They are really nice about the waitlist tho, as long as your name is on the list they will seat you even if it's past ten. The service was pretty much nonexistent. They brought out our food & check and that was about the only time we were paid attention to even when we were constantly looking around for someone to help us. They did comp one item because the food took so long which was really nice (well past last call & to the point where the workers were cleaning up and chit chatting with one another). Not long after, our server informed us they were doing a "last call for food" because it was slow. What made it even more uncomfortable was that after we received our food, several staff members sat at a table by the kitchen, clearly waiting for us to finish eating so they could close and leave. It made us feel rushed and awkward, which completely ruined the experience - especially since we were meeting up with a friend we hadn't seen in years and were hoping to spend a relaxed evening catching up. By cutting the kitchen early and making guests feel like they're inconveniencing the staff, it not only takes away from the customer experience, but also costs the restaurant potential sales and a higher tip for the server.
