expect so I was extremely pleased to be greeted by a very friendly, helpful person. She took the time to explain the concept and show me the different options. Since I was looking for some protein because I had mixed greens at home and was looking for something to put on top of it, I opted for the Citrus Salmon. I am VERY particular about my salmon so when I say it was amazing, it truly was! I microwaved it for 45 seconds and put in on top of my mixed greens, cut up the asparagus that came with it and added some balsamic vinegar and Viola, a perfect, hearty, and healthy meal. It was really tasty, not salty, and so fresh! There is quite a selection from fish to beef, from chili to fried rice, from salads, to breakfasts. I definitely will be going back! I am on my second week for the Perfect Week. That means I am closing in on 10 full days of meals from Eat Fit Go. They just opened a new location in Chandler, AZ so I thought I would check it out and committed to five days of food. So after 10 straight days here is what I can tell you. For the most part the food is good if a little pricey. But hey I didn't shop it, chop it, or cook it so not really complaining about the price. It has made my daily routine easy as the food is just grab and go. I have also lost five pounds since I started which is nice. I order the small meals which is enough food for me. I am a 5'9 and only walk about a mile a day so light exercise. In terms of food here are some I like: All American Burrito Smart Chicken Pesto Smart Chicken Enchiladas Cranberry Almond Smart Chicken Salad Seasonal Berry Salad Harvest Tomato Soup Angry Bird Snack Tacos I didn't really care for their ground turkey which is super dry and has a weird texture. Let's be honest - the reason we go here is to get the FOOD! Wholeheartedly, I can say the food is DELICIOUS! These folks know what they're doing. The staff is extremely friendly. We weren't sure whether it was going to be worth the price, so we got a couple of the small size lunch/dinner entrees to try out before we bought the weekly. We were so impressed we both bought the weekly plan that day. There is no shortage of meat or substance in any of these meals. Liked the idea of takeout or fast food that was healthier than your usual fast food places. I purchased 3 meals and two protein bars. I tried the protein bar early this afternoon. Using dates for the sweetener, chocolate, and chopped nuts added, it was flavorful and superb. Well worth the 2.99. Just now, I had their Popeye's Spinach Dinner that included fresh spinach leaves, sliced carrots, onion slices and several slices of tenderloin and a sauce (added after heating) that I think was balsamic. It was fresh, high quality, and delicious. You can cut their tenderloin with a fork. I paid less than $9.00 for the meal. I can't wait to try the breakfast meal and the fajita bowl later this week. And I have a second protein bar, coffee and chocolate flavored. Lucky me! I will definitely go back. Highly recommended. read more

Tried Eat-Fit-Go. This will definitely be a "do-over," meaning I will be back. Inyried the salmon with asparagus. It was very tasty and clearly healthy. I heated it but could have had a nice cool summer "salad" instead. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Upon walking into the store customers are greater and provided an explanation of the food options, how the food is made, etc. What wasn't quite clear is how to eat in the store. There were plenty of tables so I assume the staff would heat up the meal if I had chosen to sit and eat and ponder all the wonderful options. read more

Good for what it is, healthy food on the go. However, they've lost my business. I had accumulated between $25-$30 in rewards and when I went to use them they said my account wasn't activated. Which isn't true because I get emails after my purchases stating my account reward balance. They can't trouble shoot at the retail location so they gave me technical supports email. This place was mentioned to me by a friend, so I went in. I was a little distrustful, as the entire world seems to have gone crazy for fresh and or prepared food. I picked the steak and potato dinner because it looked delicious! It was! I just ate the fajita bowl and it was very good too. I have noticed that even though I have a high powered microwave, the suggested time for heating is not quite long enough. The food does seem to contain a lot of rice, pasta and potatoes, all things which I am supposed to cut way down on. I plan on patronizing this location in Overland Park Kansas on at least every two weeks for a couple of meals. On a more grim note, I just tried several attempts to go to their web site, and was frustrated by a glaring pop up. The pop up wanted my info to bombard me with info that I don't want to see in. my e mail. There was no way to escape, so I had to leave the site. What is healthy? No mention of locally sourced, organic or non-GMO. Apparently "low in sugar, sodium and calories" are their only qualifications for a "healthy" meal. Unfortunately, the overwhelming presence of rice and pasta on the menu probably make these meals very high in carbohydrates. Research how long it takes to burn off those carbs and you might think twice about how "healthy" it is. Really, these are simple meals that can be prepared at home for a fraction of the cost. The ingredients do not appear to be anything out of the ordinary and the prices are pretty steep for "fast food." Most fast food restaurants have options such as grilled chicken salad in the $5.00 - $7.00 range. At this restaurant, the least expensive meal is $7.50 for a "small" portion. Given the relatively high prices, it's easy to see why they chose locations in more upscale areas. If you are in a hurry, have plenty of disposable income and are not concerned about organic or GMO ingredients, this may the place for you. read more
