EAVA Drains I still consider is s great plumbing company. I had the opportunity to speak to Abel the owner and Eilbert one of their technicians for a free estimate this month. Janelle their office msnager is very personable to me snd also a very caring person. But the reason I didn't call their plumbing company is because I started out with this other plumbing company the first time which is MasterCraft Plumbers and this company did a great job for me. I don't like to jump around to another contractor I want to stay loyal with one plumbing company. EAVA Drains there is a slight difference in their prices on the Kitchen Sink Faucet Replacement Service. Abel told me he usually charges the $275.00 to replace this Kitchen Sink Faucet Replacement Service not the $250.00 that Brison from this original Plumbing Company I was doing business with the first time. It's the slight difference in Abel's pricing policy that also changed my opinion. My final decision was made on these factors. MasterCraft Plumbers prices are $25.00 less expensive than EAVA Drains Prices that was quoted to me by Abel the owner for $275.00. I am in a really tight budget with my income currently, if I hired EAVA Drains I will be charged more money for doing the same job at MasterCraft Plumbers. The second thing is I hired this plumbing company first and their plumbing technicians Dillon and Chandler did a great job for me on another project. So I want to stay loyal to them. Otherwise, if I didn't hire this other plumbing company first, I would hire EAVA Drains because their prices are not as high as other plumbing companies. read more

We used EAVA drains for a tankless water heater flush and while doing this job Abel discovered we had a leak. Abel was very professional throughout the entire job. He provided us with options and honest information about what he recommends based on our particular heater. Their customer service was excellent including Janelle who helped schedule appointments & communicate throughout. Ultimately Abel ended up coming to replace the faulty heat exchanger after hours to get us hot water again ASAP which we greatly appreciated. He also shared with us how often the manufacturer recommends we get flushes done for heater longevity. We definitely plan to use them for future plumbing needs. read more

I have my new go-to plumbers! I had brown water in my house (yuck) and the plumbers I contacted all told me I needed a new water heater. EAVA sent out Elbert, who was super friendly and knowledgeable, and even though he was supposed to give me a quote on a new water heater, he told me I might only need the system to be flushed! Sure enough, he flushed the entire system for a long time and cleaned it out and cleared my home water lines as well, and I have crystal clear water lines again. I only paid $162 instead of $4,000! He also told me of some things I needed to fix from a water heater code upgrade perspective, but told me to just wait until I have to get a new unit. He was all about spending my money wisely, and was honest as the day is long. I cannot express how impressed I was with EAVA Drains. The communication (texts) were friendly, professional, and timely. Elbert, the technician who service our clogged kitchen sink, was extremely friendly and ultra-professional. He explained the process with the augur/snake (75'). The project was fast, and the fee was very reasonable. We were fortunate to have had a technician available "same day," and it was awesome to have our sink back! After the main project was complete, Elbert took a look around afterward at some other projects I had mentioned. EAVA drains were so helpful in replacing an old hose spigot that had been welded on and dripping. The technician resolved the problem and was able to answer all my questions. EAVA also helped fix a separate hot water problem, though there were some delays in the process they were good at communicating through the plan changes and updates and were quick to get the right parts and resolve the problem. read more

I had flushed my parents' water heater and now the pressure relief valve was leaking and the shower pressure was off. I found EAVA on a Wednesday night at 8. I called and a polite lady schedule my appointment for the next day with a 9 to 11 window. Showed up right at 9. Super polite. Covered his shoes with shoecovers. Our shower broke (the handle wouldn't turn the water off) and I had to shut the main water valve off. EAVA recognized the emergency and showed up that day to take a look. Abel was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped diagnose the issue quickly, explaining everything along the way. He ended up having to drill out the old handle to replace the cartridge. The new cartridge ended up having a manufacturing defect which caused the shower head to drip, but Abel came back the very next day to install a new one and get things functioning properly. He even helped increase pressure out of the shower head, which we've had issues with since we moved in. He was also happy to check a few drainage issues around the house and make recommendations. I'm very happy we found EAVA Drains. We needed to hydro jet out a blockage in our older cast iron sewer pipes and a large plumbing company quoted out a ridiculous high price to complete this. So we looked around and our neighbors on nextdoor spoke highly of EAVA so I gave them a call to get another estimate. EAVA came in at almost half the cost and they had instant availability to do it so I gave them the go ahead. Very glad I did. They took care of it very cleanly and professionally and allowed me to hover around and watch everything and ask questions. At the end he showed me the camera of my newly cleaned sewer pipes and checked it all the way down my 200 foot driveway. On the way he even blasted out a small root intrusion that wasn't detected by the other company. I can't say enough good things about EAVA. They will be my go to plumbers from now on. read more

These guys did a great job and were very professional and friendly. Had a very badly clogged pipe causing the kitchen sink to back up. Called a different company who came out and was unable to clear the clog using their snake, they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to have the drain hydrojetted. I told them I was getting a second opinion. EAVA came out and was able to clear the clog using the snake, still recommended the hydrojet and wanted to charge a much more reasonable price than the first company. They also were not pushy or trying to pressure me. I had the drain jetted even though they fixed it with the snake and they showed me the pipe on a camera which was still heavily caked with fat build up over the years. Afterwards, it was totally clean. Highly recommend this company, very straightforward and they don't price gouge. read more
