Aaron is my go-to plumber. He has helped with a few of our family homes and rental properties including a re-pipe from home to street (yikes!) which involved cutting the driveway and laying a new sewer drain to connect to the city. He's also helped with a simple white PVC pipe break in a front yard and finding/fixing a water leak in a shower that was flooding. He's done the snake drain on old 1960's cast iron pipe with care to make sure it doesn't break into a worse problem. Aaron is a house saver! After our 3rd water leak in 3 years of owning our home, we had to get our house re-piped due to having the old quest piping. We had 4 plumbers give quotes and Aaron won based on length of time to get the job done. He said 2 days to completely replace all pipes and the others said 5-7 days. His price was similar to one of the quotes where the other two wanted twice as much for the exact same material! Aaron kept his word and at the end of two days, they were done! He and his crew pushed hard, working from 7:30 to 7-8 at night. They isolated our living room and bedrooms to keep the dust down since we stayed in the house, cut easy to fix drywall holes for our drywall guy and cleaned up well. The pipe runs made sense and actually seems to have sped up our hot water delivery to the furthest water fixtures. They did an amazing job. Aaron from Elite Plumbing and Drains left another worksite to come help me figure out where my emergency leak under a slab was coming from. I called 15 "emergency" plumbers and didn't get a response. He secured the water and continued his search with leak detection equipment. He brought a partner the next day and thoroughly searched. He attempted to create the best scenario possible for my fix, but ended up having to dig a hole in my bathroom to reach pipes that were buried under my tub. 12 hours of work later they finished the job and I had water service again. He gave me a quote in the morning and stuck to it even after realizing the job would take longer than they thought. They they protected surrounding areas from debris and left the house surprisingly clean. The painters tape used to secure plastic protection took some paint off my wall. There's no way they could have known that. Aaron took $50 off my total for my trouble. I highly recommend Aaron, his partner and Elite Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I scheduled an appointment online, which was confirmed. I scheduled my work day and having my sister who was in town around the two hour window scheduled. Shortly before the 3pm hour when was the end of the two hour window I received a call from dispatch that they were running late and would be there around 4pm. It still worked because it was a shower clog, 4pm, 5pm, I called the dispatch number that called me, no answer, I called the scheduling number and was told the appointment was between 4-6pm and my sister was arriving at 6pm, let alone I waited over 4 hours and ruined my work day to try and deal with this issue. I was offered the $79 special which I thought due to being offered online that was what I was paying...really 4 hours of my time was worth what? I would assume they have more than one truck that could have come out!!!! a company who is too big or too little to respect their clientele does not get my business and I hope nobody else's!!! read more

Guys are pros! Lots of necessary equipment to tackle any problem. In our case it turns out a previous "plumber" broke his snake 30' deep in our kitchen pipes and left without saying anything.
