On Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at approximately 7:00 a.m., I visited the McKeesport Eat'n Park with my nonverbal autistic daughter. While waiting for the doors to open, an employee named Colleen unlocked the entrance. As I was holding my daughter's hand, she unexpectedly reached out and briefly grabbed Colleen's hair. I immediately stopped her, sincerely apologized, and had my daughter apologize in her own nonverbal way. Instead of showing understanding, Colleen asked if we were staying. When I said yes, she responded in a harsh tone, "Well, control her!" I explained that I had already apologized and that my daughter is nonverbal and autistic. Colleen then took the menus and walked away. The manager witnessed the entire interaction. When I expressed my concern, he replied, "She didn't say she wasn't going to serve you," and walked away. He never apologized, offered another server, or made any effort to resolve the situation. My daughter and I left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. This experience left me with the impression that the staff were not adequately trained to interact with or accommodate children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I hope Eat'n Park provides disability-awareness training so that all families are treated with patience, dignity, and respect. read more

We ordered delivery from this location for the first time and I was very impressed. We were all sick so we got lots of soft foods and soup... I was pleasently surprised to see how well everything was packaged and labeled. Our food was delicious as usual but I was really impressed with the care given to a delivery order. read more

As a life long patron of Eat-N-Park, i have paid for the last meal ever from what was a decent restaurant. i ordered 3 kids meals on-line for pick-up at the drive thru: 1. Kids Super Burger with carrots and a side salad. This order had microwaved carrots in the same container as the Jr SB. so yes, the SB was wet. There wasn't a side salad either. 2. Kids 3 piece Tenders with two sides: Baked Potato and a side salad. There was a side salad. No baked Potato. 3. Kids 2 Piece Tenders and one side. 1 of the tenders was a broken piece with the breading gone and chicken visible, and broccoli. The wet broccoli was with the 1.5 tenders. The kids meals should have had a smiley cookie; the quality of these iconic is remarkably absent; they are flavorless, but kids like them. Online, it says the driver gets on. I received 2/4 cookies. Due to the shopping bag feeling light, I pulled forward and parked. i untied the bag and started looking at things and immediately noticed the 1/2 a tender and a missing salad. After I backed up to the window, I started to look at everything and much to my dismay, every meal had a mistake. I had already told the young lady about the salad and potato, when I saw the wet Jr SB sitting in wet, microwaved carrot water. Then I opened the 2 piece tenders to see 1.5 tenders. I showed the young lady the piece and told her about the wet SB. Enter Donald the "manager" and when I said: There is one half tender. He told me that it is a "kid's size", which having purchased them a hundred times in my life, it is not the case. I told him that is not true. I tried to tell, and show him the wet SB when he had the audacity to cop an attitude with me an and told me to stop harassing his employee. At this point I opened my credit card app. and saw the charge already went through so I could not cancel the order. I was not happy about this experience. Donald the manager was going to hand me the burnt baked potato and salad when I said I actually want to cancel the order but it already went through. He reluctantly gave me the two items and I gave the young girl the 0.5 tender for Donald and I left. It get's worse. i called to get his name to register a complaint with EnP corporate. A female answered the phone and gave me Donald's name, I asked for his job title and if there was another manager there. The line was disconnected. i called corporate and left a detailed message with their answering services. On to the meals: the microwaved carrots were spongy, the super burger was wet; the salads had a layer of crouton crumbs covering some old, blackened, slimy, lettuce; the baked potato was burnt; and the chicken tenders were 4/5; 2/4 smiley cookies. Corporate Eat n Park has yet to respond. i cannot challenge the charges because it is food. I actually tipped the servers over 20%, I do not want a gift card covering the charges. They will never receive another penny from me. I bought pizza for the kids so they had a meal. Thanks, Donald, I will never order again from your Eat n Park or any Eat n Park. read more

Was a very good meal and would definitely recommend it. Our waitress was awesome, very bubbly and friendly. It was morning/ afternoon and it was a little busy but peaceful. Loved the light from all the windows and was a clean environment. Will definitely go back again to that one. read more

i've seen a lot of people giving this place a bad review because of the service, but i want to shed some light on that. this place has the most friendly and hardworking people ever. they are severely under staffed and only had one cook working a sunday afternoon during a brunch rush. the place was packed and the cook was still getting stuff out in a timely manner! yes we had to wait a little, but it's not their fault theyre under staffed!! the servers seriously work so hard and we're so lovely! there's a difference between a place that is slow getting customers things because they don't care and a place that just genuinely doesn't have enough people. this place genuinely cares about their customers and does their best to provide the best service they can! obviously if you're on a time crunch maybe don't come here, but if you want a good meal and to talk with some seriously awesome people give this place a go! be kind to your servers :) read more

My wife placed an online order and I went to pick it up. Upon arrival after standing at the register for almost 10 minutes past the pickup time I was greeted by the shift supervisor,Donald asking for the order name only to be informed at that point that the chicken dinner we ordered was not going to be fulfilled...no option was offered to make a substitute dinner, no phone call was made to inform us that they did not have the capability to fulfill the order. I called my wife while in the restaurant to inform her as this was her dinner and advised her to call the store. There was only 1 table seated and at least 2 other employees working aside from the supervisor. The store phone kept ringing without acknowledgment. Donald brought out a bag and set it on the counter with our partially fulfilled order , phone still ringing. I asked him to answer the phone knowing that it was my wife calling to speak to him. After their conversation which he hung up on her he asked me to leave the restaurant, took my bag of food off the counter with him. -sigh- I really did not want to give this Eat n Park a low rating since it has been a place I have frequented so often growing up. However, my many past visits over the year just have not lived up to what they used to be. Most recently, I ordered online and picked up at the window. I ordered the kids meals to-go, chicken planks and spaghetti, and myself cheesesticks. The online ordering and pickup was fine and went smoothly. It was when we got home and opened our order that everything started downhill. The fries in the kids meal were ice cold and soggy. I know its hard to keep fries crispy when they are to-go, but they were ice cold. We had arrived promptly at our pick up time, and while we had to wait in line, it only took a short time. We live less than 10 minutes from this location, plus I had the heat on the whole way home, so I feel there was not a reasoning for them to be so cold. The other let down was the spaghetti. My daughter took a bite and complained it tasted strange. I tried a bite and not only did the noodles taste old and chewy, the sauce was far from fresh. The smell was off also. We order spaghetti every single time so I'm sure this time was not up to par. I ended up throwing it away along with the fries. This wasn't our only upset over the past year or so. We have visited many times for the salad bar and were greeted with soggy, brown lettuce and old looking veggies. As for the breakfast bar too. Which on our most recent visit eating inside before the covid shutdown, we had ordered the breakfast buffet. When we went to get our food it was half empty. We noticed after about 15 minutes Noone was restocking the buffet so we asked the waitress. She said they were closing ot soon so they would not be refilling it. It was a big letdown as now we were paying for the buffet for 4 people and not even able to eat it. She had offered to put us in an order for what we wanted that was missing, but we would have to pay additionally for the items ala carte. I felt we should of been warned before ordering that it was about to be closed. That was the last time we visited for a while before trying the drive thru. Also to note, there has been so many dirty plates stacked in the clean dish dispenser each time we visited. I hate to say this may be my last time coming back. It kills me to think how much this Eat n Park has went downhill. This location holds so much nostalgia from all the times my grandparents would pick me up for lunch and bring me here as a child. Poor service, even the manager(who cashed me out) didn't ask "how was the meal". Burger was served with a soggy bun, asking for special items (tomato and mustard )was no where to be seen. The table didn't have any ketchup and took the waitress 5 mins and asking twice if I needed anything.
