We had a great experience here overall. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it can get pretty busy. My biggest tip to beat the wait is to join the line on their website. Once we were inside, they offered us coffees right away and we got our food and drinks pretty quickly after that. One thing I appreciate about first watch is that the food always comes out quickly. Ambiance was cool. It's noisy but you can still hear the person you are talking to. So me, my sister and our friend went to eat breakfast to celebrate our friends birthday. The only bad thing about this visit was that dirty ass plate you see in the picture which we did not see until it was time to go, when we were organizing our table for our server. They were super busy at noon on Sunday. It's great to use the app and get on the wait list before you get there. Staff were handling the crowd well. The server we had today was one of the very best I've had when going to first watch. She took care of our every need. There was a lot of people but the noise level was not bad at all. Every time I come here something is wrong, not available or misrepresented. I decided for my birthday to give them another chance since they offered me a buy one get one free. We ordered an eggs florentine for my wife and the waffle for me. It is all by itself on the menu as an option. I got the real maple syrup as that is what I like. I showed the offer to the waitress and she came back and said that I have to order two entrees to get the deal. I could not pay for the $15 flore tine and get the 12 dollar waffle free, I had to order something else. So I got the avocado toast for $15 and now I can have one of the entrees free. Not getting the waffle on my birthday just confirms that first watch is not for me. Seriously. Last time they did not have what they advertised, they always have something that disappoints. The food here is so good and it is very family friendly and the service is fast and friendly. They have outdoor seating and you can make reservations online ahead of time. The breakfast menu is amazing and they squeeze all of their own juices fresh every day. This is an awesome brunch spot And I love how at breakfast they will leave a pot of coffee and a jar of water so you can do your own refills. Out of all the locations I've visited so far, this one was by far the lowest ranking! We only waited about 30 min initially. But then they tried to put our 5 top at a 4 top table. Which obviously wasn't mathing. So we ended up waiting another 12 minutes just standing in the middle of the crowd. Once seated, our waitress was nice and got all of our orders. However they brought us a Purple Haze without the purple and she tried to argue that it was correct and I was wrong. I pulled up the First Watch website to show her and she told me I was still wrong. Kinda weird and awkward. But after about 20 minutes, she ended up bringing me the correct one. Our food was great. Overall they did mess up and bring us too much food. Not sure if there was an issue or whatever but we ended up just paying and eating for it. This location was a bit off. I wasn't a fan of this one. Great crowd, bar was busy and the restaurant the same. Kenny was out server and he was friendly with a great smile! Haven't been to this location in a while. Surprised at very few customers in the restaurant. We often have waited in the past. Ordered the Million Dollar Bacon which was served ahead of the rest of our breakfast. It was barely warm. Server never came back until we were almost finished with our meals so didn't address it. Very noticeable that the plates were smaller so it looked like equivalent amount of food when actually is less. Person who delivered the breakfast spilled the fruit cup on me but at least offered a fresh one. The Chickenchanga was tasty but had very little chicken and noticeably a tortilla versus more of an egg crepe previously. The salmon Benedict was good and eggs were poached soft as ordered. Normally have to send them back. The specialty drink was tasty but a bit sweeter than expected. Coffee is always good. Won't make a point of choosing this location. I usually love coming to first watch, but this visit definitely disappointed me. I went with my partner and I ordered the Purple Haze from their juice bar and it was the BEST mixed juice I've had in so long. I could've ordered 10 more. My partner had the apple juice and thought it was good too, came out cold and tasted pretty standard. Where I got dissatisfied was my food. I made our waitress aware I have a tomato allergy and she made a note of it, which I appreciated. I ordered the Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata. After a pretty long wait, at least 20 minutes, the food finally came. Note that our waitress did stop by multiple times apologizing about the wait. It was obviously a very busy time for the staff. My entree came with a huge slice of tomato on top. Another waitress delivered it, so I know she didn't know about my allergy. I told her and she apologized and took it back. After waiting another 20 minutes, our waitress said it's almost out. The kitchen messed up again, and didn't make it without the tomato. For the third time, my partner was already done eating and I was never even given my side of greens that come with the entree. I asked for my side and they were given within 10 minutes. After another 15 minutes, my entree finally came without tomato. The taste was average and thought there could've been more seasoning. It felt very bland and not worth the consistent mess ups. Would not be ordering that dish again, and would've loved a better explanation as to why my order was failed multiple times. If you have an allergy, be cautious here. Other than that, I would still recommend to friends just given a warning to those allergic or sensitive to certain foods. As for the ambiance, it was positive.
