I felt free to look around and enjoy the great artwork. Plus, this is by far the most organized shop I've seen in the bay area. In literally 5 minutes, I felt like I knew EXACTLY where everything was. That made the experience so much easier (although I don't mind hunting through bargain bins every now and then). I was in Morgan Hill to meet up with some friends recently.  I was early to the event, so I had…read moretime to check out BookSmart before they closed on a Saturday.  Nestled in a busy shopping center, there's plenty of parking in the lot (even though it was a busy weekend afternoon/evening).   While the store isn't the largest, there are plenty of books adorning the walls and lining the shelves in the middle aisles.  There are plenty of the normal best sellers available, but also plenty of treasured finds.  Though I only spent 20 minutes in browsing the stacks, I stumbled upon an independently published sports book as well as 2 childrens books I haven't found elsewhere, all of which will make great holiday gifts.   Coincidentally, the day I visited was also BookSmart's 30th anniversary party!  They had complimentary glasses of champaign as well as a photo booth for their regular customers (both of which I politely declined).  It's great to see an independent bookstore thriving in this community.  The next time I'm in the area, I will stop by and take more time to check out the inventory!

She never called anyone for backup even, like first thing you should do when there's a bunch of people in line. Then she didn't enter my phone number right for the rewards, and said I didn't have one. I know I do lol, I get emails and am logged into it in the app. So she tried email but typed that incorrectly too. Nope, you don't have an acct sir. OK here let me as the customer get out my phone, open the app, find my rewards section, and pull up the literal barcode for her to scan. Oh gee you do have one! Wow! Then she put some of my products into the tiniest bag possible and said some of them didn't fit and just stacked them to the side. I went oh do you think you have a larger bag maybe. She said oh yes we do. Whattttt how slow are you today that the customer did all the work and had to literally suggest to you that more items means a bigger bag. I just laughed my way out and prob won't be back anytime soon if the customer service is that braindead...

I usually have a good experience with Targets, this was my first time ordering to this one. I…read moreneeded some urgent unexpected feminine products.... Had two sleeping kids in the car and ordered for curbside pickup. When I arrived and marked myself as "here" on the app I got a notice apologizing and saying curbside pickup is no longer available at this time and to either come in or try again later. I had to wake up my two year old and sleeping infant to bring them inside to get my order. Great. Both kids crying but what do you do... I can't leave them in the car. I get inside, and it's dead quiet. There's three employees just socializing at the pickup counter and Atleast one was wearing a neon colored vest (assuming they were the curbside employee?) Anyway. I don't use curbside pickup because I'm lazy. I use it because I have two little kids. I'll probably just order elsewhere next time I'm here and in need of something.
