Ordering at kiosk was easy. We got two orders of brisket ramen, it was rich, plenty of meat and noodles. My son got the smoked salmon noodles ( not soup), big portion of salmon and tasty. One plain broth and noodles ( only $6)for my youngest and added topping from all the other dishes. I also got mango lemonade with mango popping boba which had generous amount of boba. Food was fresh and good. Also inside they have freehot green or black tea. You do have to bus your own table but then not paying for someone else to do it. Overall good. Came here for lunch and was recommended by a client. We stopped in and only a few other families were in for lunch. Pretty quiet inside and laid back environment. To order you go up and order off the kiosks they have in the window. If you can't get your card to swipe then try it backwards - it worked for us then. I ordered the brisket ramen as I've never seen that before and was curious on what it was. It didn't take too long for us to get our ramens. Overall it had some good flavor, but I probably wouldn't order it again. They do give you a hefty serving of brisket so there was a lot leftover. Eggs were cooked well and noodles were alright. Sauce was tasty but nothing to rave about. I wouldn't complain if this was the only ramen/noodle spot in the area, however, I'm surrounded my ramen places back in San Diego so I didn't think too fondly of this. Wife and I went to this place on the way to the beach, she had a noodle bowl that had a ton of veggies but not a lot of flavor. I had the sushi burrito which I've had at other places here in Springfield and this one was quite a bit smaller than I was used to. We also had an order of chicken gyoza that had a nice fresh bright sauce and good flavor. Overall it was pretty decent, would probably come back but might try other places in town before. First of all, the staff, led by Anthony Velarde, is wonderful--friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The food can get pretty spicy, but they always have options for those who prefer a milder bite. The noodles are great, but for the past few years I've especially enjoyed the Albacore Sushi Burrito with Asparagus Fries. I find myself coming back for it on a weekly basis--it's that good. I come here often and normally stick to the beef brisket rice bowl, or the spicy pork shoulder ramen and it is bomb!! This restaurant is an exclusively drive-thru spot. No I'm-person dining. They use to do in-person dining but post pandemic they switched strategies and only cater to Drive thru to go orders. Once you place your order they ask you to pull into their parking lot. Once your order is ready they walk it to your car. We ordered the portobello mushroom rice bowl, smoked salmon noodles and the brisket noodles. I mist say we were very very disappointed. We've never had a bad meal but this time something went wrong. My brisket was unseasoned thrown in a cup full of broth with noodles and some green onions. That's it. No flavor punch. The asparagus fries were over battered, cold and not well seasoned. The smoked salmon was good but it was filled with raw veggies and very little broth at all. I wonder is there a new Cook. We'll be taking a pass the next time we come down. read more

My favorite restaurant in Florence. My favorite is the Brisket Yakisoba with extra mushrooms. I get it without the extra spices since I like my food mild. Very yummy. The service is fast also. There is a free tea and water station on a table to the right. Ambiance is average but the food makes more than up for it, so I won't take any points away. read more

This place has plenty of parking, a great atmosphere, nice seating, friendly staff, and good prices. The gluten free options are plentiful and the portions are decent. It was good enough we'll go back but I got a little hung up on corn in a noodle dish that should not have corn in it. The flavor was lacking for us, not bad per se but honestly bland. Great for a mild palate. I'd suggest asking for extra limes and using plenty of sauce to spruce it up if you need a higher flavor profile. This sounds petty but while the presentation was aesthetically on point, the wide bowls with the weird lip are awful to eat out of with chopsticks, which is what this sort of dish should be eaten with, especially all the corn that seems to find it's way to collect on the bottom. I very much enjoyed the sushi burrito, you'll want to keep the paper on the bottom of the halves like a wee diaper as you eat it. The sauce is a must. The added fee for using the kiosk to order when given no other option, and having to bus our own table after receiving no further service beyond food being set on our table left us feeling no guilt about not adding a tip. I honestly don't mind it, I like being left alone to enjoy my food and I'm perfectly happy to pick up after myself. The bathrooms are super clean, the music was nice and there's a set up for live music so that would be fun to check out. read more

It's probably fine for Florence and "Asian" food. We got the Albacore Tuna Fresh & Tasty Bowl, Soy Chicken Sesame Yakisoba, and. Chicken Shoyu Ramen to go. The bowl was probably the best dish because it wasn't actually any Asian fusion, it was just delicious granola white people bowl food--superb lentils, amazing amount of vegetables, and perfectly seared tuna. The sesame yakisoba was fine, though we did ask for the spice on the side and they did not provide it on the side; other than that, flavor was fine. It was missing the usual char and yakisoba sauce I was expecting, and the noodles had no chew or flavor. The ramen was incredibly disappointing. Our order was to go but they put the noodles IN the soup?? Literally any Asian place knows to provide two separate to go containers so your noodles don't get soggy... but alas. My noodles were indeed soggy. And my egg was hard boiled. My disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined. Overall, don't come expecting anything Asian. I don't think they even use soy sauce, let alone a real mushroom dashi for their ramen. Come expecting good white people food with generous portions of protein, don't eat their noodles, and definitely don't take their soups to go. read more

Due to positive reviews, I've been trying to go here for months. It seems like every day that I'm available, they are closed. The reviews seemed great so I thought I'd check it out. I got the yakisoba and it was not good. The chicken was fatty and over powered with garlic. The noodles did not seem fresh or homemade just store bought ramen. Their cabbage in the dish was so overcooked It was disgusting and the kale was so undercooked and over sized It was like chewing rug. Not good and certainly not worth $14 fo sho. Pleasantly surprised... We tried this place at the beginning of the pandemic when it was drive through only, and were disappointed, but we decided to give it another try and our experience this time was 180 degrees opposite. The food was fresh and delicious. We are looking forward to trying other dishes. My only complaint was that it is cold and dark inside - hard for old eyes to see the menu and I would prefer some warmth on a rainy cold day.
