The "Big" Lebiscuit Sandwich, as you can see the biscuit was already separating a bit.

With nothing else open at the Brushy Creek Food Park I decided to try the Big LeBiscuit sandwich. This sandwich included 2 eggs, cheese, and your choice of 2 proteins (bacon, ham or sausage) all held together by a biscuit. I opted for the bacon and sausage which was a win in my book as the bacon was so tasty and crispy and the sausage was quite flavorful, the egg was also nice and thick. Speaking of, this sandwich is quite substantial which was great since I was hungry! I just wished the biscuit held together a bit better and maybe next time I will ask for a side of salsa or jam or gravy, something to really help tie this all together!

The dude...brisket, cheese, egg, and creamed beef on a biscuit.

Delicious and filling! Lots of brisket on the sandwich. Friendly quick service with the food delivered to your table. Outdoor seating with comfortable chairs. The menu offers several different items. I ordered the Dude! I enjoyed it and hope you will too!

Great fast service and delicious food! Their bacon is top notch!!! Even transported home, the runny egg still runneth. cant wait to come back!

This has been on my list to try for some time so I friend and I stopped here on our way to shop. We showed up pretty close to closing so they were out of some things. I wanted a Big LeBiscuit but there was some issue with their kitchen so I ended up getting the burrito. My friend got the Ivana Biscuit. My burrito was a good size but it was just ok. I only ate half. She said hers was ok as well. I want to give this place another shot and try something else. But my first try was just meh.

I found this place on DoorDash. I know they're called Eat My Biscuits, but the biscuits aren't all that wonderful. They're ok. Very dense and very much filled with butter, but the flavor is just ok. I tried the biscuits with jam and the ones with gravy, but the star was the breakfast taco! The bacon, egg, and cheese taco was excellent! If they had salsa, it would've been 5 stars.

    Cancelled order.

Great food, but you should NOT order online. We've ordered about four times from Eat My Biscuits, three out of the four times they will cancel your online order through Favor or DoorDash.

So so good! Cute area with are 4-5 food trucks. They have a covered area and lots of picnic tables. It wasn't too busy when we arrived but it picked up a lot. The portions are HUGE and the food was delicious. They serve lunch items as well. Can't wait to try the wings

We had a great breakfast experience at Eat My Biscuits the other weekend. Located off of Highway 29 at the entrance of the South Fork food trucks, this spot offers up delicious biscuits with gravy as well as several other breakfast options. I loved being able to get a tasty hot breakfast without driving all the way in to town. The biscuits were fluffy and went perfectly with the sausage gravy and chives. We'll absolutely be back to try out the lunch menu and other offerings. A number of other food trucks have come and gone from this location. I really hope Eat My Biscuits stays for a while as it's a great addition to this area of Georgetown. I do wish they had more drink options like juice for kids but other than that this is a great place to stop for breakfast.

I ate their biscuits and I was not disappointed. As a father's day treat we stopped by the new breakfast truck at South Fork. I had a single biscuit and with gravy. We also got biscuits with jelly and a strawberry shortcake made with the biscuits. All the food came out hot and tasty. No complaints about what we got. Some minor complaints and suggestions - the coffee came out black with no sugar or creamer and I wasn't asked, had to go back up and ask. Drinks were somewhat limited, there should be some juice for kids (along with maybe a fruit cup or yogurt or something - kid's options were a bit limited). Lastly, we were eating there, yet the food came out in styrofoam containers. Seems like a more environmentally friendly container could be used if eating there. Overall a great new truck - much better for breakfast than the coffee truck that inhabited the spot before.

Great environment, friendly service, delicious breakfast sandwiches. And they have a dog mascot named Henry!

This is such an unusual time in the history of the United…read moreStates and the world for that matter, that I feel compelled to review the ordering experience, the pick up or delivery experience, and of course the taste of the food!! With many restaurants closed all together and equally as many open for curbside pick up or delivery it's a unique experience for any of us who are able to try to support local small business owners during the pandemic. I have been craving Mexican food. I enjoy making my own periodically but considering it's just the two of us it just doesn't seem worthwhile to make a big batch of anything even if it can be frozen. I have been reading about Andrea's Eats Food Truck for a couple of weeks now in the Yelp publication on restaurants that are operating at this time. I decided this week will be the week that we order from them. I was rather late making that decision as the delivery is tomorrow so I was not sure of the process or if I could even place an order for this week but Andrea to the rescue! I texted and received a response within minutes! That was the first good sign! Andrea was kind enough to explain the process and willingly took my last minute order for the green chicken enchiladas, the queso, and some of her homemade salsa. (BTW-she offers varying sizes from 1/3 of a pan to a whole pan depending on your need which is really nice for larger or smaller families!!!!) Andrea also makes fresh juices, the kind you would order and grab from a juice bar. Quite often they are a combination of fruits and vegetables and she blends them together using her commercial blender right in her truck! Can't wait to try one of those!! I asked Andrea how payment works and she accep PayPal and Venmo. She will also consider invoicing for large catering orders. So that is my first Impression and I will update this review after I pick up my order and we enjoy it for dinner tomorrow night. Can't wait!! ********************************************************************************************************** So-This is the follow up on the delivery and pick up process and gets right to the point of it all, the eating! This was Mexican food at its finest the green chicken enchiladas were delicious, a fresh tomatillo sauce, shredded chicken, white cheese. The enchiladas were not made with double tortillas so the flavor really came through. The sides of rice and beans were also teaming with flavor. The rice was so nice and moist and flavored with tomato and chili/cumino. (I am just guessing on the spices.) I can tell you that the pinto beans although flavorful did not appear to have any added fat-which made them not only delicious but healthy as well. Often Mexican food is too spicy but my husband enjoyed this as well ! If you wanted to increase the heat you could always throw some fresh or jarred jalapeños on your plate. The queso was cheesy smooth deliciousness and Andrea's salsa is homemade and sealed in jars with her label on the front. I ate my queso with chips but my husband poured his over his green chicken enchiladas and claimed it a huge success! We got the 1/3 pan since there are only two of us which is supposed to feed 2 to 3 people. It fed both of us very well and we had enough leftovers for another full dinner so you definitely get your moneys worth. I can't wait to try it again and I will be watching their Facebook page and their website for all the updates on the weeks offerings!!!

Amazing tasting food. Everything tasted fresh. Andrea gave us got great customer service.read more

Just lovely, perfectly seasoned meat. We also order egg and bacon and egg and potato. Always consistent, fresh and fast. Keep this food truck in business! Order from them! Instead at Taco Mana I suggest the Al pastor, carne asada, or others. My favorite so far has been an al pastor tostada, loaded with fresh toppings and a great portion of meat. Next favorite is the torta, served on a nice and soft bolillo roll, then a tie between the gordita and tacos. I see a lot of people getting their ceviche and it looks fantastic, so that's next on my list of things to try. Also, the people running it couldn't be more nice.
