I expected to see a vacant lot when I drove by this time. I was pleasantly surprised to drive by and see that someone had been working on it and seemed to be doing a good job. Inside was clean, updated and welcoming. I was there a breakfast time and hungry, so I tried more items than I usually would and loved them all. So often I leave a typical breakfast place a little underwhelmed. Usually it's Ok but one thing or another is bleah, like cheap bread, or pre-cooked bacon, or similar. I did not see any of that here. Everything was first rate. I am anxious to return to try more of their offerings. I would have a hard time finding any but trivial negative issues. The front counter is cluttered with bad drink choices and crap that detracts from a great sign, but that's no worse than usual.

I order this everywhere and there's usually some onions or tomatoes and lime juice mixed in. This was just old avocados. The server came by to check and I told her it was bad and to take it away.
